Anytime I come and order here the employees at the register have a nasty attitude. Today my mom went and wanted to order some food but she didn t know if they were closed or not so she proceeded to ask one of the employees and she caught an attitude with my mom for literally no reason. All she did was ask if they were closed and the lady popped off. Sorry couldn t get a better picture, but it s a grown lady with what looks like black and red braids.

Was extremely disappointed with the service. I looked at the menu for a minute then politely asked the register lady a simple question and she was extremely rude and disrespectful. After her going off on me and trying to make me look stupid for asking a question, I didn t even feel comfortable getting food here anymore. She didn t have a name tag but she had long red dreads. I usually don t leave reviews or complaints but I ve never had someone be so rude to me that was there to make the business run better and give good customer service.

My first time ever. Service was great, and everyone polite! I had the jalapeno cheesesteak and bacon cheddar fries. Next time Im going to get a large. That food was fantastic! I really enjoyed!

The food is absolutely rancid. I went as I was passing through town and my sandwich was in the bag flipped around. I never got my drink and they forgot my kids meal this location needs to undergo an inspection because it was disgustingly dirty looking through the window with trash everywhere!! They need to work on their work ethic.

I have ate here several times, and was always satisfied with my food, until today. The meat is tough, the bread is soggy, and the cheese is stuck to the paper......mostly because they tried to stuff everything into a small container. The meat was tough because the grill wasnt at the right temp. I have recommended this place 100 times, I will never recommend them again, nor will I ever eat from here again, customer lost! Completely disgusting food!

We had never experienced something like this before or at least witnessed it we order our food and upon getting our jalapeño fries we noticed they were cold. My husband let them know and of the owners/managers immediately started to pick off the jalapeño and put them back in the container to reuse!! The excuse for that was that they don t like to waste food! With the way things are you would think they would have a better way to conserve food!! SMH!! So disappointing!

Upon placing order was told I couldn t use my coupon for the free sandwich because the coupons wasn t from this location ,never had this happen to me but stated her manager stated unless the coupons were from their location they couldn t be used I felt it was unprofessional especially if they are all amongst the same food chain Will never visit again Very disappointed

Omg, this was the best Philly cheese steak sandwich Ive ever had! It was hot and fresh with lots of flavor. The fresh veggies grilled with the melted cheese over the steak is one of the best part of the meal. Nothing is made until you order it and you can see everything as theyre making it. The strawberry lemonade is really good too, with actual strawberries in it. I went on Monday for the 1st time and the nice young lady told me I would enjoy it and be back again. Sure thing, I went again today!! That has now became my absolute favorite sandwich restaurant!! The staff there has so far been very friend and clean. I highly recommend this to family/friends.

Employee rang up order wearing gloves, handed my credit card back and immediately started working on food, touching it (GROSS). I mentioned it that she could get people sick so in a smart-a** way took her gloves off and put new ones on without washing her hands. I gave up. $34 order and I threw it away because if shes like that then everyone is and that means no training in food safety. Hope nobody gets really sick or causes an outbreak.

Sandwich is descent but nothing special. Fries are great if you hate salt I guess because mine had none on it whatsoever. Portion of meat is very small and nothing like their pictures advertise. Not worth the money to me.
