The language in the loyalty program should clearly state that the birthday offer expires at the end of the specified date, not list the next date when it s expired. This is really a corporate issue, not the restaurant s fault. On September 1st, I went to Red Robin to redeem a burger for my birthday. I wouldn t have gone there if it weren t for the loyalty burger. I gave the bartender my phone number for the reward and went to the bathroom. When I returned, she told me it didn t pull up. I gave her both my phone number and email address, but she still couldn t find it. She suggested I call to get it restored. If she had left it at that, everything would have been fine. However, what followed was a series of unnecessary comments and microaggressions from the server. While I was on the phone, I explained to the representative that my coupon stated it expired on 9/1, and my birthday was on 8/4. The server, in the background, kept saying, Oh well, it expired, which was incorrect since the coupon clearly stated 9/1. Beyond speaking over me while I was on the phone, when I got off the call, she said, Oh, you re lucky; they typically don t do that, and they usually don t allow the bigger burger. The coupon specified any burger, so her comment was unnecessary. The restaurant wasn t doing me a favor by letting me redeem the burger I could have easily afforded dinner or lunch elsewhere. When I ordered, I also asked this server about the garlic fries. I asked if they were included with the burger, and she said yes, without mentioning any additional cost. When the bill came, however, I was charged for them. When I questioned her about it, she replied, Well, you ate them, didn t you? It s on the menu Her response caught me off guard as I was merely inquiring about the unexpected charge. By that point, I had enough of her smart remarks and asked to speak to the manager. Restaurants have loyalty programs to bring back customers who haven t visited in a while. If you provide a subpar experience, it defeats the purpose of offering promotional deals. This feedback is coming from someone who works in marketing for brands do better next time. I won t be coming back.

We had a good waitress that helped with deciding what to order. We all unanimously voted the food was delicious. I love the sweet potato fries and healthy food options on the menu. My family and I always visit this Red Robin location, and we are never disappointed with the service, speed, and quality of the food. I have to highlight one waiter in particular, Fernando. He is consistently happy, eager to help, and always ready to have a friendly conversation. Every time we go, we hope Fernando is there to serve us. His kindness and good energy truly enhance our dining experience. The rest of the staff is great too, and the manager is always checking in to ensure everything is going well. Overall, this Red Robin location is amazing, and I highly recommend it!

This Red Robin has been a go-to lunch and dinner spot for my family for years. The service is usually on point (one or two bad experiences over a decade is still worthy of 5 stars in my book), and the food is great! The atmosphere is more laid back than a typical restaurant, but there s still plenty of customers (in a good way). The food is always hot and the drinks are always cold! This place is a must for locals, and if you re driving down 67 for whatever reason and need a little oasis to stop in and have some food and a drink, this is your place.

I had Turkey Cheeseburger and fries w/ Oreo shake. They were so fresh, so good, such great service, from the greeter to fantastic cook, to the server. I cant wait to go back! I watch as the waitstaff sets the plate down, in front of young man-This isn t what I ordered - They pick the plate up, and then serve the same plate of food at my table. Would you want to eat it at that point? No! I ask the waiter to remove the plate from my table. (Michael Gilbert) manager came over very sweaty. He talked bad about his kitchen manager. We got new burgers but never got compensated even an apology for the inconvenience nasty place to eat. The Heath department needs to make a visit.

I used to live in Fort Worth every other week. They had amazing service and went above and beyond to please their customers. I moved here and the one in Cedar Hill could use some input from that one. I used to receive a to go cup of extra fries to munch on the way home, this one fir the second time no fries to go cup and couldnt redeem a coupon that their OWN company provided a few weeks ago. Clean Red Robin we had a new server named Amanda who did just amazing and made us feel like we were royal guests in her home. She was so sweet and great with my son I was surprised she told us she was new there! She did an amazing job we drove an hour away cause we love Red Robin and honestly I would load up all our cars and bring the whole family and make that drive again for her to be our waitress she was phenomenal! I was celebrating my daughters 14th birthday and our server was NOT good. We still tipped her more than she deserved, because I believe in providing a livable wage. She informed me they didnt do anything for birthdays anymore; I dont know how true that was or if she didnt feel like going that extra mile, which wouldve made my daughter feel special. The fries were too salty, my son could not eat them. Usually, Red Robin is perfect. We came on Thursday, Feb 15th at 730ish pm. Maybe it was timing, but I dont know that I will be back anytime soon.

Our server was cheerful, knowledgeable, and attentive in the 21+ section, but Red Robin seemed to have cut food costs, and it wasnt as expected. The avo-cobb-o salad in the image on the menu showed a bed of baby greens but was served on lettuce. It arrived with a side of the nastiest ranch Ive ever eaten. It had excellent avocado and bacon in it. Burnt ends and bacon burger or whatever that fatty monstrosity was called was disgusting looking, and Id probably puke if I had attempted to eat it. It was fatty with bits of meat. The bacon was fatty with Itty-bitty bits of meat. Two plates with bacon, two different types of bacon. The salad bacon was crispy without fat and quite good. There are too many burger places in this area (and all over the country) to be subpar.

We had six in our party and the total bill ended up being $148 with no alcohol which I consider a bit much for what we had. To top it off my order was dropped on the floor so they had to remake it so when it arrived I found to my disappointment it was the wrong burger but I went ahead and ate it anyway because everyone else was well into their meal. Yesterday I picked up a large order for my coworkers from this Red Robin and I had a fantastic experience. As soon as I walked inside the restaurant I saw my giant order set up and ready to go by the door. The man that greeted me was so nice and gracious. He went out of his way to show me everything they boxed up for me, gave us plenty of extra toppings, chips, utensils, and sauces. He even typed up a possible layout for the food because he knew it was a lot and he wanted it to look nice and be easy to access. He then gathered his staff to help me load everything into the car. After getting back to work and setting up all of the food for everyone, I received many compliments about how great the food was. I have done many large orders like this from many other restaurants, but these people went above and beyond to make this as smooth as possible for me. To the manager of this location, please train your hostesses to be respectful towards anyone with any type of disability. We arrived today around 5:45 pm and the two hostesses (a young girl and a guy) made fun of the way my son asked for a table. My son is an Autistic adult, is very respectful and very formal when speaking. Your hostesses laughed at his face at mocked him. Red Robin is his favorite burger place. My 4 star review for service is due to the hostesses being disrespectful.

I wish I had the power to shut these places down. Just all around awful service. The food made us spend some hours on the toilet also. On top of this, we wrote cash tip on the receipt because we planned on leaving a couple dollars(more than she deserved) and the waitress had the audacity to come back to us and ask if we were going to leave a tip! This place is a sinking ship and every new manager they have coming in is helping it go down faster

My burger and sweet potato fries were cold. My daughter chicken strips were cooked too hard. The entire visit was very disappointing . The beef patty did have the same quality of taste. Probably wont visit again.
