Excellent service from the lawyer, I would have liked not to have had a crash to deal with it but they hit me. Their follow-up was constant on my case, their good team also did not forget to pass on errands or support you in case the lawyer was busy. This was my first experience hiring a lawyer for an automobile accident. I didn t think it was necessary since I was not at fault and the other driver fled. I was very skeptical and almost didn t consider hiring an attorney, but a friend encouraged me as well as recommended me to Tristan Law. I remember walking into the office for the consultation and actually cried to myself because of how worried and stressed with thoughts of how I was going to afford to pay for an attorney. The last thing I wanted was to accrue more debt on top of the new debt in purchasing a new car with a higher payment than the vehicle that was wrecked. I took a chance and I am so glad I did. I never write reviews, but I think it is super important for everyone to be informed especially when thinking of hiring Carlos Tristan to represent you. I have had quiet the bumpy since he started representing me for the car accident I was involved in back in August 2023. 1- He sent me to a chiropractor that ended up billing me for almost $9k for 2 months (3 times a week) of treatment. This chiropractor was just adjusting my back without caring what my diagnosis was and where the pain truly was coming from. 2- Some forms I received from the attorney included my basic information incorrect. Such as him stating that I am a minor I am 23 years old. 3- 3 of my bills ended up going to collections even though he reassured me that in his various years of profession this had never happened. He failed to update/ inform the medical providers of his representation and provide them with the lien letter despite my constant reminders and concern for the bills. 4- I always had to be the one to reach out because he would never update me. 5- When the time to settle came around he only wanted to give me 8k despite my case being worth 45k. 6- Carlos Tristan even ended up sending a check to a doctor I didn t even visit even after I had mentioned this to him prior to him sending the checks. 7- Currently it has been almost 2 months since I settled, and he supposedly paid all my medical bills yet I am still getting billed by one provider. Upon calling this provider they mentioned that no letters (HIPPA or lien) have been sent to them from the attorney and much less the check 8- This law firm does not handle these time sensitive cases well. 9- They contradict themselves in a lot of things. Such as when the Attorney, Carlos Tristan, told me that he could not negotiate the medical bills yet that same day I called the provider and they said that the law firm had already sent in an offer and that it had been approved.

very bad experience with this lawyer, he told me many things that he would do with my case and in the end he did nothing, I had to keep calling them to find out about the case and in the end his assistant spoke to me to tell me that they had enough evidence, when I sent him videos, photos of the accident and I do not recommend it.

I had a warrant under my name and I was trying to get my registration sticker out , I was in contact with one of his clerks i had paid for them to dismiss the ticket or warrant I had , she called and advise that i was celar in my warrant and that everything was okay and I was able to get my registration. I wen to go get my registration and the lady advised me that I still had a warrant and that I needed a reales form , called the lady and she said no you should be good to go. She send me a message advising me that all I need to pay was an OMNI of 30 she provided the number to me So I call and be able to pay. When I called they advised me I can t . Called her that same day for her to help me, she Advise me she will get back to me by the end of the day and she never called back till this day she has not reached out . So I ended up paying my ticket in full because she didn t do her job . Very poor customer service . Number she would contact me from is a 781 number . Had a very bad experience . .
