Today I went to that Mexican restaurant for food and the food was super salty and when I called to let them know what happened they never answered my call. I dont know why if they claim to be a good supplier they cook so badly for me I dont recommend it because of the poor quality of the cooking.

There have been 3 different occasions where my husband or I have called to place an order and someone answers the phone and hangs up on us. Why not just say that they are too busy to take a phone order instead of giving poor customer service with a lack of politeness? Please be more courteous.

Hands down the best el cometa location in all of El Paso, I have been just to about every El cometa restaurants here in town. This one would have to be my favorite, when I came in I was greeted by our waitress Alma, who was very friendly and quickly took our order. It was not long before the food was in front of us looking good sitting on the cleanest plates I have ever seen at one of these restaurants. The presentation of our food was neat and tasted even better, the only complaint that I have is not having two stomachs to enjoy another gringa pastor. I will most definitely be coming here again bringing all my family and friends for a taste of authentic Mexican food.

Good flautas! Only thing I didnt like that I tried putting a phone order and they wouldnt let me unless I paid upfront.. My husband was picking up the order so this was very inconvenient cause even when you go through drive thru you still have to wait a while for the order instead of just letting me put my phone order so I dont have to wait!

Food is great. However you guys need to update the closing time on Google. My son and I arrived at 10:30pm and doors were locked. Employees were cleaning and no one even acknowledged us. I totally get it, if they have to close but at least let customers know about it by putting a sign. Or update your business hours on Google, for God s sake.

Ive come here over and over again frequently and always forgot to give a great review because the food is so delicious you forget whats on your mind. The flutas is a family favorite. clean environment and most importantly of this review is they welcome you in even if there is a rush hour. I would like to thank Ms. Alma for excellent customer service and welcoming the customers that enter their establishment and to check up on my order even when she had a lot of orders to serve to the tables and ensuring tables are clean and picking up dirty plates. I have come here again and again frequently and always forgot to give a great review because the food is so delicious you forget whats on your mind. Flutes are a family favorite. Clean environment and the most important thing about this review is that they welcome you even if it is in rush hour. Food is good, but the employees are terrible. Tried calling in for 20 minutes before getting frustrated and just going to the restaurant. Walked in and the staff was just standing around. The food was so delicious! This was my first time here and I was not disappointed. We can at around lunch time and there was plenty of seating. The staff was very kind and provided excellent service. The restaurant was very clean and the restrooms were also clean. Overall the food and service were amazing, I highly recommend the flautas and include a horchata! Vegetarian options: They have potato flautas and some items on the menus can be prepared without meat if you ask Parking: Lots of parking while I was there but I can see if there is a large rush inside the restaurant parking can be tough to find Wheelchair accessibility: There was a ramp to enter the restaurant in the front

I love the food but this location in particular consistently gets our order wrong in the drive thru, which is unfortunate because the wait time is always really long to begin with. We came in at 10:00pm since the closing time is 11:30pm, and they told us they were closed for dine in, and there was only take out. I honestly think that they should change the closing time since it is an inconvenience to everyone that drives all the way there expecting to sit down and enjoy their food. So we didnt get to eat.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Salty flautas!! Went in the drive thru got my flautas with no sauces. I requested some sauces and got told I needed to get down to get my sauces if I wanted any. With an unnecessary tone from the employee. Couldn t follow instructions on my order and for them be so salty I couldnt eat them. Hit or miss with the food, service used to be good but I will be avoiding this location from now on and suggest you do the same.

Terrible quality of food and also the service. To begin with, they gave us the entire order incomplete (they didnt put panela cheese or avocado) the sauce they had came as if they were already started. We ordered takeout and waited 25 minutes to receive our food and to make matters worse everything was incomplete. I will never buy flutes from here again!
