The price for this little hideaway was incredible! Full kitchenette, pantry full of utensils, good size bedroom with big bed, living room, couches, island, this is where you have to stay if youre passing through. Worth it. I say yes-definitely!

On one hand, great value, extremely friendly staff, and great perks for the price, and motivating Aggie Spirit. On the other hand, it felt like a rundown apartment complex from a Hollywood show set in LA or Miami (which admittedly could also be a positive, since it added to the charm). I would likely stay again but mainly if the nightly price was cheaper than a hotel for a short stay or if I needed a place for a full week. Pros: - Our room was an actual one-bedroom apartment (and it looks like most are). You get a furnished kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, dining room, and family room. - The queen size bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioner worked marvelously. - The common areas were very clean and seemed well-kept. - The complimentary breakfast is a nice touch, but very basic in options. There is an evening social hour that sounds nice, but we were not able to attend to check it out. Cons (really just one con): - The housekeeping and maintenance didnt look like they keep up with the entire room (and presumably High term of guests). The table had some sticky substance, the walls were marked up, and the sleeper sofa was dirty enough I didnt want to sit or sleep on it (covered in pet hair, crumbs, stains, and popcorn). The rest of the room seemed okay, but I kept checking for problems after being anchored on the image of the couch bed especially... didnt find any, but unfortunately, it didnt make me any more comfortable.

I was there for about six days, and it was absolutely amazing!!! The only thing I recommend is if youre disabled and cant do stairs very well, call them and ask for a bottom floor room. I didnt ask before I got there, but me and my service dog did very well. I was very pleased with the room and the grounds. They have an amazing dog area with poop bags and everything, so please be a respectful dog owner and clean up after your fur baby. Not only does it show respect to other people who are cleaning up, but to the employees which isnt their responsibility. I had a great time being there and was a very clean place to be. The staff are absolutely amazing as well.

This is a hidden gem! I loved staying here. It is an amazing customer experience. The suite was beautiful, cozy, clean, quiet, and comfortable. The property once you come in through the front doors is a gorgeous, tranquil garden, with a cute patio area to enjoy their breakfast items or their wine and cheese at 3 pm. The pool is great, staff is great, and I stayed on a Sunday so the price was phenomenal. I actually thought it was a scam so I called first to reserve my room and paid in person. They even let me check in at 2 pm and leave the next day at 12:30. I hated to leave, it was amazing! Nearby activities: This hotel is very near Texas A&M University. Tons to do nearby. Great restaurants, massage places, nail shops, shopping, etc.

Let me start off by saying we have stayed in quite a bit of hotels these last few days, due to the hurricane. Upon arrival greeted from front desk, she was beyond sweet. Once we went into room smell was good, just lacked stocking on toilet paper we were to tried to ask for anything. Room: clean no smells just dusty. - bathroom (clean limited stocked toilet paper and soap) - sheets (some had some stains that seem like it was washed just didn t come out, makes sense why they say don t eat in the room just in the kitchen) -living area ( cozy for sure couch is definitely outdated and the bed inside it s kinda gross that needs to be replaced) Pool : clean just normal debris from the fact that they have trees Outdoor scene: in my opinion beautiful and peaceful (not much noise) Washer and dryer area : clean but dirty if that makes sense dusty and needs to be upgraded but works. Overall : stay was good, and would book again. 7.5/10 Price value ? In some aspects yes but would need a couple upgrades like the sofa beds and better dusting. (Only realized it more because my baby has asthma ) Shops and restaurants around : check out laynes chicken great family meal. Rooms: Clean just need to be dusted more Safety: Safe you need code to go in Food and drinks: Suggest if your with family family deals at laynes chicken 4 mins away

5/5 stars for bang for your buck. The price of this hotel is phenomenal compared to other ones in the area and you get breakfast along with a suite. The room are definitely older and dated but you get what you pay for. Its to be expected at this price point that things will not look like a 5 star hotel. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. Would go back.

First, this is a motel. Not a hotel, not suites. That is why I rate this low. I am a hotel snob. What is awful about this place: no elevator. No hot tub. Dirty pool. Itty bitty gym with only three dumbbells. Oh! And when the maid was here, she must have cleaned it with the door open because the room is full of flies. Ew! What is average about this place: continental breakfast. What is great about this place: location!!!!! Service!!! Clean room. Great price. The cutest charcuterie and wine social time. So cute!!!! Little romantic nooks on property. So sweet! In spite of the low rating, I will stay here again. I just was taken aback that it was a motel.

I regret to say that my experience at this hotel was nothing short of appalling. From the moment I entered the room, the overwhelming stench of urine assaulted my senses. Flies buzzed around every corner, due to the filth that permeated the entire establishment. The floors and walls were coated with a disturbing film of urine, and piles of dirt and hair lurked in every corner, as if the cleaning staff had long abandoned any effort to maintain even a semblance of cleanliness. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was malfunctioning, leaving the already intolerable conditions feeling like a sweltering sauna. Its safe to say that my stay was an unforgettable lesson in what happens when basic hygiene standards are ignored. Save yourself the horror and steer clear of this nightmarish excuse for a hotel. Not only was the room a cesspool of filth and decay, but when I voiced my concerns to the manager and explained that I refused to stay in the room due to the sheer disgust and fear of what filth I couldnt visibly see, I was met with outright refusal to refund my money. The managers callous disregard for basic customer satisfaction added insult to injury, compounding my already harrowing experience. They kept stating that their online pictures of their establishment reflected their rooms. Its inconceivable that any establishment could operate with such blatant disregard for hygiene and customer service. My advice remains unchanged: avoid this hotel at all costs, unless you have a masochistic desire to subject yourself to a truly nightmarish ordeal.

The clerks were kind, and there were a lot of neat amenities. Everything felt and smelled a little old, outdated. The stained floorboards/walls, smelly drains, etc. our bathtub/shower didn t drain. There was an old moldy rag hidden in one of the cabinets. Pet hair on the furniture. Overall, they would benefit from closer attention to the detail, in each room they have booked. great location and price though.

Its an older little hotel, quiet and a happy place. My only negative would be the dirt and some trash in the bottom of the pool which I assume is from the leaf blowers they use when landscaping around the area. I would highly suggest a stay at this little gem

Pet friendly and they DO NOT charge a pet deposit! We reserved a room on a whim when family came to town for the eclipse. Money was tight and this place fit our budget. This hotel is not smoker friendly and if you do smoke it has to be completely off the hotel property. The room was not to bad. Of course, it is somewhat outdated, but comfortable. We had two rooms each with a king size bed. The sofa couch my daughter couldn t use because some of the springs were busted and poked through. She ended up closing the sleeper up and slept on the couch. The kitchenette had basic items (plates, silverware, cups, toaster, etc.). The area for pets was nice and big and poop baggies were supplied to pick up after your pets. It is frustrating to see that some pet owners do not pick up after their pets and they wonder why some hotels are not dog friendly or some charge an outrageous pet deposit. PICK UP after your pets . Simple as that! The hotel offered a very basic continental breakfast from 6 to 9 and a social hour I think between 5 and 7. The pool looked a little cloudy and they have a fitness center (I didn t check it out). Overall this place is a nice place to stay. The property seemed secured and we enjoying a quiet night there. I would definitely stay here again! Rooms: 2 rooms with king size beds. Worth staying here.

I m almost afraid to tell people because it will book out when I m in town. this place had some charm to it, and for the price And to be able to bring a dog without any fees and how quaint and cute it was and the bed is comfortable and the people were super nice and it was in a good location. I just felt like it was truly an unbelievable place to be if you were the type of person that is super picky and needs the most clean place to stay in then maybe not your place but it is clean but you know what I mean it has charm . on top of it, they have a happy hour with wine and a charcuterie board and you get a free bottle of wine when you book your room too I mean

The beds were very comfortable ( no bed bugs). The room was big enough for my husband and I. There was a full-size refrigerator, a small dishwasher, a microwave, a gas cook top with 2 burners, a regular size sink, with a bar to sit at. There were glasses, plates, silverware, a small skillet, and 2 pots. The couch was okay with an ottoman that had an extra blanket and pillow inside. The bathroom was a decent size with a regular size tub/shower combo. The sink was in the bathroom but off from it. The lights around the mirror need to be a little brighter, and the carpet needs to be replaced. The receptionist was super sweet. The breakfast was very continental. There was a waffle maker, apples, mandarins, granola bars, fruit and grain bars, boiled eggs, bagels, toast, cereal, and yogurt. There were 3 juices and cucumber water. The coffee was very weak. There were tea options also. The courtyard was very cute, and I liked the fact that you have to have a code to get in from the back. Overall, the price for the stay was great. It was very cute with a rustic feel. Nearby activities: Pretty much you have shopping and eating within walking distance.

I read the reviews about this place being clean and thought we could give it a try. Were in town for my puppys surgery, and they were amazing when checking in. Helped us get a first-floor room. We drove 7 hours and were exhausted when we walked in. Went to grab food and then came back to really check out the room. There is mold growing in all the vents, stains on the bed, the sheets were gritty and dirty, the mattress protector looked like it had never been cleaned, nor changed! It was torn apart all over the place, and there was just hair and dirt and grime everywhere you looked. The AC didnt work at all. The sofa bed was stained yellow and had crumbs, hair, and other unknown substances all over it, so I refused to let my daughter sleep on it. I brought it up to the front after dropping my puppy off for her surgery, and they still charged us for another day. Not once did someone come to clean the room while we were out today. Honestly, I wouldnt wish my worst enemy to stay here. The first woman we dealt with last night was a sweetheart. The woman we had contact with today was rude and dismissive. I had even shown her the pictures. Im so disappointed because this place had really decent reviews! Please clean your rooms, guys. This was gross and added so much stress to an already stressful trip.

I absolutely love this hotel besides the friendly and helpful staff, they are very caring and help you with any booking problem that may occur. The rooms are super clean and location is walking distance from restaurants and shopping stores. I love this hotel and recommend it 100% to my family and friends. Thank you so much to the staff and management for been caring and making my days stay comfortable while my father had surgery. I loved this hotel 4yrs ago but Saturday night when I came back to visit my family do to my father been ill so I thought this hotel still had its friendly and helpful staff but to my experience that night. The staff wasnt helpful nor friendly instead I was accused off something that it wasnt true and I explained to the person working that night that my visitors where smoking out in the parking lot but she didnt want to hear it. Yes I left the hotel after I arrived a couple off hours and as I was leaving the person that was working she literally made the judgement to charge me the smoking fee because according to here my friends smell off cigarette smoke and so that lead to the accusations off us smoking in the room which was not true. I asked her for the managers name and how to get in contact with them and she gave me the name but no way to get off management. Obviously this hotel is not like it was before when I loved coming to college station now I prefer to stay anywhere besides this hotel who accuse you with no evidence and just practically steel your money by charging you for something that it wasnt true. I never heard from management so I guess I will go over management and see if the owners are not like there staff. I will never come back to this hotel again nor will my family or friends.

I booked 2 rooms for the night of 12/30. Upon arrival we noticed a small bird laying in the lobby. When we checked in we told the desk clerk who then told us she was waiting for it to fly away as it was stunned it was clearly deceased. Once we got to our rooms we noticed every window in both rooms were unlocked and the main window in room 120 wouldn t even close , when I mentioned this to the desk clerk she said it was for when the rooms get hot.. mind you it s in December .. upon coming back from our gathering that evening arriving at the room we were locked out. Lobby was closed so I called the number I was then told I had a 40 minute wait before someone could come it was 30 degrees outside. I ended up climbing in the window that wouldn t close. The next morning when checking out I noticed the bird was still in the lobby but in a different spot. The clerk admitted children had been playing with it and therefore moved it. At that point she showed no signs of clearing it from public space so my husband disposed of it. Today I checked my bank account and there were 3 additional charges that are not justified when I called the property I was told to take it up with my bank. Very unprofessional, dirty and unsafe property.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. Upon arriving first thing we saw was a dead bird laying in the middle of the entry. It was left there over 24 hours when we checked out. I notified the lady at the desk and was told she wasn t sure it was dead so she didn t move it. Once checked into both rooms we found every single window unlocked in both rooms. One room the window would not latch closed and stayed open a small amount. This is a serious SAFETY issue. No hotel staff on premises at night, got locked out of my room at 3:00 am going outside to smoke. Called the office and was told they would be there in 40 mins. Meanwhile it was 30 degrees outside. Upon checkout we found additional fees for smoking in room. Funny since I got locked out at 3 am going outside to smoke!!! Save your money, and his place is a security issue and management is not worried about the presentation or the safety of guest. Safety: Windows not locked in rooms, windows that would not latch closed. Didn t feel safe or secure.

If I could give a lower rating I would. The area wasn t half bad, but the hotel itself was awful. The hotel wasn t like the pictures. On the day I went it was raining, the pool didn t have a pool cover so rain was getting in it, plus it was green. When I got into the hotel it smelled like a dog, the couch was filthy, and the walls had dirt on them. We decided to pull out the let out couch, there was pee stains, mold, and blood stains. I wouldn t be surprised if there was bedbugs in the mattress tbh. The young lady at the front office said most of the mattresses look like that because most people don t use them. Also she looked like she was in her teenage years and didn t quite understand how to resolve the situation. I decided to change rooms, I didn t feel comfortable staying in that room seeing how dirty it was. She charged me extra to change the room, I believe it should ve been free seeing the state the room and mattress was in. When I got to the second room, it was decent but still filthy. Couch included. I didn t feel comfortable showering since the shower head was also dirty and had mold in it. I read the ratings expecting this hotel to be better than it was, but it wasn t. Most ratings are probably fake.

We accidentally left an item and they were great and making sure they contacted us (before we even realized it was missing) & got it retuned to us. Worst experience ever! We booked 2 nights in a Studio Suite. The room was supposed to have a sofa bed for an extra guest. The sofa bed was completely broken with the mattress falling all the way to the floor. When contacting the front desk the answer was we are sorry there is nothing we can do. We were forced to book another hotel in the middle of the night. we followed up with upper managements in the following days just to find same or even worse response 3 problems: 1. The condition of the room should have been checked, the condition of the sofa was beyond normal wear and indicates it has been checked in a long time. 2. The front desk staff attitude and customer service is terrible and totally useless. 3. The management made the situation even worse. Finding accommodations in Colleges Station during game weekends can be a problem, dont make it worse by staying in this place. You are better off staying in a regular motel or paying extra than have a horrible experience and ruin your entire trip. Rooms: Poorly maintained, terrible condition.

VineyardCourt Designer Suite Hotel must have been spectacular when it was new. Its not bad now but needs some TLC. There is so much potential. The secure courtyard, rooms are suites, kitchenettes with utensils, decent pool (although the pool really needed cleaning). The rooms were clean, however in need of a fresh coat of paint, as did the exterior. The carpet needed steam cleaning. Furniture was an eclectic collection that was well worn. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Pricing was an extreme bargain. If the hotel would get slightly refurbished, the nightly rate could easily be doubled. Breakfast in the morning, wine and cheese in the evening, this could be such a gem. I cautiously recommend Vineyard Court.

Check in was easy and the room was great. We stayed in the First Lady suite, and it has the full size fridge and a good size kitchen area. It has two rooms with huge beds, and a good size bathroom. It was really spacious and perfect for staying with the family while visiting family. If I come back Im definitely staying here again.

This hotel served the purpose we needed for a weekend trip for an A&M football game. The building is older and could use some updates, but all the basic essentials are provided and the room was clean. It gives more B&B vibes than hotel but not in a bad way. The kitchenette in the room was a great added touch for my husband and I to keep snacks and drinks handy during our stay. Bring your own coffee if you drink more than 1 cup in the morning but they also have more brewed downstairs in the lobby. Overall, the water pressure was great, the bed was comfortable and the location was close to any College Station attractions you could want. The courtyard was also very pretty inside but too hot during this time of year to enjoy. Maybe next time. We would stay here again! (*Travel Tip: the walls are thin as far as noise goes, but if you do what we did and bring a fan to run overnight the noise wont be an issue.)

My AC went out in July, and I stayed for 4 days. Adorable, chill, and quiet. When you walk into the courtyard, its like you traveled somewhere else. The girls I encountered at the front desk were helpful and sweet. My bed and room were comfortable, and the space was perfect. Would absolutely stay again!

I really like this place. But they will move you and risk losing you as a valued customer just to accommodate someone booking a longer stay or who prefer the room you may be in. This is definitely a reason why I am not so quick to book here as much . Rooms can use getting updated . The furniture has reached its life . But overall its a cozy beautiful property. Ideal for long stays because each room accommodate the guest by having everything you need such as full size refrigerator. Cooking utensils, paper towels, toilet paper etc...

Terrible customer service!! While staying here, housekeeping walked in while he wasnt there uninvited. This concerned him so he checked out and gave them a call. The lady who answered, instead of just apologizing and connecting him with someone higher up, she proceeded to argue with him and act like a total smart . If you do stay here, be sure to explicitly tell them if you want your room freshened up or not at check in. They seem to think its better to allow themselves in to someone elses paid for property around their personal belongings then have the guest request a room to be freshened up or simply ask at check in. Also, we were informed by the very nice lady that the little door placards they give you mean nothing, so discard those as well. Heres a lesson in customer service- the customer is not always right, but you always let them win. Keep your opinion out of it. Apologize, take the name and number, and pass it along to someone higher. Thats the BEST part about not being a manager.

Stayed here for 5 nights while attending TEEX annual fire school. It is a 1 way shot to the school. Stay has been good. Have 2 washers and 2 dryers, soda machine, small fitness room, swimming pool, a convenience store is located directly across the street lots of restaurants and stores just a few blocks over as it is 2 blocks off the main road. It has a kitchen set up so you can cook your own meals in the room or BBQ outside in the courtyard. Showers have excellent pressure and the bathtub is pretty big also. Quiet and safe area. If you are a smoker you have to leave the property to smoke (which no biggie there is a huge parking lot next door.

There is so much potential for this place to be an icon in this small town, it is cute, quiet, peaceful and beautiful little hotel. Unfortunately, it is neglected, needs cleaning and care. I decided to stay here, instead of a nearby brand name, because of the reviews on Google. But the bugs infesting the place alive or dead, along with waves of mosquitos swarming around the room made me regret my decision. I spend my days in this little place in sorrow and felt sorry to see such failure to maintain and improve it. It needs some urgent cleaning, refreshing, and paint for small parts here and there. The mattress was a pain to use; see the pictures and you will agree with me that it needs to be incinerated and replaced immediately. Pillows, blankets, and sheets are over used and must be retired and changed. ***THE LADIES AT THE FRONT DESK WERE AMAZING! SHOWED THE REAL AND FAMOUS SOUTHERN HOSPITALITY*** The kitchen is small, but they offered a tasty charcuterie board plus wine in the evening. The breakfast was simple but enough. Self-parking is easy, no gates but the area seemed extremely safe. The location is less than 10 minutes driving to T A&M campus. AC worked efficiently, made the room very comfortable in the hot Texas summer. It wasn t that noisy which was a plus. The pool area, inner yard, fountain at the entrance are the assets of this place but need some TLC. Rooms: Needs urgent cleaning and attention Safety: Very safe

I loved the room... nicely appointed with a living room, full kitchen, bedroom, and bath. It was a shame I was there only 1 night. It is a very dated place but it was more like staying at a friends house while they are out of town than at a hotel. They need more than 2 stairs and there was no elevator that I saw. The fitness room was sort of a joke, but at least there is something. The pool was in bad need of a cleaning. I wanted to swim, but the water was cloudy and green with lots of debris floating on top. Love the courtyard and the nice music. Appreciate that the pool is open until 10, wish it was later. There were people enjoying sitting under the bigota at 1pm. The bed was nice and had 6 pillows. The toilet needs replacing, so ugly and chipped. Great shower pressure. Comfy couch to suit and watch tv, but no desk if you need to work, just the high countertop with 2 chairs. Decent breakfast included, with coffee, juices waffles, hb eggs, toast, bagels, granola bars, cereal, and yogurt. I would stay again. Super location near campus, shopping, and dining.

We stayed for 3 nights during a busy time in College Station. I asked for a pet-free, 2-bedroom room before arrival. We got the 2 bedrooms, but unfortunately not a pet-free room. There was animal hair on the sofa and floors and also dog/cat food from the previous guests on the floor in the kitchen. It is clear the building/apartments are old, and some cleanliness issues are expected due to frequent use throughout the years; unfortunately, the cleanliness that is controllable was not the best: dirty under beds, behind/under furniture, stains/dirt on walls and roof. The water pressure is strong and there was enough hot water for a family of four. The pool was a welcome amenity. The staff members were all very nice and helpful. Breakfast was continental; no warm/hot foods like other reviews mentioned, so they might have stopped that before our visit in June 2023. We had a choice of bread, bagels, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt, and a waffle maker. I would say the price is comparable to the service received.

Oh my word, this place is a thin slice of perfect right on George Bush Drive! My boys and I were in College Station for a baseball tournament and stayed at this property. Full disclosure, I was skeptical when I first booked online because I have been duped before by nice pictures and great rates, but this place delivered. The suites were nice. The beds were comfy. The entire place was clean. The staff was absolutely on point! 100% of the staff I engaged with over my three night stay was very helpful and friendly. The social hour offerings were a very nice touch. A meat and cheese board with great pickles and olives. Yum! They had working grills in the courtyard. And they even provided the charcoal!!!! What a nice surprise. One of our three nights there, I took advantage of this and grilled steaks. I made the sides to our meal in kitchenette with the pans, plates and cutlery provided in my room. It was much nicer than having to eat out again. We certainly could not have done that at another hotel. This will 100% be my go to place whenever I go to College Station in the future. Thanks again staff.

We also had a kitchenette and living room. A grab and go breakfast was mentioned, but it was a very comprehensive breakfast for grab and go. I guess called this because there was only one table in the serving area. It was perfect taken back to the room or there was also some outdoor space in the courtyard. Our room was a two bedroom suite that was very outdated. You cannot control the AC as it is controlled by the entire hotel - needless to day it was very hot. The mattress did not have a fitted sheet so as you move through the night, the sheet would come off and we found ourselves lying on the plastic (very thin and cheap) mattress cover. The mattresses were stained as well as the pillows. The comforter had stains as well. The shower had mold around the window. The carpet was sticky as was the tile floor. The AC ducts had mildew. There was also a very strong odor of mildew. I really cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.

The location is very good and the front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful. Service and location was not a problem but the rooms were dirty and had dog hair everywhere. I didnt book this place as I was with a group because if I had a say I would have never stayed here. Am I use to a nicer and cleaner hotel....YES! I dont mind old rustic dog friendly places but dirty is never an option. I have a dog that does not shed so I am not use to dog hair...within an hour of being in the room I felt hair in my throat and when the air came on not only was it loud it made my allergies worse. It took several days to feel normal again. One of the shampoo bottles had black stuff on it and the shower was less than optimal. The refrigerator was leaking. We got eaten up by mosquitoes or at least I hope they were mosquitoes. The only reason I gave 3 stars was because of the location and the people behind the desk. Please hire a professional cleaning crew to bring it place to the next level. The courtyard was very scenic. This place has so much potential but management must think bigger and maybe they will be able to increase the price. I would return if they clean up the place....please do better.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was spotless, the public spaces are beautiful and clean, and the staff is very friendly. As others have said, this is an older location but I ve never seen an older place so well taken care of. We can tell it s older not by aging but by it s quality and type of systems. The AC/heat broiler system cools very well even during this historical June heatwave. You have control over the fan speed and have an off option. Even during the heatwave we never used the high setting. There are also ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room areas. The breakfast had good, healthy options including make your own waffles, different bread and bagel options, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, milk, orange and cranberry juice, and of course good coffee. Overall, I d highly recommend giving this place a shot. It feels like you ve been transported some place other than College Station and it gives you a cozy home feeling. NOT SAFE!!!! Our dogs were attacked here by other dogs whose owners were not following leash laws for College Station. They did not reprimand or punish the guests in any way. They did not offer any sympathy nor compensation to us - the front desk attendant even said Do you think maybe you just got in your own head about it? No! When I have to fight two dogs with my bare hands while trying to protect my dogs - all the while screaming out for help & my family comes outside to get these dogs off of me and my dogs before the dog owners even tried helping, I am not in my own head about it. Animal control came and cited the owners with a warning as well as getting vaccination records so I could make sure me and my dogs would be okay. How can you be dog-friendly and then have absolutely no plan for when people dont control their dogs?? We are very lucky to not be seriously hurt and my dogs paw has healed - my second dog was okay. I specifically requested a call from management. 2 weeks later - still no call. Absolutely appalled. This establishment is lucky that I didnt have any bite wounds, but whos to say the next dog attack will turn out the same way. A terrifying experience, regardless of the fact that were physically okay.

All the girls that work in the office are all so sweet and make you feel like family. The lobby has a breakfast you can get in the mornings for a grab and go with yummy options or you can sit in there and eat. The one bedroom suite I had was absolutely adorable. It was so stylish and comfortable. The living area has a comfortable couch with a great size tv with all the Chanels you could ever want. The kitchen has a full size refrigerator a cute 2burner gas stove along with the most adorable dishwasher. The Bedroom had the most luxury king bed with the softest sheets and best pillows with its own tv. The down blanket was so warm and cozy. The bathroom was such a wonderful size with a beautiful hutch and the vanity had great lights and was very large. The tub /shower was great with the best huge shower head that was so refreshing and felt so good on the body. The water pressure was perfect. Plenty of lighting in the whole place and 2 big windows in living and bedroom as well. The court yard area is so pretty. You have a beautiful pool along with sitting areas and BBQ grills. This is like a private little resort. When I stayed here the weather was cold so I didn t get to enjoy the outside like I would had like but definitely on my next trip back I will. They also hold every late afternoon early evening a social hour for a couple of hours with wine and cheese. It s just the perfect place to stay. The prices are wonderful as well. I can t wait to get back for my next stay and also be sure to eat across the street at Blue Bakers. Great sandwiches, soup homemade bread along with wood burning pizza. The lobster bisque soup is to die for. Thank you ladies for my wonderful stay and great hospitality. I can t wait to get back to Vineyard Court Designer Suites in the future. This is the best kept secret in College Station.

This was the first time I brought my dog to stay at a hotel, so I was extremely conscious. The staff were so friendly and kind, they put me in the George Bush two bed room suite, which was great. The suite is the corner room so even if my dog barked while I was away he wouldnt bother other guests. I was very pleased that they trusted their guests to leave their dog unattended, this is the main reason why I got a hotel instead of staying at friends house. I had my camera hooked up and thankfully my dog didnt bark and slept for most of the 6-7 hours that I was gone. I turned on the TV in the corner bedroom and the TV in the living room, he slept like a baby until I returned. I highly recommend people traveling with dogs to stay here! And great policy, I appreciate it! Oh and the free breakfast and wine happy hour was a bonus!

Our 2nd time staying at this hotel and we wont be going back for a 3rd. They charge a $50 deposit but dont have that on the hotel description. I make it a point not to stay at hotels that have a deposit since I travel for work alot and I dont like waiting for those to go back to my account. I told the girl at the front as much and she said reputable hotels have a deposit. Gimme a break! A reputable hotel would show the deposit on the hotel description. I stay at plenty of actual reputable hotels for work and if they say they charge a deposit, I pick a different one. Its that simple. You want to charge one, fine, but say that before I book so I have the option to pick a different one. Not to mention the pull out couch and mattress, floor, chairs, and towels were dirty. Not completely filthy, but not clean either. We were supposed to get a bottle of wine as an Expedia perk but we didnt. Also, the first time I stayed (forgot about the deposit or we wouldnt have stayed again) the girl at the front said if you call them to book its cheaper than Expedia. I called before booking and they said $77. I got the room through Expedia for $60. Lastly, they wont give you a receipt. They said you have to get it through Expedia, but they wont give you a receipt for the deposit they charge either. Overall, besides the location, theres nothing about this hotel we like. Biggest complaints were the girl at the front and the lack of transparency regarding the deposit.

Came here over Christmas weekend. We ended up in the Presidential Suite. It was definitely more than what we expected and is perhaps one of the nicest hotel rooms Ive ever been in, so we were quite happy! Not giving a full 5 stars because 1) The couch bed had some stains -luckily we just looked at it out of curiosity and didnt actually need to sleep on it- and 2) We were never notified about an additional charge when we checked in. It wasnt until a few days after our stay they took out an additional 50 dollars. When I called to ask what happened (because I know we left the room in good condition) I was informed that upon check in, there was supposed to be a pre-cleaning fee of some sort, but that it is refundable. However, I would need to wait an additional 72 hours before getting the money back. So, right now Im waiting for the money to return. If I dont, I will update this review. Overall though, I would definitely recommend and come here again! Ov

It was disappointing, to say the least. We got to our room late and tired so had no energy to switch hotels. Our room smelled muggy, the carpet was damp and sticky, there were fluffs of dirt and hair everywhere, and the coffee maker was a disaster. I have stayed here years ago and I don t remember my experience being that way, but Would probably never stay here again.

Spoke with Sandra, was told someone would call us to checkin, and sat here and waited for the call. She then called back, told me to call back at 0630 because they were full. I asked her if this was our only recourse, she then had a major attitude as I tried to clarify. I repeated myself to be sure I understood what she was telling me and she continued to be rude. She then told me to hold and the connection was lost.

This is by far the best place to stay in BCS. Looking at it from the street it seems like just another hotel. But inside its completely open , really nice courtyard. Love it!

My family stayed comfortably at the Vineyard Court Designer Suites. The Staff was helpful and knowledgeable of the area. Our Room was Cozy and the kitchenette was a nice feature other places do not have. We also enjoyed the breakfast selection and the evening happy hour. The location was perfect, close by everything in College Station. I do plan on returning and recommending to Friends and Family.

This place was a nice surprise. The room was ample sized and was decorated with some pretty funky cool furniture. The bed was awesome! I haven t slept in a bed this good in a long time. Almost as good as my own! The staff was very friendly and the courtyard was out of another era. The breakfast was delicious as well. Nice waffles and yogurt and fresh hot coffee. The inside courtyard with the pool and the seating arrangements were very nice. Pleasant music in the background and everything in order. What a find!

The rooms are fully furnished mini-apartments. It had a stove, oven kitchen sink refrigerator and dishwasher. It had a spacious bathroom. You could literally live there full time. One of the two chairs had a broken leg, but I mostly sat on the couch. No place is perfect, but for the price Vineyard Courts is a diamond in the rough.

This place is adorable . The garden in the center is the key feature as it is well kept and very pretty to look at. We stayed in a studio room and it had a kitchenette and an extra pullout futon. Its a great place to stay for a weekend at college station and A&M. All the rooms are named after Aggie traditions and shows they really do love the school. Next time I need to stay in College Station I recommend this to everyone. Although the complimentary breakfast is a little limited, its still free food cant complain.

Great place for the price. Comfortable beds. Courteous staff. Conveniently near Texas A&M University. Parts of the slate flooring outside needs to be repaired. Hedges by the pool are a bit overgrown and blocking the benches. The in-room coffee pouches tasted horrible, so bring your own coffee.
