I ve been here a few times, normally the food and service is okay. I ordered a pizza and some wings, drove 30 minutes to pick it and when I got home I noticed the mushrooms on my pizza were burnt to ashes. I call to let them know and instead of apologizing and wanting to rectify the situation. The woman asks for the pizza back or there isn t anything she can do. Best believe this will be the last time I ever eat from here !

When you first walk in, it smelled like an ashtray. I got my food in a timely manner however! When I opened the pizza, it was not the 16 I ordered but a smaller clock sized pizza. It tasted old and was barely warm. I just ordered this and it wasnt even hot?!? The wings werent bad, they tasted a little old as well but were cooked well. Buffalo sauce was good, the asian sauce was good as well but the garlic parmesan tasted like straight salt. I like salt but this was tongue in the salt shaker salty. Service is quick and simple but the quality of food was lacking for this reviewer.

This is a pick up or delivery location. It does have a couple chairs inside and does smell like smoke from the bar next door. However, the food is delicious. Pizza is a thin crust with heavy portions of toppings. The wings are thick and pizza rolls, homemade, are so good!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Paid 70 bucks to have our food delivered to us. The company said they delivered the food in front of our garage. Well I dont have a garage. I live in an apartment complex. Called the delivery company and all they could do is send us an email. When they finally sent us an email, they asked us to look outside and see if the food was there. What do you mean? Clearly if I am calling you, I havent received my food. I explained the same thing to them again as I did over the phone. I do not have a garage. So where did your driver deliver the food. We called Pattys to complain because they are choosing to use the company as a delivery service. She said she would call us back and never did. We are out of 70 bucks and no food. I recommend getting pizza from somewhere else.

Very disappointed in this place, I wanted pizza so bad and was hoping to find a new favorite but this sadly won t be it. Very thin pizza, definitely was not a 12 inch pizza. The sauce was so overwhelming because the lack of cheese. Overall nearly $14 for one pizza was definitely not worth it.

DO NOT ORDER from pattis. They delivered the wrong order to my house tonight. When I called and explained the young man, whose name I won t mention because he was trying, told me that the manager patti . Said they wouldn t refund my order or get me the right order because they only had two people working. I explained that wasn t my problem and (he was on the phone with patti ) was told too bad. There was nothing else he could do. So I paid 25.00 for the wrong pizza that my kids wouldn t eat, and tip, and got NO customer service. I will post this in every local group just so everyone knows what kind of business patti is running. Absolute trash!!!!!

Ordered cheese sticks from here and they were extremely overcooked and burnt. Called back to try and get a refund or credit, but she insisted we bring them back. Ordered a pizza tonight while next door playing a pool tournament. Pizza was severely undercooked. Brought it back to ask that they fix it. Why go all the way to Wingstop when theres a local Wing Store in the neighborhood? Ive always noticed their place it never even thought if giving it a try until recently. I wanted some wings and Pattys Pizza & Wings popped up. The reviews werent the highest rated but sometimes even a spot with average reviews needs a try! I ordered the Mango Habernero wings. The guy promised itll take about 10 minutes and he was right! Now this Saturday afternoon it wasnt crowded at all. I grabbed my wings to go. The wings were very crispy and friends well. The Mango Habernero sauce was very delicious. Not too spicy and not too sweet, it was a perfect balance. The flavor was really good and unique and the wings were fried well. I enjoyed my wings. It wasnt the best wings I ever had but they were very good. I definitely would come back and I recommend you give them a try. Now I cant speak for the pizza so youre on your own with that.

First time trying, so I went with a basic pepperoni and basil. I must say I was prett impressed. The crust had a good tangy flavor, almost like a sourdough, the pepperoni was very flavorful. The basil tasted fresh too, cheese was also very good, overall a great pizza. Next time Ill try the wings too.

This is the first time we ordered from Pattys in about a year. We quit ordering from them because they forgot an entire pizza the last time and this time around they gave us two duplicate vegetable pizzas instead of a veggie and a plain cheese that we had ordered for our autistic son. We ordered wings, fries & pizza. The wings did not taste anything like garlic parm, more like lemon pepper sauce. They were really hard. The pizza was not good. The sauce is very sweet. We ordered our order 2 HOURS AGO and there is no sign of the pizza coming AND there has been no notifications thus far. They are closing, on a Friday night, at 9:00??? Who does that???? No sign of our order when we call in to check on the status. We ask to remake the order and switch it to Pick UP!!!! I definitely am against it and say NEVER ORDER HERE AGAIN!!!! I was originally really grossed out about the smell, but after reading the other review before posting my own it seems to not be something they can control. What they can control, the pizza and service was perfectly average. We got a pepperoni and cheese pizza. The cheese was pretty good, the sauce was okay at best, and the crust was a weird mix of thin crust and hand tossed. Overall the pizza tasted okay, not great, not bad, just okay.

Ordered delivery for the 1st time today; food was good but had no idea when it was actually delivered because theres NO WAY to track your order, nor any notice of when the driver is on their way, etc. Nor did I receive a confirmation email, so i had to call the restaurant to make sure they got my order. Pattys, please spend a little money and get a better website with pictures & description of the food, also one that will send a confirmation email to the customer and allow them to track their order like all the other pizza places!

When I went inside the store smelled fairly strongly of cigarettes. I dont know if it was the customer before or if theyre really smoking in there. Kinda grossed me out... not a pleasant thought of the person cooking your meal smoking while doing so. Pizza was pretty average. Nothing bad to say about the food or service, they were nice and fast. Just really thrown off by that smell...

Best ranch dressing (random but true fact) Ive ever had. Pizza is similar to Russos and other NY style pizzas. Apps are good. The calzones are better than others in the areas. Good value. Im being hyper critical here but Pattys gets 3 stars instead of b/c more often than not, they get the order wrong. The food is inconsistent at times too. So my advice, order pickup and check the food before you leave. Favs are the calzones, cheese bread, wings, and specialty pizzas.

I wanted to leave my honest review: This place when first opened up was my go to place for first couple years. I then moved away from area. Had a couple poor experiences grabbing a pie while driving through. But my past 2 times I feel like they got back to their roots and, I ordered my 14 pie with extra chebank! sausage, pep and had it light baked....nailed it and now i remember why I continue to come back!

Best pizza in the area!! Love the New York and Calzone! Always fresh and never been disappointed! Highly recommend Updated Moved my 5 star to 2! We are regular customers with Pattys! Tonight we ordered the boneless chicken wings along with the New Yorker which is our usual order. Usually the wings are absolutely on point but tonight we were delivered with what I can only describe as frozen chicken tenders that had been re heated and coated in sauce! I bit into one and spat it out! I couldnt even eat it! I called to ask what was up with the wings and I was told that they changed suppliers! That was it, no other explanation! Extremely disappointed, only reason its not a 1 star is because I cant complain about the new Yorker! Not sure if I will try them again after this which is a great shame as we use to love this place!

Wow, talk about falling from grace. We discovered this place about a year ago and have ordered at least a dozen times. Unfortunately, what I thought was a fluke the last time happened again. The New Yorker pizza, which is what I order every time, came with about 1/3 the pepperoni, missing cheese in a few areas, and generally looking like what Id expect from a much cheaper joint. How they look at this and decide its good to go out, I dont know. Calling them back for a refund and theyre going to make me drive back there with the pizza to get a refund on a Friday evening at 6:30 and Im starving? Terrible customer service, no offer to replace and refund, or refund me out right and no return. Return at height of rush hour which takes a LONG time due to the traffic in the area and limited ways to reach. Sorry Pattys, we were huge supporters and generous tippers, but you burned the wrong customer at the worst time to have done it, and we will never return... Even if the food is amazing. Ill be retracting my recommendations from social media as well, thats how happy you didnt make me this time. Id rather get Gattis now because they at least have the decency to make sure the customer is satisfied and getting what they paid for. Best of luck, but I dont think youll last long if this is your new standard. Edit: returned for refund, didnt disrupt anyone there, but they didnt apologize whatsoever and didnt refund the tip. No offer to remediate the situation whatsoever. That should tell you quite a bit. Enjoy it while you can, but they dont seem to care about losing loyal customers so be prepared when it happens.

A week ago my family came into town and I raved about this pizza place, Patty s, we go to because we were tired of getting Luke warm pizzas from domino s. Called at 630 and ordered. The5 said 45 to an hour. Which is typical for a Friday night. Well an hour and 20 came and went called up there, my pizzas weren t even out of the oven yet but were the next to leave the building another 30 min goes by (we live 10 min away) call again and she has to call to see where her driver is. Over 2 hours after placing our order we finally received our pizza and it was barely warm!! Call up there and she said there is nothing she can do about a refund unless we return the pizza!! Here s my favorite part. We asked to speak to the manager. Was told one wasn t there but she would leave a message for her to call us back but she may or may not actually call us back and that it wasn t her problem anymore. We never received a call. Guess business is so awesome they can lose a regular customer.

I always try to stop at any pizza place I see..and Im glad I did. Just wish I lived closer as I only happened by because of an errand. Sauce leans on the sweeter side with a touch of garlic. Just snagged a cheese pizza with extra sauce and it was pretty damn good. Only waited about 12 mins or so as a walk in.

So far this place has been great for my family during lunch and dinner throughout the COVID-19 pandemic! We first tried their wings, we ordered 18 buffalo medium and 18 Lemon Pepper. The medium is perfect taste for buffalo if youre not wanting to burn your taste buds with spicy sauce. I have tried the hot buffalo and it really wasnt hot but I didnt like the flavor with my order that time. I am sticking with the medium buffalo because of the flavor for me. The lemon pepper was on point! Our wings were not dried at all. Very fresh and cooked just right with juice flavor meat. They delivered to our house since we are close by and within their delivery range. We ordered their pizza on another day and I was really impressed with the crust and how so fresh it tastes compared the chain places. My opinion overall definitely great pizza and wings place! I know I am not buying wings from anywhere else again for a while. Customer service has been great far with delivery and carry out; however, I will say the lady who said she was the owner when I called to compliment them on their service verbally did seem standoffish when I asked if I could speak to the owner or manager. I honestly felt like she was defensive with me before even knowing why I was asking to speak with owner/manager. Other than I really enjoy ordering my pizza and wings from here. Great place! They have been solid for several years and the food is great. It does take a little longer to get food, but it is not a corporate chain and good food is worth waiting for. Im still hoping they decide to make a chicken parmesan sub sandwich. I would eat there every day.

The upside? Their wings are incredible and pizza is so good! Downside? The wait. We seem to always have to wait even after the suggested pickup time. Today I ordered 18 wings and an order of the pizza rollers and it said my order would be ready in 25 mins. I got there in 30 and still had to wait another 15-20 mins..and my pizza rollers were burnt (but still yummy, luckily.) Food is great, service - not so much.

Called for delivery Halloween night. Was told to expect a 45m-1hour wait for pizza. Thats fine. 1.5 hours later we call multiple times and get no answer. End up driving to them and are told that our pizza was sent out a while ago. It gets delivered at the same time we are there, roommate tries the pizza as soon as its delivered and everything is cold. I can get by long delivery times, especially on busy nights. But having our food delivered 2 HOURS after calling, it being COLD, and they WONT answer their phones so we can know to wait longer? No thank you, not coming back.

Five stars! This is a very local place. But the food was good! I had the Everything pizza (minus olives), fried pickles, lemon pepper wings, and Thai wings. I didnt eat everything but I did have the pizza and Thai wings. There were only 2 people working so they were super busy. I would recommend this place if youre looking for something other than corporate pizza places.

I wanted to try a new pizza joint this evening so I ordered two medium pizzas from Pattys Pizza and Wings tonight. The order completion screen indicated the pizzas would arrive at 5:35pm. After waiting nearly 30 minutes more, I called the pizza shop to inquire as to where my pizzas were. Initially I spoke to the son (family owned business) of the owner and was told theyd call me back once the manager was finished delivering pizzas. Shortly after I hung up, my order arrived at my door (6:05pm) and I showed the driver (who happened to be the manager) the text message I got from the pizza shop indicating a 5:35 delivery. He said that was an issue with the service provider in that they dont allow updates once published and the time was incorrect. I proceeded to take the pizzas from the driver, and noted they were luke warm. I questioned the driver as to why they were practically cold to the touch and he stated they were warm and will be fine. As soon as the driver left, I called the pizza shop to complain about my order being 30 minutes late and barely warm when it arrived. Initially I spoke to the son again and was told there was nothing he could do for me. I asked to speak to the owner. The owner told me shed come pick up the cold pizzas and give me a refund. This wasnt an option since my kids had already decided to heat the slices up and dive into them because they were starving. Once I informed her of this, she curtly told me there was nothing she could do and hung up on me. I called back and was sent directly to voicemail. It is very apparent this company cares nothing for its customers with their horrendous customer service. sad part in all of this is their pizza isnt that great. Ive personally had frozen pizzas that taste better. I recommend you steer clear of this establishment as I certainly will.

I ordered the 14 pepperoni pizza with 12 wings special. I really liked that the pizza was cooked well done and the crust was not too thick, the cheese was a like salty however I did order extra cheese next I will not. If you prefer your wings fried instead of baked(I do ) then you will love these. My only complaint is it was lite on the BBQ sauce next time Ill order extra sauce. This was my first visit; I will order from here again

Got two large pizzas with toppings one of them was a supreme the other was megameter something cant remember the name but they were both excellent. At the same time bought two large orders of wings one mild buffalo and the other was lemon lemon pepper I think and that was good it was for a birthday party thank you will return and by myself one Ill need a small one cuz thats about all I can eat but the door was good the toppings were excellent the sauce I love the sauce usually I get white sauce . We needed a good pizza place for those nights when we are too busy to make dinner. Many of the pizza places around don t deliver to our address, so upon searching we found this place and gave it a try. Fast delivery and a super friendly driver, we liked the pizza and fell in love with the marina sauce for dipping their delicious cheesy garlic bread. I locked my keys in my car at the neighboring chevron at 10:30 after a long shift. I was upset, tired, and hungry. I bought a reasonably priced calzone and took it to a table outside the nearby gas station. Man that was a good calzone, I totally forgot about all My issues because I was just trying to savor my calzone and make it last. It made the wait for assistance all the more pleasant.
