Took 15 to decide who our server would be and take our drink order which I got 30 min later. Actually entered my 9wn order for appetizer on the kiosk since the server would not come by. Took 35 min for our order to be taken. Took another 30 min to get food and one plate of pasta looked like it had been sitting all day under heating lamp, dark and dry. Eat there often so hope it was an off day.

Ordered a med well steak and baked potato with no sour cream. Steak was way overdone and there was a big scoop of sour cream. Sent it back and the second plate came back with a gob of sour cream and another overdone steak. I said forget it but the manager sent someone over and insisted I get something to go. I left with 3 chicken tenders and fries which were very good. My friend had the whitefish and said its always good. I appreciate the customer service and if course they comped my food. Good outcome.

Got served by Miriam this afternoon. She had zero energy and customer service. Wait time was ridiculous from appetizers to food to desserts. Our salad was then served to another table and a simple we are having the kitchen remake it was given, no apologies nothing. Then we ordered drinks and tool forever, had to cancel our order of drinks due to waiting over 15 minutes. Sides were forgotten, service was just a mess today and it was not even Friday or weekend busy. We have enjoyed coming here often but the last two times have been extremely disappointing and quite frankly will not come here again.

Great food at a reasonable price. And the service was top notch by Angelina ... We were sat in the back room by the windows, wish they would have given us a flyswatter. Trying to eat and swat flies is no fun ... When we told the mgr. She said oh yeah we have had this problem back here for years. Wow Really!! then fix the problem instead of making excuses.

8/29/2024 very disappointed...i specifically came here (from 15 miles away) for the Monte Cristo. Online said nothing about this dish being unavailable. As we are arrive, we get a call saying its unavailable. Then we wait 13 minutes longer for the Manager (Kendra) to remove the dish from our receipt. BUT DIANGELO...made everything better! Kudos to him... because of him...his genuine sincere apology was all we needed. Get home no sauce for my Monte Cristo... Awful job in the kitchen and food prep!

When we arrived the place was busy even for lunch. We sat at our table and our waitress came to take our drink order. Ordered our food and the food was beyond delicious every dish we had was amazing. Price for all of this was very reasonable as well. Will definitely come back

Katelyn R gave amazing service. She always had a smile on her face. Checked up on us frequently and when the lemonade machine wasn t working she wasn t shy or hesitate to deliver the bad news. Everyone else from the manager on the floor had a face like they were smelling poop. Katelyn was amazing if you go eat ask for her as your waitress I promise you won t be disappointed. Haven t been here in ages. This has been the first time back after a terrible experience the first time. This time around my group was celebrating a birthday. We were seated rather quickly for an evening. Upon entering they had music on and staff were actually friendly. Our server did great, took our order rather quickly and food came out rather quickly as well. Services was definitely 10x better this time than a few years ago. The food was very tastey and yummy! I had the tenders and they were juicy! I also had a margarita which was strong and good. Hopefully they can keep up the good service, and if so I definitely will be back. Sorry I didn t take any photos of our food, was too hungry! Parking: There is a parking lot, however it fills up rather quickly as there are multiple restaurants in the area. The parking lot for Cheddars is also rather small. Kid-friendliness: This is a great place to bring kids. Environment is not crazy.

I almost never write complains when something goes wrong but this time I felt the need. Asked for a Montecristo and Ribeye on an online order and my orders came to my surprise with bad things. Surprising for cheddars since I loved this place but after this it will take a while to go back. First the ribeye which was asked to be medium well came completely cooked like if it was boiled in water. The thing that ended being the reason for me writing this review was a piece of metal in the outside batter of my Montecristo. Asked for a full refund which will be honored but will take time. Please be careful and check your food.

The manager and whoever answered the call at this location refused to substitute a side on a plate to accomodate for my mother who has diabetes, as if her life isnt hard enough and they were very rude and inconsiderate on the phone. So have a 1 star review free on the house. Dont go here, they dont care about the customers well being, even when literally every other establishment in El Paso has always been kind enough to accomodate for my mothers health.

I dont know why the waiter had to lie. I ordered the spinach artichoke dip as an appetizer. I then told the waiter that I was ready to order my entree. I ordered the salmon. When my entree came out I requested the server cancel the spinach artichoke dip since it never arrived. He contacted my waiter. The waiter said that I implied that I did not want the appetizer when I ordered my entree at the same time I ordered my appetizer. He then walked away as if what he just said made perfect sense. If you forget to put in an appetizer just say you forgot to put it in. Dont lie and make it my fault. The salmon was delicious, and the rest of the experience was pleasant.

My grandson loves Cheddars for the kids pasta Alfredo and the cheese curds. I liked the Monte Cristo but the second time I had it it had processed cheese instead of real cheese, so I dont get it anymore. We all really like the honey butter croissants. One of my favorite places to eat. The food is always on point and always delicious. However, cleanliness is not top of their list. Hand prints all over the doors and windows. Counter tops definitely need dusting. The bowl I had my salad in seemed dirty and not washed. Hand prints all over the bowl. Are servers and cooks using gloves???? The bar tops always seem sticky but the pain killers and the bartender are the bomb. Cheddars manager get your crew to do some cleaning.

After signing up, we waited for our table. We saw other people being sat down while we waited. I pointed out how there were at least 6 empty booths, and asked why we couldnt be sat at one. Ordered two medium well done steaks and they both were extra well done. My steak had too much pepper to where I even chocked on a pepper flake at one point. First time having a well done steak and never again. The rice portion on my husbands plate was non existent. My side salad had way too much cheese, I had to pick some of it off while I was eating it. And to top it off it was freezing in there, customers are the ones paying so the temperature should accommodate the customers or meet in the middle, at least.

This was actually our families first time at Cheddars. We were impressed by not only the food but also by service. Our food was out rather quickly. The food was really tasty. I had a pot pie which was properly portioned especially after having the appetizers. I would def recommend anything on the menu, and if you have an opportunity try the Caesar Salad.

Ordered their T-bone, medium rare, very nicely cooked and seasoned, a little bit of salty and spicy, like it !!! Like they serve you corrisant as house , creamy and tasty. Will come again.

We love Cheddars! We went in yesterday and noticed the manager was African American and many of the employees were also African Americans! I love this! Diversity rocks

U walk in and there s nobody to attend u . Waste of time. Super long wait for food that is straight up mid. Not worth the wait.
