It s always something at this location. Dirty kitchen. Dirty dining room. Just went in and was told we have no rice, and it will be a long time before we have some. Essentially made me feel like they just didn t want to help or work. I said ok well I will wait for the rice to cook, the employees said it s broke I said the rice is broken? Now days I order on the app and go in to pick up my order, so Im not there for the atmosphere. My favorite is the burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, chicken, pico de gallo, corn, cheese and guac. In 18 years Ive virtually never been disapointed, it has been a trusted experience no matter what store Ive been to.

I have no idea if its any good. This is the second time Ive gone and both times, they had one person making the bowls. There was a line that was not moving, except people leaving who were tired of waitng. Other Chipotles have 2 or more people building bowls. Theyre was a kid standing at the register next to the prep area but was doing nothing. Not sure who the manager is, but they either need to manage their staff, or this Chipotles needs to find a new manager. I love Chipotles but I wont be back to this one.

Im visiting from California and my Mom and I went to eat here, so were about to order some food and we had to wait until they finished cooking and cutting up the meats, then, we go to sit down to eat and the dining room was so nasty that I had to ask the boy at the register for a cloth to wipe the table and he looked at me as if he didnt know what I was talking about... I was really shocked when I saw this mess bc every Texan has always said Texas is nicer than California, and the only thing I can say about Texans is, theyre very polite to their elderly, but when it comes to fast foods, these kids arent any different than our lazy kiddos. This is consistently the worst chipotle I ve been to. I come in semi regularly because side it s very close to my house and every time I expect the snail paced service to have gotten better and I m always wrong. If I stand in line I m waiting no joke 20 minutes while the staff completes orders at the speed of smell. Then I try ordering online to avoid this, and I still end up waiting 10-15 minutes past the time that the website says my order should be ready. Somebody needs to put a pep in these guys step. I told myself I would never come back to this chipotle once they started giving smaller portions, today I found myself back at this location and remembered why I no longer eat here. When I came in and began to order the young man taking care of me was extremely rude and was portioning like crazy. I understand he may not have control over the portions but what he was giving out was laughable. The surfaces were dirty and unkempt. Update 4/2024: I was really hungry after a training workout. The barbacoa and brown beans, salad, brown rice, grilled red peppers really hit the spot. It was really delicious. 2021: We stopped going here when the company got political and the bacteria (company wide) hit. Clear throat. Well after a few years, I went back. The staff is very friendly. Used to be very good but no more. Severs cant communicate, guac starts to turn, rice is clumpy, and the portions are suddenly about half size. I still give the freshness a 3, being generous. But the worst things are the servers attitudes, as if its our fault they dont understand the difference between pinto and black beans, and the music so loud you cant hear yourself think. They used to turn it down if you asked, but today the manager Cynthia refused, and also refused to give us the number of hq. Dont worry, Cynthia, well find it. The cleanliness of this location is horrendous. Employees are shuffling through a mystery liquid mixed with rice, lettuce, and trash. The counter they wrap/prepare our food is piled in leftover food. I have been standing here for 20 minutes waiting on my to go order and no one has cleaned it once or sanitized the line. There are 10 people standing In line for to go orders. 10 PEOPLE. a customer tried to cancel her order and asked for a refund, the manager told the cashier they were bagging it right now. Ordered a burrito and another Sofrito bowl ant about 11:15 am in the morning yesterday. We reached there at 10:45 am when they opened the doors. We were after 4 customers. We were there at three in the afternoon. Every table inside was dirty. Every table outside was covered with bird droppings and leaves. $27 for lunch for two and not even a clean place to sit. And yet there were six or eight people working behind the counter. But no attention paid to dining room. Coke was just water so we had to wait for them to change that out. With the dining room not being clean, it makes you wonder how clean the kitchen is. Communication is very difficult because of language barrier. I realize it s hard to get staff, but it makes it difficult for the customer. It used to be you could get some guacamole put on your dish, but now if you want even a small scoop of that, it s almost 3 dollars. Not likely to visit this location again even though it s in my hometown. Dirty tables are just inexcusable.

Came in around 10:30pm to get some late dinner after a long day of travel. Pretty sure there was no manager there. The place was chaotic. Most of the food containers were close to empty, the cheese that went on my burrito was scraped off the bottom, so did not get much. I understand it was close to closing, maybe they decided not to make any more food even though there was a whole bunch of people coming in behind us. The counter was an absolute mess with bits of food everywhere. Ive been to lots of Chipotles, and this one didnt smell very good either. The girl who made my burrito seemed to want to be anywhere else but where she was, and had a piss poor attitude. She overstuffed the first attempt at a burrito and then went and got a second tortilla, and she just dumped out the contents of the original one onto the new one. The burrito that I ended up with was very small. Probably the smallest burrito Ive ever had from Chipotle. My wife asked for the corn salsa that was out at the counter, and the girl seemed rather put out that she was going to actually have to go get some more. The whole place was a mess. The cook in the back was on his phone. The kid at the counter was a little more helpful. He ended up getting me the queso blanco dip that the girl seemed to forget. I get it, its late at night, people are tired and they want to go home. But the place is open until 11:00 p.m. The whole experience was just weird and disappointing. Honestly would have gone somewhere else if I hadnt been so hungry and it wasnt so late. Definitely wont be coming back though. Would have had a better experience just getting a frozen burrito at a convenience store. Food probably would have been safer too.

I have been waiting for a while to make an evaluation - just to see. It is my humble opinion things have changed here very much since Covid started. Just now, I walked up from the side hallway, and met a man stepping up in line, but he very courteously told me I could go ahead of him - There was a question who actually arrived first. The man was very friendly and kind, so I accepted. It was the low time of day- so, workers were few. But the man doing the meat in the back was watching - and he BARKED at me saying That Man Was In Line First!! The man in line and I had had no altercation- we were not wrestling each other to the ground- But the worker was just... frankly he seemed mean. A vaguely similar thing happened a week ago with another worker there. And there have been other incidents with workers being rude - all since the employee change-over from Covid. Before Covid, the entire team was (imho) Awesome. If I am the common denominator in all this, I do very much apologize. But I dont know how to make this better.

Ok, if you are seeking authentic Mexican food, this isnt it. If you are seeking a Mexican-ish type of healthier fairs, they got-cha. Tasty and wide variety of choices. Fast service usually with a smile. Price is pretty much in keeping with the inflationary times but you sure get a lot of good tasting, healthy food. Placed two orders online and someone with the same first name as me must ve placed an online order at the same time. They gave one of my two orders to the other Peyton before I got there and it took them another 20 minutes to get the correct order to me. Meanwhile, my second order is sitting in the car getting cold and everyone in line is continuing to order food and pay for their food while the staff continues to ignore me. The waits for the orders are long, more than 30 minutes to deliver an order and the only thing they say is that you have to wait because they only have one person in preparation, the manager has no control over the workers, they spend it playing and we all walk with busy time.

Found plastic debris in my sour cream. Sent messages to the customer service link and got asked to send screenshots of a receipt which the store didn t provide since it was an online order or a screenshot of my bank statement which won t be updated for a few days. Rather than make things right, Chipotle is making me jump through hoops while this unfoodsafe location allowed literal trash to end up in my food. I ll certainly never go to this location again, and given Chipotle s corporate response, it s highly unlikely I ll ever visit one again.

Management is doing a terrible job leading this team. Waited 15 min in line to get we re out of chicken and an employee staring at me with no solution. It was exactly 12:15 on a Monday. You guys didn t know you d need chicken?? Moral seems low. Tables are mostly visibly dirty. I feel like a team of 6 ppl could be led to do better. Quality of food was subpar. Chipotle, please address the issues at this location.

Overall just terrible. They couldn t make my son a regular size quesadilla because I have to order that particular item online. How ridiculous is that. I m standing in line already why do I have to order online when I m standing right here to order now. Staff was rude and didn t seem to care at all about the inconvenience it caused me. This being my second complaint I would like a manager or franchise email me. After placing an online order and picking it up at the proper pick up time, I took my meal home only to notice that the extra meat burrito that I ordered was skimpie (lacking the right amount of chicken). Not only that but the extra tortilla I ordered was missing from the meal. Having previously been employed by a chipotle store I knew the exact weight that the chicken that should be placed on all orders however even with me ordering extra chicken I was still concerned with the little amount served. Having weighed my portion with a scale it was sill a whole 5% under the amount of chicken that regularly comes on a burrito ( keep in mind I ordered extra chicken)

EVERY TIME I order online the ladies making the order seem to not know what the word EXTRA mean. I should NOT have to place my order in person to make sure I get extra rice and beans. Today I ordered 3 tacos which feels like I had one taco with two extra tortillas on the side. I also ordered queso and chips and my queso was barely filled half way. SERIOUSLY?!! SMH!! Im a person of 2nd and even 3rd chances. These folks who were making my burrito assumed that I dont speak Spainish. They were giving me obvious half scoops. The reason i know this was because how they served the gentleman before me. When i asked for full scoops, they began taking amongst themselves, cursing me in Spainish. Its was a very racist. They always get online orders wrong, and give you less than they are suppose to. When you ask for the appropriate amount, its an extra charge. Ok, I am upset and hurt, and wondered if anyone else has had the same experience. I went to the Chipotle in Georgetown on Austin Avenue and ordered a burrito and a bowl. The Hispanic man in front of me ordered two burrito s. His burritos ended up being so full (not a lot of toppings) that they ended up having to get another shell to wrap his up. Mine on the other hand were very small. No where near full scoops. I asked if I could have a full scoop of rice and the lady responded in Spanish, another white person wanting extra food . While rolling her eyes. I was shocked to say the least! She clearly didn t think that I understood Spanish! I got to the register and the guy charged me extra for a full scoop of rice! I paid and then asked to speak to a manager. I was told that the shift manager doesn t speak English and would have to get a translator to talk to her. I said nevermind, because I am self conscious about mispronouncing some words and just left. I felt completely out of place and uncomfortable. I have never been treated so racially biased before! What a horrible experience! Shame on them for treating people differently based upon skin color!

This is the worst location I ve ever been to. I worked at chipotle years ago & know how much a full scoop is.. the scoops that this location gives you is ridiculous. I ve also seen many complaints on Facebook groups about this location with the same issue and terrible customer service. My issue is, I m not going to spend $10 for a chicken bowl where they give me not even have a spoonful of chicken. This is beyond the worst service I have ever experienced at Chipotle! The kid taking my order wouldnt even let me talk as I tried to order and when I asked him to change my bowl ingredients because they were wrong, he got upset! He literally walked away as he slammed the bowl in the trash. When he continued to serve me, he was arrogant and dismissive as he asked me for my order (yeah yeah what next?!). This was one of my favorite locations of Chipotle until today. I ordered the veggie burrito bowl and asked for an extra scoop of black beans. Usually I get that way but there is no charge. Today they suddenly said that there is an extra charge for the extra black beans. I don t mind paying but what bothered me most is that the lady who was making my burrito bowl didn t let me know there was a charge before adding the scoop of black beans. She acted as if it was free and then went to the counter and told I ordered an extra so there is a charge. Shouldn t you first be asking your customer if they are okay with paying extra? Before adding I think it would be courteous to let them know there is an extra charge. After adding letting me know is like cheating me. I can t ask to throw the bowl away again because I didn t want to waste food. Sneaky approach to get extra money for the bowl. I didn t appreciate that at all.

I placed my order online. They left out the lettuce, pico, corn, guacamole, and cheese for my orders. I just don t understand how they could miss half the ingredients? Long story: It was supposed to be ready at 5:30. I arrive at 5:40 and it s not ready. No big deal, she said they were still making it. At 5:50 I asked again and she realizes that perhaps they handed my bag to someone else awhile ago. They remake my order. I get it at 6:00. Not happy about it being 30 minutes late, I was still completely polite. I walk to my car and for some reason decided I should check the order before taking off. Both orders were wrong. They left out the pico, lettuce, corn, guacamole, and more for both bowls!! I was so frustrated. I went back in and they remade my bowl.
