Veteran Approved! Thanks to Dunham and Jones, my life is much better than I thought it would be after getting arrested. I made a bad choice that caused me to end up in serious legal trouble. My initial contact with the firm was instantly comforting as they were energetically motivated to get the best results for me. Mr. J. Lindberg began processing my case with the precision of an emergency room surgeon, knowing the exact actions needed to best treat my self-inflicted legal wounds. My lawyer throughout the case was Ms. Valentina Herrera Salcedo. She made me feel like I was at the center of a 360-degree defensive perimeter with a determined warrior protecting me. She analyzed every angle and azimuth of my case for the best outcome in the courtroom. Man, she was ready to fight, identifying and researching so many courses of action, I could barely keep up. She made me do my part, which was sometimes painstaking, but her calm and confident competence was reassuring and motivating. My results were unbelievably better than expected, dismissed and eligible for expunction. Thanks Dunham and Jones, especially Valentina, your team Rocks!

I personally had a great experience with both Wes (representing me) and Vanessa s (assistant) assistance throughout my court case. I don t recall who I did the initial meeting with, but it was very professional and I couldn t beat the price. I believe this was the most reasonable pricing for anything that I have needed legal service for in El Paso. I will say initially, I felt as though communication was far and in between and I am a person who prefers frequent communication. What helped with me was emailing them both and they would respond to me in a timely manner to my questions. Any questions I had they were both able to answer, and though at times I thought I may have known best Wes would come to me with great reasoning. In the end, it all worked out in my favor. Thank you. I will add:: We do have to remember that the legal system goes at its own pace and as much as we want things to speed along, the ones who represent us can only do so much in that regard; they are also at the mercy of the courts.

Horrible experience, didn t do anything, over charged me, lawyer showed up to court sweaty and smelling of whiskey during my dwi case, couldn t remember my actual case while speaking to the judge, 8 months later I m still no closer to getting off probation and lawyer has been nowhere to be found since starting probation.

I was arrested for Family DV, Interfering w/ Emergency Call, and Unlawful Restraining. Case took almost a year but they were able to get all my charges dismissed. I had zero criminal history prior to this. Once I finished paying them (5 months before the dismissal) it was harder to get ahold of my actual attorney. They get 5 Stars due to the results they got. They will switch attorneys multiple times if your case goes as long as mine.

This law form does not work to help you! I had no attorney show up for my first court date. Then, once again no attorney to show up in the middle towards the end of my court date. The attorneys do not get back to you. Nor, do they even communicate or answer your questions properly. I could have saved money, and received the same outcome. Nikki Gross, showed no care to my case. They, say email me after your case to have any questions answered. Well, you guessed it, and they don t get back to you. They work out of a building on like the 10th floor, small offices. I d look elsewhere, for their services and overall work environment appearance speaks for itself.

I am in California and had to address and old issue/warrant from TX and Michael Groves and Matthew Pospisil were able to handle it without more than a phone call. I was expecting huge attorney fees and was surprised they worked with me and my limited budget. They restored faith in the legal system. Thank you SO much! I would recommend this firm to anyone.

I HIGHLY recommend this law firm for any of your needs that they are able to represent you for. If you re doing your research on different firms and are reading this review, stop there and call them now!!!! They took my case, and got my case dismissed, only having to do PTD! Yes every case is different, but they will do everything in their power to get your case dismissed or work to get you the best deal! They worked with me as much as they could financially and they stood with me til the very end! THIS IS AN AMAZING LAW FIRM!!!!!

Worst experience ever with miss gaby marquez,never returned phone calls or voice mails use to work for distrist attorney i had a felony case got assualted by my ex ,miss marquez purposely did not let me present evidence to DA,then because of this i was depressed told miss marquez on my own went counselling ,miss marquez use to work for cps and is only one i gave my new number due to being stocked by my ex ,miss marquez withdrew from my case fine but in result called cps on me the very next day,they are all about money they do not care about the saftey and wellfare of someone who has never been in thia experience in they life ,i highly recommend a different law firm if i had extra money i would be taking this up with the courts giving my number to cps and reporting me

They will only take easy cases won t bother with anything that might actually make them work. A pick and choose type deal which is discriminatory if you ask me. Then I asked if they can refer me to somebody and hell no they will never refer you to another attorney so they say they don t know anybody. I work in a legal office and I know that we have a list of attorneys that we can refer out. I really need an attorney that can handle criminal immigration obviously they can t but yet it s listed on their website on how qualified they are apparently not if they refuse to take a case just saying.

This is the worst law firm. Not only do u get like 5 different lawyers handling your case but they don t do nothing but whatever is good for the firm and to finish off cases as fast as possible. When you call, the main guy will tell you he will fight for you but it s all lies. They ll transfer you around from lawyer to lawyer then tell you take a plea. Make sure you don t trust what your lawyer says either and u read every single detail u sign because they ll say they went over it yet they leave so much out. You ll get surprised later. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GET A DIFFERENT FIRM. THIS FIRM IS TRASH worst thousands I have ever spent. Save your money and do your research bc this is by far the worst firm. I ve had court appointed attorneys fight harder than these guys.

I had a case from 2015 pop up here in August of 2021 for a misdemeanor, I called Dunham & Jones and was absolutely blessed by being represented by Matthew Pospisil! Within 48 this man had my case resolved and dismissed signed sealed and delivered in my email before my court date at the beginning of Nov. Now I m not saying every case is the exact same I understand cases can be extremely complicated, but the fact that Matthew was attentive, responsive, quick, and actionable meant the absolute world to me! I just want to say that I had such a great experience with this law firm. They kept me up to date with my trial and worked on it very fast. I was able to have my case dismissed in less than a year. I was also offered the PTD program which other law firms said I had no chance at acquiring due to my incident. I cannot express the amount of gratitude I have for Dunham & Jones, Attorneys at Law. They did their job and did it very well. This is the law firm to go to in Texas. No other law firm will top them. Thank you once again!

I was left speechless when I got the email. It read case dismissed. I was charged with a DWI back in July of 2019. I felt awful , horrible , depressed and full of stress. A couple days later I got a letter in the mail from Dunham and Jones law. Something told me go sit and talk to these people. After that first meeting I felt a little bit more of the weight off my shoulders. They took over my case and set me up on an affordable payment plan. I was still a little worried because I have a past that is not the greatest. I ve made mistakes before. Somehow Dunham and Jones pulled it off. They gave me a second chance. I am very satisfied that the owner of this business take their reviews seriously. I was contacted by the owner directly after there was some road bumps concerning my case (the original attorney left the firm to open his own business right before court appearance)which lets me know that they do care about their clients.
