Said shed do a CMA for me. I sent her a bunch of materials about my project as she requested. She then completely ghosted me. Apparently, she was just curious about my project but had no intention of helping me.

Awesome service and integrity! This is only my second Google review ever, but Mary Jane was so incredible I have to let others know. This is my 8th time buying or selling a home, and the best realtor Ive worked with (Ive had both good and bad over the years). Indispensable experience and knowledge of both the local area and the whole homebuying process. She helped my wife and I figure out what we really wanted, guided us through every step of the purchase, and made sure we were fully represented. She listens to what you have to say and then makes sure you understand the stuff you might not have even thought about. Always responded when needed, even outside normal working hours and while she was on vacation. If you ever need anyone to fight on your side, Mary Jane is the best! I recommend her to anyone who asks and definitely will go back if I every buy or sell again in this area.

Mary Jane is everything I wanted in a realtor. She is hard working, knowledgeable, honest, and communicates well. While selling my house, Mary Jane made herself available to answer any questions or concerns. She always returned phone calls and replied to text messages promptly. Mary Jane definitely understands the market. Her marketing strategy helped put our home under contract in less than a week of signing with her. I feel so blessed to have her as my agent. I couldnt have had a better experience selling my home. Plus, we moved out of state and she helped assist us in finding an agent. Mary Jane is everything u would want in an agent and more!!

Mary came highly recommended from a coworker. She was great from the very beginning. I was relocating and didnt know much about the area and Mary provided me with everything I needed. She drove me and my family to a couple of really nice homes. We were able to find one the first day of looking. With her knowledge and expertise everything went very smoothly. I would highly recommend using Mary for all your realtor needs.

Absolutely one of the worst experiences I have had with a realtor, completely kept us out of the loop and we re never upfront with us about anything. I 100% wouldn t recommend going with this place, they take advantage of young buyers and don t give the full truth. Also after we bought the house and had a few more questions for them they continuously left us on read. These folks are not professionals and not suitable for this line of work.

I am really giving her 0 stars but Google won t allow that. My husband and I recently tried to purchase a home from her and some sellers...we had a verbal agreement to the amount and we had already signed off on the amounts. The very next day our realtor received a text from her saying that the sellers and her and gone with another offer behind our backs!!! DO NOT trust this woman! She has terrible ethics and does things to benefit herself and her clients.

Mary Jane Reality was beyond expectations. From the moment she answered our first online inquiry and through closing she provided in-depth knowledge of VA Loans, the local area, vendors, homes, and real estate legalities. I have bought and sold many homes in my life, but nothing has comes close to the the quality and ease Mary Jane provided. Our desire was to move from Washington to Texas. We flew down and within 9 days we had an accepted offer on our new home. She was able to arrange the VA inspections within a day of our acceptance and we flew back to Washington confident we were well represented. I highly recommend Mary Jane Reality to anyone wishing to move to the greater Temple, Texas area. Call Mary Jane, you will be glad you did.
