Lisa is by far the best employee of this establishment. She deserves a raise and a promotion. Lisa goes out of her way constantly to ensure her clients have a wonderful stay. I have witnessed her taking time to ask and talk to customers on how their stay is and handling any issues they may have within a blink of the eye. My family and I come here regularly and that s all because of Lisa ! Food and drinks: Wonderful breakfast every morning! They have so many options and it s fresh ! Noteworthy details: Beautiful clean establishment. Friendly staff and service especially Lisa !!

This could be a really nice hotel if it werent for the clientele that stay here. The rooms are extremely clean, minus the hallways having a musty smell. The rooms are updated and very spacious, and the bathrooms are a nice size. If you are not on the top floor, expect to hear everything above you as it is paper thin. The hotel states no pets, yet there are numerous clientele here with dogs; two, I believe to be pit bulls, that the owner had to tell to calm down at the elevator when I passed by, which made me nervous about being bit. I would not call this a safe place to stay. Good luck with the laundry, I stayed here a week, and it was not operational.

I choose this hotel based on the rating and location for my family. I stayed three nights and moving to another hotel. First night, room 312 was having a birthday party, jkids umping, and running all the times, I went down to the front desk 2-3 times, between 12-2.30 am, the jumping never stop, I don t know if the front desk call them. Second night, my suit had a leaking from the ceiling, the carpet was wet, they brought a noisy machine to dry it, they moved people from 312 to another room, an ok night. Third night, some one walked all night long in room 312 until exactly 5.40 am. It is incredibly, I came to this place to have a please time, to relax, have a good day time with my family reunion, instead I got puffy eyes, headache, and feeling tired . If you are planning on sleep, get another place, this hotel is no made for sleeping, it s noisy, you can hear people taking, and walking. Good luck.

Lisa and her staff are so friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Located about 3 minutes from everything you could need, and just a half hour to Top Golf. Lisa was so happy and friendly every day, making sure we had everything we needed and telling us more about the amenities. Definitely recommend this hotel and staff!

1) the lady at the desk was amazing! She was so friendly, kind, and super informative and helpful. 2) the room was clean and fresh and spacious! 3) the hotel goes above the normal level of trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible 4) the location is close to so many amenities 5) my only complaint was the construction on the road out front that made it challenging to go anywhere but that will soon be over. 6) the hotel as a whole was clean more than I can say for many HiE s these days. Rooms: Clean, orderly, bathroom was updated, room was not worn. Clean carpet too!

After a terrible experience elsewhere, we stumbled up this place and had a wonderful time! The front desk gal, who I m pretty sure is a legitimate angel, helped us find the best rate so we could stay for our entire trip. I m pretty sure if I asked her to sing us a lullaby, she would have, as butterflies circled the room. I hope she gets a $46736383 raise. The whole staff was amazing, truly. Our 5 year old spilled everywhere at breakfast, and sweet Eduardo helped her clean it up, assuring her it was just fine. Houston was not my favorite destination, but this hotel experience was amazing probably one of the best we ve had. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Actual crib provided. Made sure everything was restocked daily. Well done!

Arrival-Staff was welcoming & requests were met. Breakfast-Eggs were amazing, just wish they had bacon, lol. I loved the service of the front and cleaning staff. Excellent experience. At breakfast my only comment is that they constantly refill. We couldnt enjoy the variety. Everything else Excellent. They made us feel special and important during our stay. We will be back. Rooms: I ordered a crib sheet set for my little boy and I have to say that it is the first time that a hotel has given me a crib sheet set in the last 2 years and I have always had to bring my own set. I was surprised. They sent me a clean crib with the clean set inside very carefully packaged. I appreciate this very much. Excellent services and the Service Manager is a loving person. Food and drinks: The food was very good, they just didnt refill constantly so you had to wait a long time.

The room was comfortable yet the carpet contributed to my sinus/allergies. Always ask for the top floor due to children running and stomping up down late night and in the middle of the night. Front desk addressed the concerned but it stopped briefly. Breakfast was fine except the pancake machine was inoperable. Right off the busy highway where construction is still underway. Lisa and house keeping are awesome! In the evening, we re greeted with the aroma of fresh baked cookies. I left my dress behind and house keeper made sure it was put away for safe keeping. I was afraid they might not have a room for Me when I come to visit because there is like Home away from Home and honestly, I prefer there to where were staying now.. You want to talk about great People/Family?! Anything You need help with day or night.. they are there. They took care of My Family and I for over a month (Told Ya, about the place) as if We were their own Family.. between the pool, hot tub, to the Amazing Breakfasts, to the relaxing Lounge, on site washers and dryers and pet friendly to boot.. seriously.. this place has it all and out of the hundreds of hotel stays over the years all over the country.. Im glad to say Ours is the Best! Truly.. they truly deserve the Best! Period. Rooms: Clean smell good, comfy, pretty.. and if for some reason everything isnt perfect, they will gladly make it so and expediently. Nearby activities: So much to do in so little time.. so much great food entertainment etc. In the entire surrounding areas.. a little slice of Paradise.. Truly. Beach within an hour Kemah within 45 mins. Bars, Foody Destinations within minutes.. too much to mention in this small space. Some of the best Sunsets can be found within minutes.. some of the most beautiful days can be spent tanning and hanging out near the pool and Hot Tub night time there are lights.. Safety: One of the most secure and safe buildings We ever stayed in and We had no issues nor did any other of the guests while We were there Customer Service quickly becomes Human Family Care with the Staff there.. if Youve ever been, Youd know what mean, immediately. Walkability: I walked back and forth from My home to there and to stores quite often. Not the easiest with construction nearby but that is of no consequence to these fine Folks. Food and drinks: Excellent and have something for everyone.. if You cant find it, or Whoops, forgot drinks or snack at the store check the tiny shop next to the front desk anyone of the staff are happy to help You get squared away. Noteworthy details: Everything about this place is Noteworthy.. from the Manager and Her excellent care and knowledge which was always helpful, to Mr. Cedric and His tender care of My Family in a rough situation. From the comfort of those Perfectly filling and excellent breakfasts, that got Me going on the tough mornings and that I sometimes would be so upset I missed on the days I didnt have to get up early but overslept.. from the Sweetness of the Ladies whom have helped us probably a hundred times getting more towels thanks to 4 little Girls whom lose them like its their job or ate them or something.. who knows? Had wonderful conversations.. well Learned alot from All the Conversations with Mr. Eduardo, Mr. Emilliano, etc. I miss those. Well to be honest, I miss all of the talks I got to have with everyone there, the most. Either way You slice it.. any way one could possibly look at this place and area, You cant deny, You feel at Home.. and it really is a tiny piece of Paradise. Love Yall. See You soon. Last night me and 5 colleagues had flight cancellations. We were sent to the atascocita Holiday Inn Express. It was sold out, as well as other 5 hotels we had called in, but the night staff, Ms. Layla and the counter lady, went out of their way to accomodate us as well as other guests sent out by the airline.. We are so grateful, as otherwise we would have been stranded for the night at 2 am. Top notch staff, friendly, never lost a minute their composture.Clean rooms, good breakfast. Thank you so much

Hands down, one of best hotel stays weve had. Not a single complaint! I researched for 2 days and hours trying to find a hotel that had high ratings, free parking, free breakfast, safety, and an indoor pool. This hotel was the only one that had it all, except pool is outside but the hot tub outside was even better. It was only lukewarm but a man, seemed like a manager, came out to check on area and we asked him to make it hotter. He said a switch had tripped which is why it wasnt hot. He fixed it. The hot tub was the hit for our 3 room party. I hope that all staff know how to fix it in case it happens again for others as it truly makes the stay extra enjoyable. All our parry didnt arrive in USA until 830pm so I asked how did late check in work. The lady showed a form and said 2pm. That was also a huge huge blessing as the continuing flight to Europe means we needed to leave for airport at 3pm. If we had to check out at 11am it would have been too early. The hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport! Breakfast was great. Scrambled eggs, turkey and pork sausage, pancakes etc....the free cookies upon arrival are great! Beds were comfortable. Silence in whole hotel and very clean. Our fridge didnt work but we had 2 other rooms so we just used another room fridge. Work out room was great. Staff were wonderful. Our cards stopped working at 11am and I went to ask why. He explained late check out was only for certain members but hed honor it because lady at check in didnt say that. I greatly appreciated it!! We were able to leave at 2pm, grab lunch and head to the airport by 3pm. Perfect for a 24 hour layover trip back to Europe.

The evening crew did not appreciate customers coming in late and interrupting either there sleep or Instagram posting. They acted as if I should have went somewhere else! But they were SUPER happy to charge my card twice! The air conditioner was loud and rackety however I will say the bed was SUPER SUPER SUPER comfortable and because I was dead weight tired I managed to get the sleep I needed to keep traveling.

Me and my family ended up staying at this hotel, due to a aircraft mechanical issue, which caused us to miss our connecting flight. The overnight hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Even though there was an influx of guess, due to canceled the flights the staff remain top notch and very professional. The hotel had a snack store, which was well stocked. The prices were high, but you re paying for convenience. The complementary breakfast was also a good experience. my parents stayed in an accessibility room, which they said exceeded their expectations. I stayed in a regular room and had no issues.

The hotel itself was very nice and the staff are friendly. My concern was that there were some very, very obnoxiously loud and rude guests in my immediate area and when I complained - I was told those guests are frequent visitors if the hotel who cause problems each time they stay - but management simply cannot control who makes reservations. If this is truly a continuing problem with the same guests, it needs to be addressed. When I came out of my room, there was food and trash all over the floor from those people. I will not be staying again.

This review is based on my stay from 2/2021, during the freeze. I have nothing but amazing things to say about the staff. They were able to accommodate my family at 6 am when our power had gone out. We were needing to find a safe, clean place to stay with our 3 day old infant. I also do not believe they charged us extra even though we checked in so earlier. The breakfast was decent, which was important since we could not get out and about. We would definitely recommend this location to our family and friends.

The staff here area GREAT! Everyone is helpful and welcoming from the front desk to the people that make breakfast to the housekeepers. The management/owners are very involved and present and it shows. The female owner is so welcoming to all guest and honestly made my stay so much more enjoyable in that anytime I came back to the hotel or down to the front desk she greeted me and I saw her do that with other guests as well; honestly its nice see management involved and not acting like they are too good to come out and speak to guest. I will also say when it comes to the management both of them appeared to be great with their staff and patient with them as well. I honestly cant say anything bad about my stay the staff were warm and welcoming, clean room, & great breakfast options! This was a nice change from the other hotels I have stayed at since the pandemic. Also they had the option to have your room cleaned daily if you wanted or just towel exchange. All amenities were open (outdoor pool, hot tub,and exercise room) and they also have a laundry room. They also have a hot breakfast with a decent variety of food options. I would definitely stay here again!

This will be our place to stay anytime we are in Atascocita. Very friendly staff. Everything is very clean. Only thing that was driving us crazy was the fan on the ac by the 2nd night we were used to it though. I gave 4 stars only because the lobby coffee was luke warm in the thermos and zero regular creamer. I had a major caffeine headache. Pool is clean too!

I m traveling a lot for golf tournament with my daughter. This hotel is very nice. Clean and nice swimming pool. I highly recommend staying here and i will definitely come back when i have another tournament in king wood golf course.

I stayed here with my children (13yr & 8 months) during the freeze when the whole state lost power. It was a blessing to get the last room available that Monday night!! The staff were so nice and accommodating. Especially the woman serving breakfast all by herself that Tuesday morning with a sold out hotel. She was friendly and quick. Many thanks!!

Looked very nice and very clean. Breakfast is a full breakfast, but served by one of the staff. In a good location for the area. Beds are extremely comfortable. Only odd thing is the TV will cut off and back on around 830pm very day. Or at least while I was there. Staff was great.

We spent three nights at this hotel in Humble TX. The entire hotel was immaculate and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Nice outdoor pool and whirlpool. I would highly recommend this hotel and will plan to stay there on our next visit

We needed to get out of our house at the last minute because of construction and fumes. We were so thankful they were not only open but still adequately staffed and supplied!
