If you want authentic Italia s gourmet, then you have to try Roma s. Spending time in Italy and eating the food there was amazing and really there are no words to explain the fireworks that were going on in every bite I took while I was there. Being in DFW I have been trying to find a place that would remind me of the time I spent in Italy. From the moment I walked in, listening to the music, to the wonderful staff, to the dipping oil with crushed garlic, to the bread, to the Tortellini Alla Panna, to the Italian 75 was like being in Italy all over again!!! Not only would I recommend this place, I would literally pass out business cards and work there for free just for the food. lol This is a must try!!!! I love the Greek Salad with grilled chicken. My husband loves the beef lasagna. When we want to splurge a little we have the lamb chops with ziti. Everything at Romas is delicious There prices are better than most establishments that have the same offerings. The portions priced fairly. I never felt their food was over-priced. The food is always fresh and seasoned perfectly.

Today, I had the pleasure of dining at Romas Italian Bistro in Duncanville, and it was an absolutely delightful experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, I was immediately greeted at the door by the friendly hostess, who made me feel welcome right away. She kindly escorted me to the table of my choosing, and I appreciated her accommodating my preference to sit by the window. The ambiance of Romas is both cozy and elegant, creating a perfect setting for a relaxing meal. The natural light from the window added to the pleasant atmosphere, making my dining experience even more enjoyable. The menu offered a wonderful variety of affordable Italian dishes, and the food itself was absolutely delicious. I will make sure to tell my other real estate friends and colleagues about it.

Two years ago (when I used to live in Duncanville) as of this writing, I visited this place to get me a supreme pizza, and I gotta tell you they have the awesomest, best pizza they can ever cook up. I ve been here a few times. The baked ziti and chicken alfredo are good. I ordered the Stromboli recently and in my opinion it was not good at all, it was delivery so I m not sure if that played a part but it was soggy, too cheesy and too greasy.

We ordered side salads which were sub par but still cost $5.00 a piece. I did love the bread they served but was not impressed with any other food. I got Shrimp Alfredo, the sauce was liquid instead of creamy and didn t taste like Alfredo sauce. For the price it was definitely not worth it. Cost too much for not very good food.

To be my first time at the place the food is very delicious, but the waitress who attended us behaved badly with us. My friend and I ordered a pizza and we were still eating when she came to our table without us asking for anything, and she put the rest of the pizza in a box while we were still eating, but she did it with a bad attitude. Then she came back and picked up my plate while I was eating, then she brought us the bill without asking us anything. In other words, she ran us out of the place.

My husband and I recently visited Romas on Friday date night. Hailey was our server and she was exceptional, in every way, from beginning to end. Her 20+% tip was well deserved. We started with appetizers of their garlic bread and calamari. The bread was warm, fresh and with the soft, whipped butter, absolutely divine! The calamari was perfectly breaded and seasoned. But for me, I appreciated that they only served the rounds and not the tentacles! I ordered the Chicken Cacciatore with angel hair pasta. The aroma alone was sooooo appetizing!! And, the flavor didnt disappoint. Seasoned to perfection, the chicken was tender, pasta perfectly al dente, veggies tender-crisp and the sauce, light but flavorful. We will definitely visit again and we have nicknamed it our date night spot.

This is a very nice place to dine in. The food was also very good the dish that I had was spaghetti with Italian sausage which was delicious. My aunt had a calzone which she enjoyed very much and stated that she will be back because she liked it so much. I myself will return because there were things on the menu that I also wanted to try but I was so undecided because the menu was overwhelming. The downside is that it is not a big restaurant so theres not very many places that you can sit but they do have outside dining as well so I think that makes up for it. I can say that it is a very nice restaurant and the atmosphere is really cozy so I will return..

Had such a lovely dinner here with my husband. The wait staff was very attentive and kind. The place was full, but we waited only about 2 minutes to be seated. The wait staff quickly went to clean the just emptied table so we could sit down. Most places have the waiters wait for the bus boys to clean it but at this place everyone pitches in. The food was excellent We started with an order of Minestrone soup. It tasted so fresh and homemade. It was a perfect start to a chilly evening. Warmed us right up! Our entrees were served piping hot. I had Shrimp Spaghetti in Olive Oil and the shrimp were huge and very fresh! Tasted like they just came out of the ocean. Amazing. My husband had lasagna topped with grilled chicken. It was hearty and tasty. The waiter checked on us repeatedly throughout the evening and was very attentive. We did wait a bit long for the table bread due to the restaurants high orders of pizzas they had to make. Our waiter was very apologetic about the situation and kept us posted on the time for the bread to come out. It wasnt too bad. We still had half out entrees to eat by the time the bread came out, nice and hot. The waiters concern for us made it not so bad. This is a great place to have a nice quiet dinner. The place is small and cozy with a relaxing feel. Afterwards you can walk around the cute shopping center and pick up some coffee or tea in the establishment around the corner. It made for a wonderful date night. I highly recommend this spot and area. Vegetarian options: They have eggplant parmesan, but not sure if they have vegan cheese. Dietary restrictions: Food is made to order. Can add or take out what you need. Parking: There are limited parking spots in the front by the main street and on the side but there is plenty of parking in the back of the establishment. There is a big parking lot back there. Kid-friendliness: They have a kids section on the menu. Wheelchair accessibility: Not a good place to bring a wheelchair in. The place is very small and kind of tight. The tables are very close to each other.

Came here accidentally, this is what a restaurant should be. Excellent service, clean tables. Everything is made fresh, no canned mushrooms etc. This is most definitely our new local pizza place. Tables are cleaned immediately after a table leaves. I have not seen a business large or small operate this efficiently since before COVID. They are busy and manage it beautifully. They just created permanent customers! These tables cleared of customers less than 5 minutes ago. Just don t see this anymore. Employees not on phones or one poor soul trying to do all jobs-order, clean, & deliver to all customers. Great Team!!!

THEY SAID THEY NEVER GOT MY ORDER I SHOWED THEM IN PERSON MY BANK STATEMENT TO PROVE THEY WITHDRAW MY MONEY. OWNER WAS VERY RUDE ASKED ME TO LEAVE TO COME BACK ANOTHER DAY. I ADVISE IM SHOWING MY BANK STATEMENT THAT YOUR COMPANY TOOK MY MONEY I WAS NOT LEAVING WITH OUT MY ORDER OR THEY CAN GIVE ME MONEY BACK. HE SAID TO CALL THE WEBSITE I ADVISED THE WEBSITE HAS HIS RESTAURANT NUMBER. ONE OF HIS EMPLOYEES GAVE ME THE CASH. I ADVISED THE OWNER HE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER IM NOT SETTING FOOT IN HIS BUSINESS EVER AGAIN HE REALLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TREAT A CUSTOMER.

I used to be a big fan of this place best pizza ever. But like sometimes a chef will not always cook their best dish . Which is understandable, everyone has a bad day. But when I decided I did not like the way my pizza looked and said I did not want to take my order I was told with a very rude tone, that since the pizza they cooked was not good enough I probably should not return back to their business ever again. Just because someone does not like something one time, it does not give you right to meet a customer with such attitude and tone I hope other people do not have to deal with problem like I have.

Love love Italian food. This is my first visit and I really enjoyed it. Sat outside the patio on Cinco de Mayo. Which if you are from Texas it s hotter than heck at this time of year. The weather was pleasant and service was great. Portions of food are perfect. The pizza was very delicious.

We were welcomed very friendly by the staff. First impression, super clean place and even the toilets are clean because my old boss Christian Lohse always said to me that if the toilets are clean, then it s a good kitchen. The employee took the orders such as drinks and food and was able to remember everything without using the tablet or writing it down on a piece of paper The food was also prepared quickly and was of a high quality. The home-baked bread was very tasty. Everyone was very happy with their choice of food. The price-performance ratio is also unique. Definitely worth a visit

Just got my pizza, I ask them in the notes section, TO COOK MY TOPPINGS ON TOP OF CHEESE, of course wen I got my pizza my toppings was cooked under the cheese, so I called and spoke with the manager I asked him if they make their pizza to their customer satisfaction he told me NO he makes his pizza the same because he have too many orders to make special pizzas.. That let me know right there this place is not all about satisfying their customers... I WILL NEVER ORDWR HER AGAIN
