The manager at the drive thru was very rude from the minute she spoke on the microphone. I asked how she was and got a blank response. When i was the window she handed me my sweet tea and it tasted bad with sink water and not sweet. I waited for 10 minutes at the window with no communication from her what so ever. I waited 15 minutes total for my food when I was the first car in the drive thru, when i finally got it, my food was COLD! fries were stale and cold and tacos were cold as well. If I had time and not rushing to a drs appt I wouldve gone back for a refund. I threw my food immediately in the trash afterwards. I understand people may have bad days but this is uncalled for and RUDE. You work at a restaurant- you should be friendly and communicative to say the least!!! 0 zero stars if i could!!

Updating review.. Sunday 6/9/24 @ 2:34 a.m. Christy told thru drive that they were not taking orders because they recently got slammed. Stated they were only taking door dash orders. She eventually took order.. when asked why & for store number. She stated she didnt know store number & didnt give receipt. They have made some changes at this location with staff & customer service. Change in a good way I must say. Previous visits after hours the staff would shut down, but was inside or sitting outside in car & not attending to customers. Today at 2:45 AM my husband came through drive through & received great service from the manager & staff.

At 9pm June 6, 2024, women asked us to park upfront. From the drive through. We waited a long time. They stood outside confused with which bag went wear. & took bags back inside. A male knocked on the door to show up to work. Soon as he showed up they left him immediately from work. It was obvious that the women left him with all the work to do. Instead, of finishing the work that they started. It was 4 women working. The man that showed up was so kind. It was terrible that they left him with the work they started. They should finish was they started.

Did a delivery order through the app. The delivered the wrong order with someone else s name on it. I tried to call to get it corrected as the order was for one person and we had 3. The number is disconnected .fix your phone number. I submitted a claim through the app and no one has returned correspondence. I would like a refund on my order but no one has contacted me and there is no number to contact them so they can hide from their mistakes.

Had terrible service a few times several months ago. Thought Id give them a try recently and this was the 3rd time that I was amazed at customer service and food. Honestly this location needs to be scuttled. The food is ALWAYS bad. Service is ALWAYS slow. Orders are wrong nearly every time. Recent had an order delivered from DoorDash from this location and the fries were old/cold and the other food items tasted DISGUSTING. AVOID this location like the plague. This place is a joke. They ask you to pull to the front of the building when you are at the drive through window then you set in their parking lot for 30 minutes waiting for your food and then when they come out with your food they try giving it to someone else who has also been waiting 30 minutes for there food because they dont know who ordered what. Make sure you get a receipt. I will not be going back to this location.

I order at 3:30pm, today 9/1/23 on the app. The order was the 2 tacos for .99 cents (2 sets) and a medium lemonade. Was asked by the worker at the Drive thru if I wanted sauce. Asked if they still come with sauce on them and the answer was yes! The first 2 tacos (in the same paper package) had very little sauce. The second set had a sticker on it SPECIAL ORDER. They take too long to take your order it s ridiculous. They charge for sauces which I think is crazy because they did not before. Employees are always in a bad mood or have an attitude and absolutely no patience. I ordered sauces before I got to the window and payed for them. They did not come in my bag. Fry box was not filled barely even halfway. I d try a different location if I were you. Not worth the hassle honestly. Also cheaper to order online. Wait for 8 mins at the drive thru only to be ignored turn the corner and there s a an SUV waiting before the window I m sure they were asked they were asked to move the vehicle from in front of the window so they don t have to walk the food outside. It s a mixed bag here. In the mornings they are on the ball. In the nights it s hit or miss. Sometimes they ll give you 6 poppers instead of 7. Tonight we tried the number 15. When we got it though, the toppings were all spilled out into the bag. We manually put the toppings back in but there was still barely any chicken or condiments in the tortilla shell. Definitely not worth $5 for that big mess. Some employees are very friendly, but some others barely acknowledge you and are on their phones half the time. They also don t give you a receipt half of the time. So always check your bags before you leave. Update: corporate sent me some coupons, and I went and used them today. They told me to park on the side cause the food was being made fresh. When the guy came to hand the food to me, I said thank you, and he just glared at me and walked away. I felt completely ignored. Some employees are nice, but some are very rude. I don t see this as an employee issue, I see it as a management issue.

The person taking the order said give me a minute and didnt come back to take my order for 6 minutes. There were no other cars in the drive thru. Out of Coke Sprite and Dr Pepper? Had to say hello atleast three times before ordering. Poor communication. Think he understands my entire order to eventually pull up asking to repeat my order. Proceeds to say he didn t actually take the entire order. Kid had earbuds in while working drive thru. Will be sure to tell everyone NOT to go to that location.

NEVER again will I return to this location! Service is awful and the girl at drive thru gave me attitude and was rude to me for asking for taco sauce after I ordered tacos with no sauce inside the taco for my kids because they dont like it. But I asked for some taco sauce packets and she told me with her attitude But you said no taco sauce? Me: Yes, no taco sauce inside the taco, but I do want some taco sauce the packets she then asks someone inside for permission and gives me taco sauce with an ugly face attitude. I guess they charge you for taco sauce? Because when I was ordering the lady that took my order told me a different amount due ($$) it was more than when I drove up to the window and pay it was a dollar less than what I was being charged at first. My guess is that they got mad because I asked for the taco sauce packets. So be careful when they charge you, they might be charging you for the sauces and condiments. You give me attitude and be rude to me after I asked you nicely, then Ill give you attitude and be rude to you too. Sorry not sorry.

Worse experience ever. The kid at the drive thru window was so lazy, he didnt listen got my order wrong. It took him 10 minutes to make my shake. He moved like a turtle making it obvious he didnt want to be at work that day. The food was so bad I threw it away. $17 wasted.

Took long time for the cashier to take our order. We Ordered some tacos and lettuce wasnt fresh. Only 3 employees in the restaurant. Soda machine wasnt working (no carbonated) so was flat soda. One of the employees stop at our table and asked if ev erything ok? We addressed the issue and she made us some fresh tacos with fresh lettuce OC. First and last time at this location.

Corporate should do everyone a favor, either close this location for the night or replace the lazy night shift staff. I ve been there multiple times at nights and they deliberately ignore you at the drive thru to avoid servicing you. If you manage to catch them at the window, their system is mysteriously out of order . My review is coming from multiple interactions at this location.

Overall fresh fried food at this location and friendly drive thru staff. DO CHECK YOUR ORDER before driving off always best to specifically ask for napkins and condiments as they tend to leave these items out unless you specifically ask.

Update: I have had no luck with the telephone number on their website (voice mailbox always full), but I took a picture of the for hire number. Update: I have had no problems going through the drive thru. Food was still hot when I got home. Although the tacos do not look appealing, they are actually quite good. The Sourdough Swiss Jack has sauces, bacon, swiss cheese and a beef patty but despite having no lettuce, pickles, etc., it is also quite good. I like both the regular and curly fries. The star rating is based on the drive thru. I have had no luck ordering delivery through the app. Ive tried 3 times and all 3 times the order was cancelled after about an hour of updates saying everything is fine. Obviously, if I were to rate delivery, it would get zero stars. This review is for the restaurant on 1960 close to West Lake Houston Parkway.

The food is great but the reason I rated the restaurant at 3 stars is because I just witnessed the manager named Patricia talking very rudely to a nice employee for no reason. The employee was talking to Patricia and Patricia was talking over the employee and waving her off telling her to Go over there. I dont care who you are nobody deserves to be spoken to like that. I plan on later, sending an Email to the company because this honestly bothered me. If she talks like that in front of customers I can only imagine what she does when the customers arent around.

The service is absolutely trash at this location, they need a new crew. I was the only person in the drive-thru, I only ordered 1 sandwich (no combo) it took 15 minutes to get my sandwich. When I started to order the crew member decided to goof off with a coworker over the headset before taking my order. Plenty of food came from the kitchen not sure why, no one was in the lobby. Overall, staff is rude, slow and quality of the food needs improvement. I would give 0 stars but its not an option

This is the worst Jack. The shake machine is always broken, they never have shake mix, or theyre closed at 10pm bc theyre short staff, yet someone gets paid to sit there & say theyre closed? lol okay. Customer service sucks to top it off, i guess theyre trying to compete with McDonalds now.
