Went by location tonight 3/7/24 @7:45PM. I went by to enjoy a good meal before I head home for the day. As I parked in the front, and made my way to the door, there was a hand written note stating Lobby is closed, use drive thru and door was locked. which was very odd as the hours of operation are till 9PM. As I walked back to my car in disappointment, I immediately noticed the staff member sweeping the lobby, removed the note and unlocked the lobby, which tells me they were doing this on own free will. Very disappointing on the crew, was definitely looking forward to having a meal after a long day at work. I hope management sees this review as I m sure this isn t the first time they do it.

Shout out to Emmanuel and the crew from Siempre Natural on University and McColl!! They remembered who I was, and took care of my order! Kindness, speed , excellent service, and excellent food! I love going here, but lately they dont put enough salad. Im having to buy 2 plates just so I can eat a lot of salad. The cilantro ranch dressing is so addicting. Overall, great place. I go often and the manager has always come to our table asking if everything is okay. Great customer service. Kudos to him.

I came here for brunch yesterday 3/31/2023, and I ordered the combo meal which was a sandwich and a salad with an additional small Fideo Soup. In my sandwich was chicken salad with grape in a croissant, and a garden salad will th cilantro dressing. I have had the same sandwich before, but for the salad, this would be the first time that I ll be trying it with Cilantro dressing. Surprise, surprise; I like it! It is now my favorite salad dressing apart from ranch and caesar. My son does not like cilantro because to him it tastes weird; but I don t have that problem, thank goodness! I enjoyed my meal very much. I am giving this location a 5-star review because the place is clean, the servers nice, it is affordable, and I feel like I am eating healthy without feeling like I m eating grass. My food was really good! Parking: there is ample parking at the location. Kid-friendliness: it has a booth style dining which is perfect for kids and families.

I love the salads dont get me wrong, but they werent on their A game today...1st they over charged me an extra salad, then they forgot to give me all of the toppings and dressing to one of them and finally one of the toppings they did give us was thrown all over the bag. There was a long line so we had to get down since we had already held up the drive thru line long enough. Update...this time the service was better, but my sister was disappointed in the lemonade...she insists it was always fresh and the one they gave us was from a powder or package but definitely not what she remembered...the food was still great though

Siempre Natural translates to Always Natural....I changed my mind about ordering when I looked at the ingredients displayed in the bar, so I walked out. Pineapple is from a can, corn from a can. Carrot straws in the already made salad were dry almost what you get from those ready to eat salads from a bag. The cheese looks like it comes from the already shredded cheese in a bag. DISGUSTING!

Always wrong. I love this option in food but at the Siempre Natural University you can ask them specifically what you want and at the end I think they purposely give you what they want. Is just like an agreement . if customer ask and pay for something in specific just don t give it to him/her . Just to mention one issue . I always ask to make sure my salad to include at least , at least one cherry tomato , I even ask them to take any of the topping but please ( almost begging ) to include tomato . They agree and even tell you of course but none tomato comes in the order at the end. See? This is just to bother the customer, don t you think ?

Times are tough right now and I went over to order my sandwiches and asked for extra chipotle sauce and they didn t put one. So when I got home I called and they declined giving me a refund as I won t eat the sandwich alone it s too dry. For these sandwiches you need to have a side sauce. Assistant manager and the manager declined to give me another sandwich. Asked me if I could go back as if money wasn t tough right now with hours being cut everywhere. In addition when placing the order the lady at the window gave me attitude when handing me my order. Plesantries don t excuse not doing your job right. I won t eat this dry sandwich without sauce and they couldn t give me a refund or complimentary sandwich. Never going to this location again due to not owning up to their mistake or the customer service at the window and over the phone. Plenty of other locations, don t go to this one. Save yourself the time.
