I just spoke to ask for help and ask questions and the secretary or whatever answered me very rudely. I arranged my papers with Attorney Leonel Pérez and they were very attentive and polite even to the secretary. But now that has changed. Very rude and despotic

They didnt do anything to me, they just stole my money, they didnt do anything, the assistant gives you the worst bad treatment, she charged me for doing nothing, she asked me for the money before checking my case and I had already told her the problems I had, even so He said it was fine and now he doesnt want to give me my money back. The worst thing is that the lawyer doesnt show her face.

My wife and I had a 3:30 appointment, a half hour before we get there secretary asks us if we can do interview through Zoom we informed her we were 5 minutes away we get there she tells us we can t see her as we didn t bring our documents before hand we told her they told us to bring them when we came to the appointment she was extremely rude and very unprofessional she goes to the back 3 minutes later tells us Miss.Renteria will not be taking our case Worst immigration lawyer we ve seen so far
