Ian helped our family get an emergency protective order against the wifes violent ex. Ian Kuecker was aggressive, thorough, listened to us, gave consideration to our input, and in the end, made everyone in the courtroom (including the judge) sympathetic to our situation. A slam dunk. This was a few years ago and I regret not leaving this review sooner. To anyone considering hiring Ian Kuecker in a family law situation, I give Ian my highest recommendation, and enthusiastic congratulations.

Ian provided excellent service and representation for me in handling my divorce proceedings. He was professional, very knowledgeable, and assisted me with a quick resolution to the divorce. He worked with the opposing counsel to receive timely responses and keep the process moving. He clearly explained options and possible scenarios for which he was well prepared to address should they arise. Ians rates were very reasonable and his office provided an e-mailed copy of all billings on a monthly basis. Divorce was settled in 6-months and was a very agreeable settlement for my situation. He will actually listen to you and help you with your needs. From beginning to the end. Ian will be with you in constant communication. His staff is top-notch and super friendly. I have been very satisfied with his professionalism and candor, and his legal advise was greatly appreciated. Ian is very capable and intelligent in the laws and how I could obtain the best outcome for my situation. If he was not available to take a call from me he followed up within the hour to return my call and once the legal preceding had ended he followed up to make sure I had everything I needed.

Ian represented me during my divorce. He was easily accessible, promptly answered emails, and phone calls. His fees were extremely reasonable as well. His compassion and level headed approach helped me to not only survive the emotional aspects of a divorce, but also minimized the financial impact thru the entire process. Recently I was in a custody/child support case involving my daughter. Durning this time I was extremely nervous and scared. When I hired Ian as my lawyer he turned all that nervous energy into relief. He was very professional and made sure that all my questions were answered. I always knew what was going on because he remains in constant contact with me through out the whole process. Getting in contact with him was a breeze and would always return your phone call promptly if he was unable to talk at that time. I am so glad that he was my lawyer during this difficult time. Even after the case was over he made sure that the General Attorney s office received the proper information so that they would release the built up child support that was being held by them. This part of the process took a couple of faxes and calls from him. So he is willing to go above and beyond to make sure that you get what you need. With Ian s help we were able to get the case dropped by the judge and everything is back to normal.
