I absolutely love the walking trails out here, lots of trees and there are 1/4 mile markers so you ll know how far you ve walked & water fountains to refill your water bottles & dog water fountains too. I love that the water fountains have the option of an area that only fills water bottles and it says that it s also filtered water & it didn t taste bad at all. Wildlife is great and lots of shaded areas. There are also picnic tables & playground equipment for the kids There s also a volleyball nets & court with sand . I agent walked the whole park yet, I ll add more to my review when I ve walked more of it. Playground: Nice playground equipment I saw 2 different areas so far in this park that has playground equipment I haven t walked the whole park yet. If I see more I ll add it to this review Dog-friendliness: Yes there are doggie water fountains as well as people water fountains & there s also the stands that hold the doggie poop disposal bags with a trash can . I saw lots of people walking their dogs out here Picnic area: There are picnic tables in some of the areas of this park and I also saw 2 different playgrounds.

This Park is a Quite Gem. Beautiful Trees and walking Trails. Very peaceful and 6 month grandson loves it. He just loves the trees. Especially when the wind blows. He just looks at them. Very lovely park and very clean as well. A good place for family picnics and bday parties.

Convenient location, nice trails, near apartments and homes, quiet, and one of the best parks weve visited. Theres another park that connects and theres a lake where people are happily fishing, theres also a bird watching gazebo a few feet away from a small water fall. I will be going back.

Wonderful nature trails spanning miles with occasional water fountains and port-a-potties. Depending on how far you walk you will pass multiple playgrounds, a dog park and a large pond with a dock. Be mindful if you walk at night, coyotes are out in groups. Flashlight that strobes will scare them off though. Playground: 2 playgrounds, both have parking, both are tucked in next to the nature trails. One is on bear creek and the other is Bob Eden park. You can access it by car or walking the nature trail that runs under fuller wiser rd Toilets: Will find small cement structures looking like they hold dumpsters but they house the port-a-potties. No sinks Dog-friendliness: Trails have signs posted to keep dogs on leash, 2 dog parks along the trails for different size dogs Picnic area: Will find benches along the trails and occasionally picnic tables next to grills

First time on the trails here and it was great. The walking/biking trails are mostly paved. The beginning of the trail near McCormick has a gravel path but still good for bikes but not rollerblading. The trail travels through two parks along the villages. Overall, the trail was well kept and clean. Many water fountains and porta-potties along the trail. Some shaded areas and some open field. Perfect to get a 6 mi walk into your routine.

This family friendly trail is predominately for walkers and novice runners and cyclists. This isn t a trail you ll get advanced distance from without excessive looping, avoiding slower individuals on tight paths, and getting a bit confused where to go given it s condensed layout with multiple connecting paths. Much of the trail runs behind homes, apartments, and a somewhat busy road so seclusion is spaced out sparingly. The path itself is inconsistently paved on uneven sand, dirt, rocks, or concrete so cyclists and those with handicaps please be prepared.

A great beginner trail. The paths are wide and fairly level with minimals elevation changes with both crushed gravel and paved walkways. The gentle grade makes this route perfect for morning of sauntering thru the the canopy of trees enjoying the colorful array of wildflowers as you get closer to McCormick Park. There is plenty of seating available along the trail to stop for a rest or to enjoy watching the playful squirrels scamper around. And the water fountains found about every .5 miles are running again so need to worry about you or your pup running out of water. But don t forget to wear sunscreen as some parts of the trail lacks shade.

Today we were at Little Bear Creek Park because Kites Over Euless was an event taking place there. Because Arbor Daze was cancelled, again, they were passing out trees that have had to sit around for two years because of the cancellation. This is only good in that the trees have been able to grow into more than just twigs and are easier to plant; less likely to be run over, stomped on, mowed over, or otherwise destroyed because it is so small, no one knows its there. Euless is so amazing in this respect; they use their parks for events, and this one included trash pick-up to receive a kite to fly. How fun!
