This lawyer helps you at first takes your money gets the paperwork that you need. Then if you sign probation ends up he doesn t tell you what happens then. I lost my CDL when he said nothing would happen if I hired him.

I can honestly say Sergio Saldivar is the best Attorney in El Paso TX. I was having a bad experience with a previous lawyer James Rey who was dragging out the case for 15 months he did nothing and charged me a little over $9 k. I went to my P.I.and asked if he knows a lawyer he gave me Sergios info and it was a game changer. Within two months on the job he got my case Dismissed! A lot of times we ask people we know if they know of a good attorney. Ive had a few lawyers in my time in El Paso whether it was one of the many divorce proceedings or something criminal defense oriented Ive shopped around. Awesome Attorny. He works on his own untill he needs more info from client. In our case he just did it with the little evidence he had. No trial, didnt even went in front of Judge. Mr. Saldivar is the real deal! I m a long haul trucker and I got jammed up with a federal case while going through El Paso. I didn t know any lawyers in El Paso and after interviewing several of the local big wigs that were recommended I wasn t satisfied. I reached out to my old attorney in Houston Mr. Troy who told me to stop shopping around and call Sergio Saldivar. It s been about a year now and just today, I got my life back, no jail! Absolute Garbage! This Clown is the reason we have been living a nightmare for the last 2 years. My wife and I hired him to help us out with a DWI 2 1/5 years ago. $5k later and I still had to do time served in jail! What was the point of hiring him? Are all the previous reviews delusional?? Has anyone checked this guys C rating with the Better Business Bureau? There are PLENTY GOOD Lawyers In El Paso TX. This guy has all his friends writing reviews for him. I guess thats how you get invited to the WHITE parties in Houston. Staff is inexperienced and very unorganized. The lady working for him never communicated dates to us and then when we finally got a response the dates were wrong! We did all the WORK ourselves and just funded this clowns Houston Texan season tickets!

I regret hiring this attorney. He made false promises and his office is a mess. He was lazy and promised to do what I wanted to do. Then did his best to convince me into pleading guilty after making me pay an extra $3000 to go to trial . He stole an extra $500 from me because his assistant doesn t keep track of payments after she told me my court date was on Tuesday when it was actually on Monday. Save your hard earned money and hire an attorney who actually cares. He s the reason people have bad misconceptions of lawyers.
