Awesome company and great service! Upgrade Arcade built me a custom cabinet and I can t say enough about them. The owner is great and kept me updated along the way, they sent me proofs of the custom graphics they designed and followed up before it was completed to setup a day and time for me to have this delivered. I highly recommend them for your Arcade needs!

Five stars is not enough! This company is amazing from start to finish! If you are on the fence about ordering from them jump right to the other side of it and place that order immediately! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every question no matter how ridiculous I had was answered immediately, and the customer service is literally unmatched. I placed my order for my mod kit one day before the hurricane hit Texas. Even while Santino and his team were dealing with the aftermath of this event it still took less than a week for him to prepare and ship the mod kit to me here in Canada. Upgrade arcade is the prime example of how every single company should run. Dont hesitate.... Order it! Thank you Santino!

This arcade is the best part of my man cave. Thank you so much for the speedy shipping and AMAZING customer service. I would say if anyone reading this is hesitant on ordering I will tell you this is the best customer service I have received in YEARS. I contacted them today (Sunday) and got help in seconds. These guys are great and I highly recommend them.

Man what a great buying experience! I bought an arcade pedestal and I absolutely love it! Since putting it in my home we have had some unbelievable family game nights! The customer service was AMAZING they will walk you through any questions you have it make the buying experience and comfortable. HIGHLY highly recommend!

A few months ago I decided to have an arcade built. Not knowing much about the whole process. I needed good customer service for all my questions (as dumb as they may be). Every question I asked Santino was responded to in a very timely manner. He went as far as giving me his personal and shop phone number for further questions and concerns. Once I received the arcade I had some setup issues due to me being unknowledgeable about some things He called me and walked me through the whole setup. I definitely believe him when he said I could contact him any time even after I recieve my arcade. Now Im off to play some of my 10k games

Great product and I highly recommend this company when it comes to arcade upgrades, pleasant experience and professional and they also back up their work and product. I have checked all other competitors and upgrade arcade is the only company that does themed upgrades and the only company that provides excellent customer service . You get a full 10 stars I have completely verified all the facts when posting my professional reviews, I have compared this company to its competitors and found that upgrade arcade to be more professional and accurate in the information they provide to their customers and the awesome quality in their workmanship and products . The only things I have found were mistakes by a few other customers but had nothing to do with upgrade arcade these were purely mistakes made by these 2 customers that caused their problem to begin with . Unfortunately I dont write reviews on customers and only on a business. Again I think upgrade arcade will be the best value and great solid products for the money and I highly recommend them for any upgrades that you need done for any of your arcade cabinets or systems . The upgrades and types are endless in different ways and things that can be accomplished, I am really amazed at what can actually be achieved and you have fun along the way in building and upgrading and modding your system. For me there is no reason to even have a Xbox or playstation unless I just want as a extra. If you have any questions or concerns you can always talk to Santino at upgrade arcade he will answer all the questions about modding and is very professional.

I cant praise this company enough. How often does the owner reach out to the customer AFTER the sale, to see if everything was good and if you had any questions regarding the installation. Communication was fast and informative, before and after the sale. Purchased the Asteroids 30 minute upgrade pi system. Install was straightforward, control panel was well made and artwork was beautifully done. I highly recommend Santino and his team for any arcade mods you need. True professionals at their craft. My go to for all arcade mods.

Just wow! Purchased the mod for my Ms Pac Man Arcade1up and the buying experience has been amazing. From answering questions during the purchase process to seeking help on the build was the best customer service experience have I ever had. Ridiculously fast response times. Santino even helped me over the weekend to make sure he answered all my questions. The build was actually very easy to do even for low tech people. The end product is thousands of games, beautiful lighted marquee and control panel and a machine for me to enjoy. Thank you Santino and the Upgrade Arcade team. I would highly recommend these guys, you won t be disappointed.

I could not be happier with my Galaga panel. I love the tron stick and trackball. I put in a Dell monitor and added wireless SNES controls which are hidden behind the cabinet. Santino was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to upgrade their Arcade1up to use him.- Thank you

Words cant even come close to how impressed I am by Upgrade Arcade. Having never modded anything, and it being maybe 20 years since I ever touched computer components....I decided to upgrade my Street Fighter legacy arcade1up. After looking around, I went with Upgrade Arcade due to the reviews on their superior customer service, as I knew I would more than likely need help. Upgrade Arcade delivered on what more than blew my expectations out of the water! The product looks, feels, and sounds fantastic! And sure enough, I needed assistance on a few things. Upgrade Arcade came through with resolutions every time. If youre on the fence deciding which guys to go with, when it comes to your home Arcade needs and youre reading this. Stop right now.
