This is the best daiquiri lounge I have ever been to. The music is good, service is excellent the food is on point and the daiquiri are everything! I love going to this place and the owner pays special attention to make sure everyone has a great experience. I cant wait to go back.

Please update your business information! I went expecting a nice drink and some food. I choose this spot as I hadn t ate all day and thought well I can eat and drink at the same time. So when I got there and the lady stated there wasn t any food, I was disappointed!

Really nice bar. Definitely bigger on the inside than expected from the outside view. They had a very nice drink selection and prices were pretty normal for the types of drinks served. Its pretty much a Wet Willys that are popular along beach towns in the south.

I don t know if I m tripping or not but there seems to be slime or something in the bottom of my cup that at first seems like fruit flavoring or something (could be) but it was gross. Not sure if the machine wasn t mixing correctly or what. After mixing it with my straw still didn t change anything. Hopefully it wasn t anything harmful. Usually the daiquiris are really good.

My USED to be MUST stop spot when in Missouri City, Loved Chinasa (when she was there)and Sarah very friendly, professional, pays attention to details LOVED THIS PLACE . 1/10 would highly NOT recommend because if the OWNER. GREAT EMPLOYEES but POOR MANAGEMENT! Today is 9.22.22 I was greeted by the OWNER Tiffany with a oh youre spending more than $5.73 today?! which is the cost of a refill if you purchase a $12.00 souvenir cup. Today I came to buy food for the 4th time in a 7 day time frame while bringing extra customers to support cooks because theyre AMAZING!!. I could have said ALOT MORE but experience is the best teacher. Hope no one ever gets this type of treatment from a black owned establishment youve co consistently supported for 8+ years.

This review deserves a 0. Ordered food and drinks online with door dash with 1 hour ETA. Door Dash called 45 minutes later stating drinks only, no food. Mighty fine time to tell us we won t have food on a Friday night. It would have been a great courtesy to call us or give notice when you don t plan to fulfill the order once it was placed. Door Dash called 15min later and asked us if we were located in a commercial building. Are you kidding me, she had the wrong address. She immediately canceled the order, probably sipping on our alcohol right now because she picked up the order. I won t be supporting this business for a while, they won t even answer their business line.

Went one evening and the girl working was not working. She would hide every time we would knock or go through the drive thru. The open sign was present, yet she pretended that she wasn t. She even dropped the curtain in the drive thru as we waited. Case of laziness and people that don t wanna work. Stop hiring these unprofessional people for your businesses. Go to Nawlins down the Street, they have better daiquiris and people that want to work!

I went through this drive through this past Sunday night 11-29-20 at about 8:15 pm, and I sat there waiting for someone to come to the window. I pressed the buzzer still no one. I thought, I guess they just decided to close early , even though the time online said 10. Then I noticed some movement inside so I pulled up a little bit so I could see what it was. There sat the cashier with her feet propped up and on the phone looking right at me!!! I was like what!?!? I paid for extra shots and didn t even get them. The girl didn t even know what time they closed even though she was working!!!The drink tasted good but the customer service really needs a reboot.

This was our first time and the owner took her time explaining the menu and offered us samples to try. She had amazing customer service and takes pride in her business. Drinks were so good. Ordered the fried ribs and got something more along the lines of a baked very low quality set of pork chops also undercooked fries. Extremely disappointed! Also got the brisket Mac n cheese which was okay all was very underwhelming and this was my first time ordering and will definitely be my last. Late night setup because another event fell through. There was a young lady and man behind the counter, both were nice and service was quick. The drive thru was fairly quick and the lady at the counter was very friendly. The mix of strawberry and Pina colada was pretty good. However, it is on the expensive side with a gallon costing around $46. The 16 oz was around $9 with tax. A $10 minimum for credit card purchases, so make sure you have cash on you.

We got in the drive thru first and it was taking what seems like forever. Then we decided to go inside hoping for better service. We were acknowledged after a few seconds. And that was all the service we received. I made a pint to tell the young lady that we were next and that the truck at the window pulled up after we did. And she just said, Ok give me a minute. Let me add that there was a guy mixing drinks, but did not bother to acknowledge,help or help the cashier. We left without purchasing anything, nor will I be rerurning. Im surprised you are still in business. I work with the public and I can tell you your customer service needs work and lots of it.
