This location on University is the best! Whenever I have to work late theyre open until 10pm! The staff is always very knowledgeable and friendly. I tried their new calzones just because they were so excited about it! I really enjoyed the Italian and the French dip but have to go back for the Bbq chicken. Their soups are delicious! I will be back!

I ve only gotten take out/DD from this location. They re usually very good. Only a couple of times have I gotten a bad . I would recommend the food but not sure on the service. I ll come back to this review if that changes

Never coming here ever again, paid $30 for 2 #4 took my turkey off, asked for extra bacon and they had the nerve to give me nothing but bread and lettuces with 3 pieces of bacon cut to make it 6! Do not come here ! Feel completely ripped off

I am sure their other sandwiches are just as delicious however, I always order the Original. Love that flavor. Even today, decided before walking in that I would order something other than the original. Once I stepped up to the counter I couldnt help myself...original with chips and a drink. Love it!

First of all, shout out to whoever is playing the music in the restaurant, they are doing a wonderful job, I love indie rock and stuff. Also the food is great, somewhat pricey but I think it s well worth the bucks. Also shout out to Angel he s a great guy, thank you for making me feel welcome and I will continue to be a regular here!

Generally, they do a good job here, but this last visit was a disappointment. Our take out pizza was cold. When she finally brought it out to us, the excuse was...I thought you left. She never called our name or made an effort to see if we had sat down to wait. I had to take the pizza home and reheat it, which is never as good a fresh out of the oven.

Stopped by the restaurant at University dr in Edinburg, TX we waited till 10:15 am and doors was still closed there where two girls inside sitting down and in their cell phones they saw us but didn t even bother to come by to open or at least to say if opening late.

On our way back to San Antonio Stopped to get my son a kids pizza meal. They left out the drink, apple juice not in the bag. Pizza cold and all separated like they took pieces of old pizza and threw them in a box . Service was rude, told us we were suppose to park in spot 3, but the lady at the window just said to pull forward. Not worth the wait or the price.

I got to try this place for the first time. So I tried the pepperoni and double cheese pizza with some sour cream & onion chips and a drink. I ordered to go and I was very pleased with the cashier and the staff. The place was very nice and clean. The pizza tasted amazing! The chips were very good, too. Definitely will be coming back to try out the sandwiches and other great items on the menu!

The only good here is some staff maybe like one and that s it. My sandwich was poorly made. Mind you have staff yelling at each other as if we are in a ranch, to be spoken to, from across the building mind you. I should of gone to the original location. This location is going down hill. This place was supper modern, it was clean and it was good. The staff where friendly and took good care of us. The one star missing came from the way that no one attended us for a couple of minutes to get our order, and the menu wasn t working properly.

Tasted your pastrami sanwhich. It could be better. It was dry and the flavor was too salty. It needs more flavor but not to dry. And please add a little more meat. Ill try another sanwhich, one more try. If it s not good, I wont go any more to any of your delis.

The food definitely five star but customer service at the drive-thru today at 1 was terrible the young lady attendant was sarcastic and rude to me. Im not mad, Im rather disappointed. That I get such treatment from an employee at Schlotzskys being Schlotzskys is my favorite deli sandwich to get for lunch. I would like for the attendant at the window counter to not get in trouble but to get positive coaching.

To be honest it was my first time going and I was excited. The man at the drive thru ruined my mood because he said do you have a smaller bill which I didn t but I didn t mind I was gonna leave and then he called me back and was like I ll charge you but I can t promise you I ll have change. So I was like ok then give it back if you don t have change it s fine. And he didn t want to. First of all if you don t have change dont run a business second of all you could ve just given me my bill back and instead of saving omg you cracked me while giving me the change you should ve said sorry. Pinche worst service ever. First time I order something from this place and I got what I did not order and it is nasty. Now I wonder who ordered the sandwich I got, it is flavorless! Oh, and my loaded soup was so not loaded at all! I know it was an online order through UberEats, but they did not do anything wrong, actually my driver was very attentive. I truly believe they should re-do my whole order or at least my soup and my sandwich >.< So disappointed

Its a ripoff. Two half sandwiches a salty soup and a very small salad with no fork for 20 dollars, cmon. If it were excellent food maybe you could defend the overpriced food but it s not. The food is great, but its the customer service that needs improvement. I dont understand why their drive thru and online ordering takes so long. I go at least once a week and its always the same story, besides missing items that I have to wait additional time for. Its really a problem. I hope they get better before they end up losing business and closing yet again.

Schlotzskys in Edinburg is back. I ate there 5 days in a row. Either lunch or dinner. Their menu has expanded. Every meal I ate was absolutely delicious. You have to try. I even tried an all veggie sandwich with broccoli and cheese soup. Soooooo delicious.
