I never post reviews. But this place will treat you right. And if you have a beard just ask for Miranda, she is top tier and will take her time. I never feel rushed out of there with her and thats why Ive been coming across town just to give them my business. Communication is key with your barbers, and she is the best I have found in this city so far. Peggy is also top notch.

Waited over a to get a haircut I didnt get a haircut I let because went I asked why was it taking so long. The girl say that she told me that it would take over a hour. But other customers who came in were taken before me went the customer who came in after were asked if they had a appointment four said no. Is it because Im old and Mexican Americans.

I guess I didnt learn my lesson, the people waiting said My hair was cut into a mess, my granddaughter said wow your hair is crazy!!!! I want to cry My hair was long, My hair cut wasnt what I expected. My daughters stop coming here and bringing my grandchildren I guess I know why. I guess I need to look somewhere else to do my hair. I ended up fixing it at home.

I decided to go very short for the first time due to the heat and couldnt get my regular stylist to do what I was asking and whack it all. So I tried Great Clips based on word-of-mouth and so very glad I did! Peggy asked me questions about the style I wanted, actually listened, and gave me a wonderful cut and style. That was a nice experience I had in Great Clips ever. I was attended by an experienced hair dresser named Maddie. I really appreciate her patience to make us better as per our expectations. If you have kids with any type of sensory issues or emotional regulation struggles, I recommend going here. Took my kiddo for an emergency cut after he attempted to cut his own bangs. The last place we went to for a cut was not open, so we stopped here. Heather worked so well with him, its amazing when we meet people out in public who are so understanding of what these kids go through and feel. Will definitely go again

I was super disappointed with the service from this great clips. I ve never been to a great clips before this, and my son and I won t be back. The lady who did my son s haircut just did it real quick to get the day over with. Her and her coworker snickered about us, and we re rude. I hope other people have a better experience than I did. I have hair. And lots of it! I had been holding it back in a loose ponytail, until the heat and humidity on my job initiated my search for a great hair salon. I chose the Alameda HEB Great Clips I have been going to for several years. It is located within my neighborhood. Check in online went smoothly and when I entered the storefront was neat and clean. I was immediately greeted by stylist who verbally spoke my name and checked me in. Within a few minutes, I was seated at a clean, organized, booth with a welcoming hair stylist. My needs were simple: Take it to chin length and add layers. The stylist began, confidently, and kept me informed along the way. With her 23 years of experience as a stylist, I knew I would end up with a great cut. I was sad to see my long hair go, but the end result was I got a great haircut from this place in minimal time at a convenient location. Everyone loved my hair. Will be a repeat customer again! Prices on the haircut were affordable and clearly displayed on the board above on the wall!

At this location visit Jackie. She cuts hair great. My hair was carved up like a bad Chia Pet from a previous barber at another shop and she fixed it up in no time. She knows her stuff and saw what the previoua stylist did wrong. The cut was $17 greenness and a tip. She loves to listen and converse with her clients. All I can say is ask for Lilly when you go. She is one of the best stylist Ive had cut my hair. She is on point with every aspect of the haircut takes her time to make sure its done correctly. I will definitely keep going to her.

I did call customer number as the owner of business which was not her number only spoke with Alex and As I recommend for both to have customers pay first with coupons before haircut so no customers are left with coupons not accepted and owner cannot say she dont accept any coupons on hand or online towards end visit. Poor Customer Service on this location
