My husband and I hired Mac after my husband found himself in an unfortunate situation with his first DWI offense. Mac was very knowledgeable and advised all of the classes/steps that he needed to take right away. He was also very responsive and quickly answered any questions we had. Mac was able to work out a plea bargain with the DA that reduced the charge from a DWI class A Misdemeanor down to 18 months of deferred adjudication with NO CONVICTION on his record. We are very pleased with this outcome! We are forever grateful for Mac and his ability to get my husband a second chance! 10/10 would recommend!

We retained Mac in April 2023 for a federal case. Ended up having to use him for a 2nd case in connection with it. He wireless tirelessly to get a reduced sentence. Mac Morris is a stand up guy. I got arrested one early morning sometime ago and he answered my girlfriends call at 4am and met me in jail about 4 hours later. I was needless to say impressed by that alone. I bonded out a few hours later and headed to his office to discuss some of the preliminary matters. I learned then that he was actually there earlier that morning to get me out altogether but a circumstance prevented that. He shot straight and told me exactly what the possible outcomes would be, day 1, and that s basically what happened to the letter. He came across as confident and very knowledgeable of my type of charge and it showed. He stayed in contact with us and provided updates each step of the way. He truly is one of the good ones and not just some money hungry Lawyer who is just trying to pad his pockets. He really cares and has a way that just reminds you of family. Mac Morris was my attorney for a federal conspiracy case. There was a ton of stuff the prosecutor was using against me, including my brother who they were going to give sentence reduction to involve and testify against me in jury trial. Mac defended me, and never once suggested to accept any plea deal as he knew we would have a victory in the end. In March of 2010 Mac Morris and I picked our jury and prepared for trial in the Eastern District of Texas. Ill admit, I was quite worried as I was offered 16 yrs and 4mos, and I was only 22 yrs old. He always lead with confidence that is absolutely unmatched. At the end of our journey that March we both walked away as winners. I was acquitted and he had a flawless victory to add in his resume. I didnt even know what to say, however I did tell him how I felt so very thankful, and I felt like I owed him more than what I had to offer.
