Another drive thru that is using an AI robot in the drive thru to take your order. It takes 3 times as long as a human would, and it s genuinely unenjoyable to speak to. Every time a drive thru changes to AI, I leave a 1 star review to try to warn people. What a disappointment.

We ordered two tacos with only beans and cheese first our order was missing a couple things and had lettuce we asked them to fix it and they didn t they gave us the same tacos the third time they added guacamole after that we noticed that they were things we did not add on the receipt. So we decided to order our tacos again which made us play and extra 6$ on top of the 40$ we had already spent not to mention all the employees were huddled up in a corner talking (not about work) every time we go they always get out order wrong and we have gone here for 11 years and not once have they gotten our order right keep in mind we order the same thing every time we come and they didn t even give us any coupons or anything!

The Taco Bell campus always appears well manicured with a parking lot clear of debris and well marked parking, as well as a building that appears freshly painted with an attractive modern look that is intriguing and inviting. The new screen menu is easy to read and is also attractive. The mic when ordering works very well and order giver and order taker easily and accurately communicate with each other. The order was accurately filled with a smile. It is always so very quick and easy that I have begun counting on them several days a week.

Today (6/21/2024) around 9:20am, the drive through LADY did not EVEN give me any time to choose a drink along with Burrito, and then no Hello when I go to the window, she was giving me rude stare and close window on my face without saying anything. Then she throw out perfectly good Mountain dew Baja Freeze just because I was 5 seconds delay to give her the credit card because their apple pay was down. No thank you or anything before I leave. I am not sure how this particular Taco Bell is still in the Business with this worst customer service!!?? The Burrito was not bad around average.

One of the nicest Taco Bell s I ve ever been to. Interior is so upgraded and clean. The service was great and the food was far better than most locations. The restaurant is easy to get to if you re on the highway looking for a quick stop. It s also conveniently located near a QuickTrip if you need gas. Glad I found this location. It will definitely be one that I stop at when traveling between Dallas and Fort Worth. I ordered the Nachos and I asked for no beans and they have me extra beans. I hate beans and was very clear about not wanting them. It really made me not want to eat it because all the toppings and sauce was on top of the beans so taking the beans off meant I took off about a 3rd of the toppings. The staff is very rude and impatient. And the food was cold. Smh. This was the night crew. The day crew is usually very helpful and patient. The new cantina chicken is good just wish they wouldnt skimp on the filling on the taco quesadilla and burrito.

My food was sloppy and last time I was there they made a huge deal about not doing multiple orders and when my other friend came through they did three orders for them I tried to contact corporate and their district manager but he told me that I was in the wrong and didnt do anything about it. Hate this location in Euless they deserve no stars. It s truly sad to say customer service seems to no long exist. The attendant at the window while I was making my order continued to tell me that the drink selection was on the speaker and I told her it was faded and she kept rudely saying the selection is on the speaker and repeating that they only carry Pepsi products but never out of curtesy would she say what the products were. Due the sun and the faded products on her speaker nothing is visible, every time I have tried to go there to purchase anything there is always a problem. I had to leave and drive across town to the Taco Bell off Harwood Rd. In Bedford where the customer service has always been good. Just a simple reminder to not even stop by here even though it s just around the corner of where I live.

It is 13:30 and I just came out the drive thru. Let me just say this, I am extremely nice and courteous to the employees of fast food places because I am very understanding of how it is to work in the food industry. And I would not want my food be handled poorly. Well the lady taking my order, she had red hair and fake eye lashes on, she seemed to get annoyed that I was asking what was in the burrito. Also when I pulled to the window she kept rolling her eyes at me. I asked for mild and fire sauce, and by the way she did not ask me if I wanted any sauce. So when I asked for those sauces she rolled her eyes yet once again, she decided to give me Diablo and fire. I just ask for better customer service, because I was nothing but nice and still got an attitude and bad service.

Apparently Taco Bell is now moving into the automated era. I went into this location to order some food. Usually, not an issue with any Taco Bell, but when I went inside, the place had literally 3 patrons and at least 3 workers that I could see. Granted there was some activity in the drive through, but nothing that would cause them to be too busy to just take my order. Went through the drive thru and spent $40 on food for my crew (7 kiddos) and was told that they could not give me small waters when I asked for them. I have been to this location several times, but this visit was a horrible experience. Seems asking for a chicken quesadilla during breakfast hours are fighting words. I ordered breakfast burritos and drove to the window only to get confronted with a series of questions asking what day, what time, and who allowed chicken quesadilla during breakfast hours. I told her my experience and shared that I have had this accommodation for my kids, but the lady behind the counter didnt want to hear it. She clearly wanted to instigate an argument and was defensive in all ways. I told her I didnt have a written log of the last time and that I just wanted the food I ordered. She seemed to not like what I said or how I said it, and she refused to give me my food and told me her system just crashed. I know it had not, but that was her way to refuse to give me the food ordered. She mightve had a bad day, but I dont believe that a bad day is an excuse to provide horrible customer experience. I took video and pictures of this experience and can share if the owner is interested. Hope this person learns and can be more patient the next time. Because of this, my daughters didnt have breakfast before a trip they were going on.

The overweight white girl with the greasy pony-tail...& the african american drive through girl with the huge gap between her teeth...Both of them are unprofessional & treat customers at this tacobell poorly!!! On Wed June 7th at 730pm I ordered a meal with a pepsi through the drive through & after pulling past the window i noticed they put no ice in my drink. So i drove around to the doors to go in and add ice myself, using the lobby soda machine... However the doors were locked for some reason? At 730pm lobby is supposed to be open...even the door said open until 11pm. So having to waste even more time i didnt have...i got back into the drive through, & pulled up to the window & explained how my drink had no ice & asked for a new drink... In which then the rude gap toothed chick said shes not allowed to take my cup through the window to redo/add ice to my drink & she ALSO cant give me a new drink without charging me for a seperate drink... None of this made sense, considering they knew i just come through and ordered. They had rude attitudes & seemed inconvenienced that i was asking for ice in my drink, for a meal i JUST PAID FOR, that THEY didnt put ice in. But they continued to request me buy a 2nd drink for nothing, & refused to open the lobby (bcuz theyre short staffed they said )... This was an easy fix.. however these lazy, unprofessional, rude, & unclassy girls there refused to fix their mistake on my recent order. So if you go here...expect laziness, messed up orders, and a problematic and complicated experience. Ps: They also force you to pay cash and lie about their credit card machine being down... Theyre clearly stealing from this establishment. And considering the way they look, talk to customers, & NEVER give customers a receipt bcuz (they dont actually ring it up)... Very unsatisfied customer. A piece of hair was found in my burrito not to mention I took it back being inconvenienced. The so called supervisor on duty around 7:20pm was very unprofessional, appeared frustrated with an attitude & didnt even apologize. She was more concerned with the fact she was not present during the purchase which shouldnt have been a factor. Corporate needs to send someone professional to train and educate supervisors on effective customer service. Last time visiting this location. Horrible experience!

Either the late night crew is skimming off the top or theyre credit card service is the worst in DFW. Ive waited in the longest lines only to find out they are only accepting cash. Not once or twice.... multiple times. Taco Bell is not known for 5 stars, but this location makes other Taco Bell locations look 5 star. If there were zero stars... I would choose that.

Never will I go there again until the rude lady that is working the drive thru today at 11am may 27th is fired or quits. You can tell she hates her job and does not want to be there. No how you doing or have a good day. Her tone is terrible her attitude is not restaurant work. I know the staff probably change by the month. I want to praise the drive-thru woman who worked Sunday May 7th. On a rare occasion, my very picky family wanted Taco Bell drive-thru. I knew with all their special requests and substitutions coupled with busy dinner time, my order would be wrong I was pleasantly pleased that the order was correct to the last detail. Thank you

Just go to a different location. They miss items, always some sort of delay, meat portions are usually less than any other Taco Bell as if the owner is trying to cut corners and either the employees are just all incompetent or the management is. Oh also if ur forced to come to this Taco Bell, don t order online u will be prioritized last after the walk ins and drive thru which is stupid since ordering online has a button to alert them that your on your way they will still wait till u get there to begin ur order but only after there is no more ppl in the drive thru. Overall completely miss managed store for the past 2-3 years, used to be my favorite Taco Bell for a late night bite. Oh one more thing they struggle with simple math so if your order is 10.81 and u hand them 21 dollars they will just hand u the dollar back with the rest of your change instead of taking a moment to understand why I m giving them 21 dollars for a order that s 10.81 and if your reading this and don t understand either please apply for a job at that Taco Bell you will fit right in.

I always have issues with this place and will never come back. They take too long on the drive thru, I wanted my money back since my food wasn t ready. I had to get to work and couldn t waste anymore time. So the manger had said to come back for my refund. Later during my lunch break about 2-3 hours in returning from the initial order. There was another manger there I can t remember her name but she was super rude and unprofessional. She refused to give me a refund although the other manger had signed her name for my refund. All she said was she will make me the order. I told her I no longer wanted the food just my refund. She then tells she can t do it and walks away. I had asked for her name, she refused. I told her I needed her name so that I m able to write or call corporate to reference her unwillingly in helping with my refund. I never heard a manger not able to refund a customer. So you can easily take someone s money but can t refund when you screw up someone s time & money. This manager was very argumentative and loud refusing to give her name. That one of the other workers gave me her name since the manager wouldn t. Anyways stay away from this place. Save your time and money & go to the Taco Bell on Glade Rd!!
