I had been trying for a couple of months to get someone to fix a patch of shingles on my roof that had blown off earlier in the year. I contacted ARC and a gentleman by the name of Jason helped me. He was professional and was able to get someone out by the afternoon to look at my roof. After looking at my roof, the roofer was able to get straight to work, as I had the shingles on hand already. My roof was fixed in about an hour and Jason came out to my home 3 days later to inspect the work that was done. I was given a fair price on the work that was done and a two-year warranty. I am very appreciative of Jason, and ARC, as they were very professional, prompt, and performed quality work. I HIGHLY recommend this company to anyone needing roofing work done in El Paso, TX.

ARC is amazing. They show up when they say the are going to. Jason is professional and very knowledgeable about building codes and requirements. We would never have gotten the repairs needed without his expertise. Amazing job. Definitely worth it.

Three times we had insurance carrier come out to try to get approved for hail damage. Jason and his team took it to appraisal and 2 months later our claim went from 1280.00 to a whopping 87k w insulation and a lifetime poleurea. System. Arc is by far the best roofing company ever.

ARC Roofing came out right away, did a temporary repair on the spot to ensure no more water damage would come in. I initially was denied by my insurance company due to storm damage. (Hail and Wind) They dealt directly with them did a full report and sent them a very detailed estimate. The end result was me getting a new roof and saving me over $8,000.00. New roof and very happy with the quality workmanship and great warranties. They are also doing my Fathers and Brothers roofs! They truly are the best Roofers in El Paso would recommend to anyone.

Ive been looking for a reliable roofing company for months. I have called 4 roofing companies (not including ARC) and none of them either called me back or/and literally never bothered to show up. Im greatful to have finally have someone pick up the phone and come to inspect my roof immediately. Shawn Mann was the representative.He was punctual, friendly, professional, and trustworthy. He did not try to upsell me for his own interest. Educated suggestive selling is what he delivered and in just a matter of a week, I had a brand new roof. Thank you Shawn. Ill be happy to refer family and friends to Arc.
