WOW! I am beyond impressed with Stephens services. To have someone go above and beyond and truly stand by their word is so RARE these days. I am so thankful I contacted Stephen to serve a very difficult person. The constables were unsuccessful. Google recommended another servicing place which off the bat the phone call and lack of communication sent me on a new search. I am SO THANKFUL to have contacted Stephen. The individual that needed to be served was not easy to find but Stephen got it done! His communication is on point and made this process so much easier. I cant say thank you enough for his professionalism and the awesome experience I had working with someone that really knows their line of work. He kept me updated and provided pictures, texts, emails etc. He takes care of his clients. As someone that lives out of state he made a tough situation so much easier! Im so thankful for Stephen because I had no idea what I was doing and when I reached out he was nothing but professional and helpful. I needed papers served to my husband overseas and Stephen immediately started helping me. He explained the whole process in detail and answered any questions I had. Best service I could ever ask for. If you are looking for someone that can get the job done fast and is dependable this is your guy. I was have been trying to get my paperwork served to my ex-wife for months now and she kept dodging the constables and sheriff s. I called This guy the day before my sons had a baseball game that my ex-wife was taking them to and he was able to work with me on getting her located and served. While visiting family in Austin we needed to have documents notarized, and found Stephen online as a mobile notary. He was very accommodating as we worked to coordinate schedules, and it was critical that he come to us with parents in long-term care. My mom is in an assisted living facility, and needed a document notarized last minute. I looked on line and found Marvel Civil Process listed as one of the ten best in Austin. I requested a quote, and within 10 -15 minutes, had one. I needed the document by Wednesday, and Steve contacted me on Monday, and came out to the assisited living facility on Tuesday morning. Steve arrived on time, and got the job done within 10 minutes or so. Rate was reasonable, and I was impressed with his professionalism. I highly recommend him, and will definitely call him the next time a need a Notary.
