Stopped by to drop off some pants to get tailored for my wife. When we went to pick them up the pants were messed up with ink and after they tried fix them they messed them up even more. The guy was rude and tried to make us feel dumb. I do not recommend anyone from get their clothes tailored with them it was a terrible experience

Eagle Cleaners has been exceptional with my shirts and other clothes I leave in their care. My stops are usually on Saturday and Betsy is always very friendly and cares about what she does. I am so greatful I found Eagle Cleaners. I highly recommend them for your laundry and dry cleaning needs.

If you re Mexican, Hispanic, or just don t like racist people, then don t come here. A few weeks ago, I came by and was making conversation this older white lady as she took my information for services. Then she has the audacity to say that she doesn t like EP because there are too many Mexicans she whispers. I literally stare at her and tell her that I m Mexican and didn t appreciate her comment. I found another cleaners near by that is ran by Latinos with CHEAPER prices and amazing service.

That laundry is the worst. I dont recommend it. Before, it wasnt that expensive, but this year I had to wear a baby jacket and when I went to pick it out, I couldnt believe it. They charged me 28 dollars and they didnt remove even a stain and I told the person. because they charged so expensive and they didnt even remove the stains and they said thats the job, its very expensive and thats how the clothes look, the laundry is disgusting, the worst and the only one that has touched me to that extreme and every day Im going to put notifications about the disgusting work they did

The actual dry cleaning itself was good, no issues. What I did have an issue with was the final price I was charged. I had asked the lady to quote me for the skirt I wanted dry cleaned the day I dropped off the item. She stated it would be about 8.67 plus tax. Today, when I picked up the skirt, the total was 11.67 plus tax for a total of 12.64. They added an extra 3 dollar specialty fabric charge. The whole idea of getting a quote from a business is to let the customer know how much they should expect to pay once the service is complete. These unexpected fees and charges are inexcusable and deceitful as they make people believe that their prices are less than what they really are. If you decide to use this company s services, I would suggest you ask questions and make sure to get a true and exact quote before leaving your articles to be dry cleaned. I will be looking for other places from now on.

Although I have been using this Dry Cleaning and Laundry Services for several years now, I am growing more and more against its use due to the many times that I must have my trousers redone because of double to triple cease; lack of ceasing and improper placement of trousers on the hangers; its really becoming ignoring to say the least!

You do a good job, the people at the store are nice. But prices in El Paso are too high. You have made it impossible to go somewhere else, because you owe all the cleaners in town. Weeks before I moved here I got my cotton long sleeve dress shirts cleaned, starched, and press for 99 cents. My first visit to one of your stores. I believe it was $2.49 and now its what $3.75. You are overcharging, because you can. I believe this is wrong.

Awful experience! Alterations guy with all the rings smelled strongly of alcohol, marked on my daughter s pants with a pen and would not talk to me directly. Terrible service and so rude - when I asked about the pen mark on the pants he just ripped up the order form in front of me. This cleaners lost a customer today. Unsure how this place is staying in business. Beware! Also, many nearby cleaners have much better prices.

Mr. Ray the taylor is very knowledgeable, friendly and has superb customer service. Went in today to get 10 shirts fitted and during that time I saw many people come over and say hi to him. He even refused to take payment from a walking customer who needed a button sowed on a pair of slacks. Highly recommend him!

at eagle cleaners they have tailors who were kind and polite enough to help me out with a suit that needed to be tailored and the service that they offered was great. They gave me a complete solution at a decent price which was 5/5. Unfortunately they Reside inside this horrible place. I went to pick up my suit after they gave the girl who s as working there a call to give me my suit. However she refused to do so. I understand that it is two separate buisnesses but at the end of the day she was allowed to give something out since she was authorized to do so. Now I have wasted my time and resources coming over here to just go back home and return the next morning. My family has had issues with their pricing and bad service but this is what caused me to write this review. Good thing I go to Crystal Cleaners up the street for my dry cleaning needs. This place is just a garbage pile.

Theyre polite and clean your clothes including stain removal. Generally, needing to wear pants isnt a huge surprise or emergency for me so I just pick them up whenever Im in the area.

This place sucks. There a big sign out front that offers same day service. What the sign DOESNT say is that thats only available if they arent busy. Excuse me?? That sign is misleading, and needs to come down. How are customers supposed to know if youre busy, or not, before they waste time making a trip to the store? Thats NUTS. I went to Press X-Press on North Resler, instead. They were more than happy to help me! All of my laundry will be going to Press X-Press from now on!
