Yes yes yes... A little pricey (thats the ONLY reason it got 4 stars). The beef rib was to die for and they had specials on them. This is a RIB place and ANY rib Ive ever tasted here was amazing. My favorite meal is the Rib Sampler for 18.99. Expect to spend 35 to 55 dollars a trip. The meat is amazing. Great portions and NOBODY BEATS THEIR MEAT LOL!

Decided to give this place another try today. Ordered cheeseburgers in the drive thru. Everything was so delicious! Burgers were made to our specifications, and fries were excellent. Customer service was great, short wait time. I just wished the slice of cheese was bigger as it was dwarfed by the size of the sesame seed bun and burger. Next time well request (2) slices of cheese!

Honestly the brisket at first was dry but they offered to replace my brisket with a fresh one so I accepted it, they gave me a fresh brisket and it was much better. However the ribs just a bit burnt but not terrible. Over all a decent bbq restaurant, a bit generic but nothing bad overall.

Delicious Santa Fe chicken, sausage and turkey! Their salad was also good. Ordered online for pickup once and then also ordered at the place for take out. If I had to do it again Id order online because while ordering there I had an excessive wait time and I actually paid the same amount and when ordering there I even had used military discount to still get around the same price as online! Food was great though and while there I witness people receiving their order at their table and they all seemed very pleased with the presentation!

Stick to rib hut west. The manager here is an idiot. Ordered through Uber and they gave my order to the wrong driver. After 3 different drivers cancelling and asking for my order you d figure they d see what s going on right? WRONG! I called to speak to the manager and he told me my order was given to a girl driver and NONE of the drivers on the app were girls . I asked if they can make it right and make my order again and he replied I m not going to lose product because of Ubers mistake, deal with Uber . This is your manager Rib Hut! What a Joke I ve been going to rib hut west for years but I recently moved east. I will make the travel west until they can get a competent manager here.

As we approached the restaurant I noticed a help wanted sign near the front door. We soon found out how meaningful that sign was. Sure, they were severely short on waiters, had no bus boys and no hostess to sign in the growing crowd at the front door. But that wasnt where they really needed the help. Where they really needed the help was in the kitchen. They needed a chef, a cook, heck, the guy next door, my brother-in-law, anybody who knew how to fix barbecue.Anybody who could prepare tender brisket and delicious ribs .... because they sure didnt have one the evening we were there. In all fairness it wasnt totally bad. Yes ,the ribs and the brisket were dry ,tough and tasteless. And they had some attractive looking burgers and other items on the menu. Maybe theyre good, but we went there for ribs.Because, after all ,the name of the place is the Rib Hut. The appetizers and the side dishes were really above average. Good thing we were able to fill up on those because we had to get a take out container for the meat that was not really to our liking but our 70lb. Alaskan husky gave it a five stars, so I guess its just a matter of whos doing the rating.

Update: still a great experience. 1st visit with my new baby and siblings . I love the service the food and atmosphere. The entire team post mess is above par. On top of orders, refills and just checking in. Meat is tender and easy to chew says my newest front tooth missing munchkin. Fantastic tender,on time, well cooked food, with smiles and excellent management roaming. Its a gem nothing is a miss on the menu or service . Worth the visit always .The wait was long because they were so busy, again service, food were excellent. Portion sizes are amazing, well cooked, large and fresh. Always worth the drive. Came here Friday night for dinner. Even from the parking lot this place smelled amazing. Got there about 6pm so didn t have to wait to be seat. Lots of drinks to choose from and a pretty good menu of food items. So many things I wanted to try I didn t know what to do with myself. Food came out pretty fast after we ordered. . Ordered a family combo platter. Also ordered some ribs and mac-n-cheese as well. So much food came out within 10 minutes of ordering. Service was really great! Everything we needed was brought out within two minutes. Food was really great as well. The only thing I didnt like or appreciate was that we didnt get any sausage that the combo platter was supposed to come with. We didnt realize until we were done eating that the waiter had left out the sausage, inadvertently? Either way, food was good, but having something left out from the meal was something that had never happened before.

My first and last time. This is the worst chicken I ever ate. This is NOT smoked chicken at all!!! No smoke or wood flavor. Probably baked chicken, not sure what kind of grilled chicken that was. They gave it to me and I returned it to the kitchen because I first told them I wanted my chicken dark. It came back not even dark( see picture). There is black pepper on the chicken but no salt at all. It was tasteless, bland I was so hungry and got no choice but eat it. They didn t even warn me that the coleslaw contain pineapple and my kid is allergic to pineapple. I am so disappointed!

Wow service really sucked!! We (2) walked in and the hostess told us to wait she was sweeping under a table. There was only about 3 table being used. It wasnt like the place was packed and they need to sweep in order to sit us down. Shouldnt customers come first? Then we ordered 2 side salads with 2 ribs each. That took about 30 min to get. The waitress never stopped by to check on us. We had to wave down another server to get extra napkins. Unfortunately this isnt the first time we get bad service at this location. The ribs should not take 30 minutes, they are already cooked.

Just moved to the Eastside recently, Ive eaten at rib hut since the ribs were $1.50 each since I was a fresh men in high school back in the year 2000, I had never Ever encountered such poor service until I visited this Eastside location for dinner, I arrived around 4:07pm, I was given a seat to order my food where I waited 13 minutes to get a server to my table , I called the restaurant 2 times on my phone ,the staff stated they could not hear me, I got up went i person to this young lady with heavy makeup and glasses told her ,Ive been waiting to at least get something to drink for almost 15 minutes, the server took my order, I chose to order an apetizer,after eating my appetizer I saw 2 to 4 families that arrived after me get there food, I was by myself and I still waited about another 10 minutes to get a refill, a short lady in blue shirt who I asked if she was the manager and said yes, I explained my situation, and she responded with poor service excuses first that I got there in the change of staff, that it was hectic according to her ,with restaurant half empty, I then responded, so your telling me I should not not come to dine at this time?? She responded sarcastically your choice, I then went on saying that is no excuse, again her second poor excuse was I had ordered an appetizer i was like really?? As I was explaining to her ,she rudely cut me off ,took my cup from my table stating ughh let me just call Rich she brought me drink and never returned , not only did her poor service ethics as a manager ruin my appetite but ruin the image I once had about dining in am enjoyable atmosphere , I will never go there again, but ill continue to go to where I am treated as a loyal customer the Westside location!! The situation was so bad in Eastside location I had to take food I had ordered to go...thanks to Nick server who apologized on behalf of his rude manager and poor service situation. We would come here pretty often, especially being closer to this location. Today, they lost a consistent customer. Food took 40 minutes to come out. Wife ordered medium steak which came out well done. When we told the waiter, her steak came out five minutes later. The same one lol. So now the steak is really well done. Don t know how you can use the same steak to go back in time and go back to medium. SMH they were also out of a bunch of random stuff like A1, lemons. We just wanted to leave asap once we told him it was the same steak cooked more. Won t go back again! We were able to save some people s time on the way out as we warned them of their demise.

Rib Hut- Eastside never disappoint. Eddie and the Sunday crew this weekend were on point with the food. The beef ribs were amazing. Cobbler was the best as well. The food is always fresh and delicious. Everyone should try it at least once and I promise youll be back.

Restaurant is clean and staff is friendly but food was terrible. Bone not falling off the meat cant be considered bbq, and chicken is so dry. They pretty much grilled ribs. Potato salad is very blend and bean might of been the best thing on that plate. Not going again

So because it s Mother s Day I decided to travel all the way from the west side to try the east side location. We had gone to the mesa/kern location but we wanted to try something new. There was no wait time and the atmosphere was nice and spacious. Our server VICTORIA took way too long to come back for our order. She seemed like she was in a rush and we felt like she was trying to either leave or just didn t wanna be there. The order was taken correctly and brought out quickly but she forgot to check on us after our food was received, she forgot my extra side of potato salad, and my mothers beer. Besides that, the table behind us started being very obnoxious and loud and I felt like I was in a bar. If I wanted to go to a bar, I would have. I understand that s out of the business control. I had every intention of tipping our server but there were several issues from the beginning. To top it all off as we re putting our food to go, and I already paid -she stands there and asks for the receipt when I didn t even sign it yet!! She was eager to look at her tip. I m a fellow server and you just don t do that. I will never be going back to rib hut and I ll make sure to tell my coworkers, family members, and friends not to go and tell them about the experience I had. The only thing holding this business is the ribs and coleslaw they are delicious 10/10 and your host was very polite. I didn t feel like a valuable customer I felt just like another dollar to add to their piggy bank. I would have given a rating of no stars but I m unable to. Happy Mother s Day !

Decided to go for an early mothers day celebration. It turned out to be a good choice. We went on Saturday around 11:30am. The restaurant was not packed at all. The tables are big enough for everyone to have enough space for the plates. Food was great, chef came to check if we were pleased with the food. My steak was a little more red than I would of liked, the chef took care of me. He gave me a smaller piece of meat to replace the red part of my steak. I really appreciate the service he gave me. He was outstanding!!! Now the server, was good except at the end when I noticed he charged me a dollar more for my plate. He made it seem like he was going to give me a dollar discount for his mistake. Then, I also asked if he could remove the ranch fee for fries. He wouldnt budge. The basket of fries my daughter ordered was $4.99 plus the $2.00 for ranch, I ended up paying $7 for fries!!! I found it unfair.

We treated the family to a lunch out and this was a great choice. Our server, Eddie, was really attentive and made sure to check in on us often. It was our first time here and we were impressed. My parents were visiting from out of town and they love bbq so we came here and we re not disappointed! Our server Eddie was so nice, helpful and patient during our time at the restaurant; he truly was the best! The food was absolutely delicious which is no surprise since the minute you walk into the place it smells like bbq smoke (which is always a good sign!)
