This past week I ordered 3 days in a row, at all different hours of the day because my wife was down the road delivering our first baby! Every time I went the food was very fresh and the people taking orders were on it! I was super happy with them and as my wifes first solid meal after her delivery, she too was pleased with the meal. Hats off to the employees running a tight ship. Yall deserve a raise.

The food was just ok. I found the chicken little dry and my order was incorrect. When I took it up to the counter the guy did not even listen to what I had to say and assumed I was trying to order off the app. I had to repeat that my order was wrong and while they did fix it, he had a small attitude that I was interrupting his standing around doing nothing time, while there was several tables that needed to be cleaned and wiped. The tables and floor did eventually get cleaned up by Aiden, an employee who had just walked in the door and noticed the dirty tables and floor and immediately went to clean them. Aiden is the true star of that restaurant as the other guy couldnt be bothered to clean up the tables but instead stood around talking to the other employees. The floors could really use attention as I and another lady almost fell in the bathroom.

Terrible experience. I had an online order placed and when I went in to show them my order an employee grabbed the phone from my hands without asking to see it. Unacceptable and unprofessional. Worst part was when we got home to eat the food, our chicken wings still had FEATHERS on it. This means their wings were not properly cleaned and handled. Never going back.

I went to Zaxbys for the first time, and I must say the service was fantastic. The staff were friendly and the restaurant was very clean, even the bathroom!! Now, the food was served quickly and correctly. But the only drawback to me was that I found it a little too salty. Other than that Id go back again and give it another try!!!!

Why is it that I can never seem to get a fork for my coleslaw! Ordered at the drive-thru today, when I got to the window I asked if they could make sure that there is a fork in the bag. Well I got back to work, no fork! Luckily Im resourceful, and made a fork from the to-go box. And its not a big deal, I mean its just a fork. My wife and I visited Zaxbys for the first time recently for lunch. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with crinkly fries and a drink. The sandwich was really good. The chicken was flavorful and tender, and the portion size was impressive. The fries are very good, tasty and large, yet tender. My wife has the Chicken Cobb Salad which she loved. The salad came with two slices of the buttery garlic toast which she devoured. She had me sample a taste and yes it is to die for! Our total bill for both meals with drinks was $19 which is a bargain in my opinion. Our overall experience at Zaxbys San Marcos was 100% satisfactory. We do intend to return soon.

Ive only been here twice. The first time it was decent, but this time however was far from that. I went through the drive thru. There was no line, waiting for an extended period of time. The fries were burned (all 9 they gave me) even the toast was burned. the chicken was over done, they didnt give me any sauce. Whoever took my order decided for me that I should have the large. Didnt ask. Just charged me, I feel robbed. The women who was at the window was rude and unfriendly, i get it, everyone has bad days but that doesnt mean you should take it out on me. $18 for some burned fries and overdone chicken. This place was okay. Its similar to Raising Canes. Except I like Canes better. The difference is Zaxbys has not only chicken strips but also traditional and boneless wings and seasoned fries. They still have the toast and the Zaxbys sauce similar to Canes. The atmosphere was not the cleanest. There ice machine was leaking water everywhere on the floor. There was a worker at the trash station getting empty trays but he never emptied the over flowing trash. This was our first visit. However, Ill keep going to Canes.

Havent been to a Zaxbys in a long time and was disappointed by almost everything. The menu has been cut to almost nothing. The grilled chicken was bland, tough, and overcooked. Why charge for sauce, .33 cents for sauce. Really? The fries are the only thing that remained eatable. With hardly anyone in the dinning area, its hard to justify all the tables and floor being dirty. Sad day for Zaxbys.

Inside was almost empty, they didnt seem busy at all yet there was trash on almost every single table and on the floor. The Big Zaks snak was $9 and came with the TINIEST pieces of chicken. Like the size of nuggets tiny. Dont eat here

This place is going down hill fast. Where is the manager at? The AC is broken, the drink machine has very few options as everything is unavailable, no sweet tea, the Nibblers cant be tossed anymore, which has never been a problem before. We frequent often, and probably wont return. Corporate may need to come have a look.

Food tasted stale as if its been under the heat lamp for a while. We are Muslim, we ordered no bacon and the sandwich came with bacon. The staff didnt seem to care. I will be following up on the legal aspect behind this. Poor

It was my first time going to this place and Ive heard how good there chicken is. My boyfriend and I got the boneless wings. The sauce was great. I got the new one called blazing garlic . It is great . The only thing is the boneless wings were that hot. It was like they already had the made them tossed them in. Sauce and served it. A little advice. People get hot food because they like the food to be hit on the plate. I dont want no Luke warm chicken . Period. So make the wing when they are order not before. I was vary unhappy with this. And I dont think Ill be going back.

This is how I received my food upon opening it. Keep in mind it s just simple tenders, I did not order any sauce, yet Zachary thought that it was funny whenever I was explaining the situation to him how they packaged the food to me. Grease prints and crumbs all over the top and sides of the container, it wasn t even closed, half ate off food inside and random sauce, but it s all funny right? Yikes, after finding unauthorized transactions from this location on one of my cards earlier in the year, it s close to my work so I frequent it for lunch, but never again, learned my lesson twice now. I don t care how much I m spending, my food should never look like it was dug out of the garbage and then served to me as a paying customer.
