We had our wedding here recently. The venue and the staff could not be better. The space is incredible, two amazing rooms for different scales and the courtyard has so much character. Pricing is competitive and the contracts flexible to suit your needs. Working with Irma was incredibly straightforward and it was so helpful having a list of vendors who are familiar with Epic. We really could have been happier and are so grateful to Irma and team.

The 2024 wedding expo was held at this venue. The lady who was representing this venue (manager or owner) was a bit rude. I asked for prices and she told me to leave my info she would get back to me. Not sure why she couldnt just tell me or give me a flyer. Then I asked if the raffle grand prize was the venue for an event. She looked at me accusatory and said really isnt that a bit much? I said no other expos Ive been to have raffled off the venue for a lucky couple. All she had to say was no rather than making me feel stupid. Her attitude alone I was like ok not going to have my wedding here.

This venue is an absolute delight, it is very large , its got an original rustic feel and an upscale feel at the same time and everything that comes with it ! Irma and her staff are very cordial and easy to work with, This place definitely makes our list amongst the best in town in all aspects and recommend to all that enjoy having a very pleasant event experience ..

I had a disappointing experience at this event center. My fiancé and I had scheduled a tour with the owner, Irma, two weeks in advance. Despite traveling from Dallas, we were greeted by no one upon arrival. When Irma finally showed up, she told my fiancé that she had meant to cancel our appointment. This lack of professionalism and communication left us feeling frustrated and inconvenienced. We had high hopes for the venue, but this experience left us with a negative impression.

I wish I could give this place a zero-star rating. Irma has to be the worst business owner I ve dealt with. Despite traveling from Dallas, my experience at this venue was incredibly disappointing. Irmas treatment was utterly disrespectful. I had arranged a meeting with her three weeks in advance, providing ample time for her to cancel if necessary. Sadly, upon arriving, there was no warm welcome. All she said was, I forgot to cancel you, without even an apology. She shut the doors on our face. I m glad I will not be spending any of my time, money, and effort into dealing with someone like Irma. If you re looking for a venue please reconsider other options with better customer service.

This venue was everything and more than we ever imagined! Our wedding was so so beautiful and everyone loved it! Irma was very accommodating and was always available when we had questions or when we needed something. She stayed onsite the whole time and was constantly checking to make sure we were all doing ok. Ivette, the bartender, was just sooo amazing and so easy to work with. I have no words, shes just simply amazing! She handled and served 200+ people with ease!! Our overall experience was just so wonderful!

Lovely venue, and its great for photos with the brick and historic warehouse building. Went to a wedding and was blown away by the space. Parking was easy, but there was also a valet for the event. Lighting was absolutely beautiful, and there was plenty of space for everyone to comfortably dance and get around. Location made it easy for everyone to get home, whether they lived on the east or west side.

Beautiful venue. Our wedding with 40 guests fit perfect in the Star Room, and the view of the star was so nice. Nice rustic feel in a historic building. The owners and Irma were very professional. She is very attentive and doesnt dance around any issues, getting right to the point. The tables were large and sturdy, as well as the chairs. She even helped us with more tables so our guests would be more comfortable. I recommend highly!!!

as beautiful as the venue is and as much as I loved my wedding I do not recommend this location for your event. it comes with absolutely nothing yet charging the same price as any other venue that does provide most if not all amenities. The owner makes it seem as if it s her goal to make your event as difficult as possible by imposing the randomest rules she can think of. She is also very difficult to get a hold of and takes forever to respond to your messages. and unless you get the vendors that she recommends she will make sure to make it difficult for them as well. My mom and I even started calling them the mafia because they all just recommended each other despite being able to find better for cheaper. It s a beautiful location I cannot take that away from them but it s not worth what it costs. Edit: Oh was originally 2 stars but now 1. The owner is so incredibly unprofessional. After she read my review she went ahead to email me personally to let me know about everything that went wrong with my wedding. and then went to find my family s locally owned business to let us know how many bad reviews we had and how karma was going to get us. Stay as far away as possible. Do not do business here.

We got married here and the location and venue itself is beautiful, however, the event manager was very rude and unprofessional. We were told that she was talking poorly about OUR decorations for OUR wedding behind our backs to the DJ (which happened to be the father of one of our bridesmaids.) Again, great venue, and great staff, just beware of the event manager s unprofessionalism.

The venue was very beautiful and had a rustic feel. However parking is very limited, and theres a medium size parking area but is reserved for valet parking only (free). I didnt want that service and was informed if I park in that area, then I would have to give up my keys. Didnt appreciate the valets pushy behavior, and unless you want to utilize the valet service theres very limited parking. Anything beyond mills Street is not well lit and overall area can be rough at late hours.

Family member had a wedding at this venue and I was surprised how nice it was. It was larger that expected. The acoustics had too much echo but then again the dj was playing the music way too loud to have fun. The male bartender that night seemed like he had a chip on his shoulder and was being a bit rude to the event invitees.

Wine time event was ok for their first year. The wine list was big to choose from but only one table for dessert wine. Hopefully you learned there are alot of us who like sweet/dessert wines. Negatives: They ran out of sangria and the line for the Moscato was herendous. Worst part is you could not buy by the glass like other venues. They had a a dj but they could have sprung for live entertainment like some dancers or the dudes who wear lighted suits on stilts. To give it that extra pizzazz. Some of the people who were serving had no idea about the wine. Positive: Staff was super friendly. Valet parking Plenty to drink :) Final thought: In this event it was more about you trying different wines you havent had rather than them trying to sell you on its lineage or vineyards harvesting process. Was it worth it? Yes I am looking forward to next year

This was a very good 1st year event. They had many varieties to sample. Rated 4 because no bottles to purchase if you liked a sample. The VIP tickets were a waste of money. If you didnt get there the 1st hour, you missed out on, tasting champagne, the only benefit of having a VIP ticket. There were many vendors such as jewelery, cup cakes and some food platter. The event was fom 6-10pm, most tables were out of wine by 8:30 pm. Looking to give a 5 rating next year!
