I set up an online appointment and rather than waiting to be seen, I received a text 30 minutes before my appointment so I could go in. I was greeted and checked in immediately after I came in. I was in and out within 20 minutes. I will say that I was very pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

The staff was professional and diligent in their duties. Personable enough to take my mind off of, not only the immense pain I was in, but my white coat anxiety , as well. NOT a fan of medical offices but the staff on hand was great. I struggle with accepting pain medication, out of habit forming fears, and when I explained that, they listened and prescribed accordingly. Prescriptions were ready within a couple hours of my visit. Definitely a huge improvement from a few years ago.

I check in filled out paper work, called back, spoke with the nurse, Dr came in, flu test, breathing treatment & shot & prescription wrote out all in 15 min.!! On a happy note, the registor was going to write me out a (2) wk leave for work , house cleaning, laundry, cooking with pay! They all were friendly & toke care of business! I will return if needed!

Let s be honest,We don t need to be running to the E.R for any questionable symptoms our children could be showing but we also cant visit our pediatrician During the weekend,So what do you do? You go to your trusted urgent care. This place has literally saved me so much time and money. My children were able to get evaluated promptly and with care and we were able to establish a plan of care until i was able to speak to our pediatrician. I differently recommend this place. Made for both adult and children services.

The provider was diligent and listened to me- patient and caring. My concern is with the support staff and medical assistants. One gave an injection and then wiped it off with an ALCOHOL SWAB. Needed an additional injection & mentioned to the provider that I requested someone else and who wouldn t use alcohol on an open injection site. Second girl came it- said she only uses gauze if I m bleeding- proceeded to use an alcohol wipe on the injection site & then a bandaid. Hope the next time your staff gets treated at a medical visit as a patient that they get a juicy burning alcohol swab on their injection site- maybe only then they d change their ways?? Unprofessional & incompetent techs & medical assistants.

I was able to schedule an appointment online and the check in process was seamless. The staff was friendly and helpful. The facility was clean with an inviting atmosphere. In less than one hour, I was able to get X-rays for my injured back and left with a prescription to treat my symptoms. I would definitely go back! 5/5

I don t usually leave bad reviews, but I took my 15 month old daughter here for a fever and possible ear infection since her pediatrician was closed for the day. The provider who saw her said she was her ear was slightly red but not enough for it to be an infection and sent us home with no meds but recommended an over the counter medication for her congestion. I had a gut feeling something was wrong so we followed up with her pediatrician the next morning and she had not one, but two, ear infections plus a red throat. The staff are really nice but I m really disappointed that my daughter wasn t treated when she should have been.

I was advice to purchase an elbow wrist band for my injury. It helped relieve the tendinitis pressure and pain. Dr or NP were excellent and explain what was best for my treatment. Thank you. Amazing experience with nurse and doctor they took their time asked question. After results came out negative doctor still was trying to figure out what my problem could be. I couldnt get my Physicians to return my call to refill a prescription. I am 80 and was quite upset. Called affinity...they said sure we can do that. Went in dr was so kind. I left with a prescription and very relieved. He gave me 2 refills to give me time to find another doctor. Thank you. That was my first visit. Yesterday was probably my fifth. I went in , was checked in , and was called back very soon. The pa listened to me , asked questions, understood ,and ordered meds. I feel better, a day later and understand., congestion in throat and upper chest caused by allergies,cough and irritation in lungs. So hard to get to see your doctor ,thankful they are there.

EVERYONE in the office was so nice. The wait time was about 10mins which was great. Got me in quick and got me out quick but did not feel rushed at all. Super clean office. Would highly recommend.

I went in for a drug screen for pre-employment today and I believe it was done negligently. I was tested else where and bought a home kit in which both came back negative. They will cost you to lose a job due to their inaccurate testing and will refuse to speak with you about your results

Kimberly was very helpful getting me signed in when I had difficulty with the sign in machine in the waiting room. The doctor took his time with the lab results explaining what could cause the blood in his urine. It did not show a UTI but he said hes going to culture it to make sure theres no infection and will let me know the results by Tuesday. He was a very caring physician.

Affinity is my go to when we have unexpected issues and need to get in immediately. I was very pleased with Ashley J our medical assistant. Ive been coming here since the covid outbreak and I will say the staff is very professional. My medical assistant Ashley J who Ive had a couple of times is awesome. She is nice and friendly. Shes doesnt rush to get me in and out. In addition when she was doing my vitals she decided to do them twice cause she didnt like the first set, which worked cause the second set was much better. Keep up the great work!!
