My niece had her Quince here. The staff and facility was very nice, but like other people have said the food they served was not up to the same standard. The chicken was super tough and dry. If they can fix that, it would be 5 stars for sure.

The place is very nice, but the waiter service is rude; Except for one lady with glasses, she showed a smile when you asked her something. There was a little boy serving tea to the guests and he was like a robot, he just didnt answer, not even that!!! And dont even imagine that at your event they are going to pick up the trash from your table, even if they see it clogged with trash, they wont pick it up until no one is sitting there. I wouldnt even want to go or do any event in that place. Whats the point of it being so pretty, if the service from the staff leaves a lot to be desired. Not to mention that what they sell in their little store has exaggerated prices.

The setting was surpringly good, not what I expected, but we were truly disappointed with the acoustics of the banquet hall. There are no audio baffles on the concrete walls, thus creating a condition where the music just continually bounces from surface to surface ruining the experience for the listening crowd.

PLEASE CHECK ALL THE PEOPLE THAT GIVE SHORT GOOD REVIEWS. THEY ALL KNOW EACH OTHER! JUST LOOK AT THE NAMES THEN GO TO MARBELS EVENT CENTER..WHICH IS ALSO THEIRS.. THIS HAS BEEN ONE OF THE WORST IS experience ever, Where should I start? Aw, yes.. the cake stand was super dirty..They didn t have enough staff. Therefore the guy in charge of the catering was yelling at the one guy he had helping him.The main server was throwing the utensils on the table.(till I made him stop. One of the guest spilled wine on the floor. The poor kid that was helping the main server got yelled at again for trying to clean the spill..The food was served like if they were serving a two year old. Then the children were given 4 cold chicken nuggets and a juice. The owner wants you to do things her way.. not the way you want..Even though you are paying for it. The bottom line is THE OWNER IS MONEY HUNGRY!!

Was the best choice for our wedding venue. They handled everything with promptness and professionalism. The venue was beautiful with up to date additions (projection of our image outside, projections inside, etc.), the coordinator there -Marcos- was so professional, organized from beginning to end and a great announcer throughout the night. Everything ran so smooth, another staff member helping Marcos who was also the day of coordinator, made sure they got approval for anything that was done that night (opening candy bar, etc.), the list goes on and on. If I could have my event there again, I would in a heartbeat! I got so many compliments on the venue, the formality, the entertainment, the structure EVERYTHING. Hands down, best choice for events!

Wow. What a beautiful banquet hall for a Quinceañera or even a wedding. The only negative was the catering/food. It was okay and edible but not amazing or up to 5 star rating. The service was very good as well and security was good.
