Absolutely horrible experience. Tons of trouble with the online ordering system, equal trouble when the call center became involved. Ending up ordering directly from the store. Order came short one item. Called, was told they would send it right out. Almost an hour later called back and was told the order was delivered. NOT to me! Called for a refund, was told Id have to call back tomorrow. Never again!

Great staff, needs to not douse so much sauce on their pizza at times. Need to master the corporate suggestions for sauce servings more consistently, because when they over sauce the pizza, it taste like a acidic tomato casserole atop bread. Otherwise, its quality chain pizza, if they mastered the consistent portions Id rate it 4 stars.

I was never a big Dominos fan. Mostly because the one in my hometown was run down, trashy and employed slackers. My first time at a location in years was this one. Theyve never disappointed. Its always hot, and the workers are always friendly. I personally recommend the handmade pan and the bacon jalapeno stuffed cheesy bread. Theres not a better cheese bread at the competition!

Very great service the girls at the counter were extremely helpful and very friendly and it only took me 5 minutes to get there and it was already ready and delicious. Dominos never fails to strive for excellence. Only one bad experience was years ago when I couldnt see their sign at night but Im pretty sure they fixed that since Im a afternoon pizza water eater now.

...so I was going order the Dominos pizza & have them deliver it to me cuz I was online ordering it, but then I realized that it was only a half a mile away & I love driving & Id just gotten out of bed after a 3 month PTSD depression & I wanted to sit in the parking lot and pick that baby UP!!!! & so I drove over to the parking lot at the Dominos nearby & I was out at the little waity place with my blinkers on & my windows down -- but in the meantime they had their little clock ticking on the app & I had so much fun because it said once the pizza is ready then if they dont deliver it in 2 minutes to my car I get one free sooooooo I was really hoping that theyd like screw up and get behind... ...they didnt. I ordered the Hawaiian pizza with the pineapples and the Canadian bacon and I ordered some extra toppings like green peppers, onions, mushrooms, and feta cheese and then I went ahead and bought dessert: the chocolate molten lava cakes and I GOTTA tell you something: YES the pizza was phenomenal: worth every penny on the order of about 43 bucks & Yeah okay Im from 1955 and that SOUNDS like a LOTTA money, but its not cuz it blew the top of my head clean OFF the pizza was phenomenal!!! & it took three meals to take away that large pizza from my fridge: & it passed the First Law of Pizzas which is: Its Better Cold than Hot... AND those lava cakes; I still have TWO in the fridge cuz Im still recovering from the Oral Orgasm... from the First One. I order from this dominos regularly, and almost never have any problems, but whenever there is a mistake or mix up, it s always small, and it s always fixed so quickly, and the employees here are always so polite and so apologetic. The food is always cooked to spec, and the delivery is usually ridiculously fast. Makes me wonder if they have the super fast Wow Ovens that bake everything in like 5 minutes. Anyways, any time I m hungry and don t know what to get for lunch or dinner, I always know I can place an order here and be fed quickly and never have to worry about being disappointed.

When the young lady dropped our pizza my husband asked her to have the general manger contact us due to the issue. Theyll cook your pizza, let it sit for an hour, and THEN theyll deliver it like theres nothing wrong with delivering an hour-old, lukewarm pizza. Apparently it is difficult for Dominos stores to comprehend the concept of only cooking a pizza for delivery when theyll have a driver ready to take it. Finally, when you call them, youll sit on hold for over 10 minutes. 5 minutes into it theyll finally leave the store, and 5 minutes later youll have your pizza.

This Dominos franchise made my wife and I fans of Dominos after living in 4 recent states in the last 6 years. Theyre always fast, accurate, and the food is carefully made. 2 Saturdays in a row, my order had something wrong. 01/30/2021 - Pizza arrived cold and the box crushed. Opened the box and we got Noided. Toppings all over the top. Called the store got promised a free pizza. Still not credited to my account. 02/06/2021 - Order a thin crust Pepperoni Feast and received Original crust Pepperoni Feast. Why call they dont do as promised. We usually order once a week sometimes we go to 2 weeks. This store is getting worse. I dont mind that Richard cant slice a pizza. I know it is hard, I used to work for Dominos back when it was 30 minutes or less. In fact I part of the transitioning to $3 off and what they do now. Also was around when they switched to computers. I placed a $40 order for two large pizzas and wings and when I got it home the pizzas was burnt and has no toppings and the wings were all fat. We had to throw it all away. I called the manager as I was extremely upset. Could not drive back due to the distance. He said he would mark a credit on my account. When I went back no credit there. Not surprising! We ordered from Dominos on Western Trail in Georgetown, TX 78628 today Fri, 8 Jan 2021 @ 7:44pm web order and had our 2 med thin crust custom pizzas, 2 pasta bowls, chicken bites and cheese bread baked by Richard and delivered hot fresh and fast by Caden at 8:15pm under 30 minutes! He was fast polite nice and careful. Our pizzas were made perfectly to order and were loaded with fresh big plentiful toppings. Everything was hot and tasty. They re so big on contactless pick up, walk in and the guy preparing all the food has his mask down completely exposing his mouth and nose. They had tons of staff there doing other jobs with their masks on but the most important job that would require a mask is being handled by someone with breathing problems . If you want your pizza made how you asked don t go to this dominos. I ordered a pizza with ranch sauce and Extra buffalo sauce on top, not just normal but extra. When calling they offered to make it again and deliver it again. However, after an hour in a half wait we received the pizza. Only for it to be wrong again, no buffalo drizzle and what looked like just cheese and chicken, no sauce. The man I spoke to on the phone was the one to make the original pizza, yet still couldn t make it right the second time. This was not the first time they have messed up my order. This happens almost every time unless it s just pepperoni or a cookie brownie. I recommend going and ordering from a different dominos.

I ordered ahead of time online for pizza for my sons birthday. (around an hour before we wanted it delivered) Their website took our address and had given us the Dominoes it would be coming from. 10 minutes before our scheduled delivery time I get a call that they found out we are not within their delivery area and gave me a number to another Dominoes that might be able to deliver to us. Since we had a few family members coming over to celebrate and at that point ordering from anywhere else would take longer I tried calling back to see if I could come pick up our order. After 10 minutes on hold they said they had never cancelled the order so I could come pick it up. If I wouldnt have asked to be able to remove the tip I had put on the online order they would have kept the $10 tip and $2.99 delivery charge on my card. They also forgot my salad but by the time I got home 40 min late for my kids bday I didnt have the energy to call and request money back. I think Ill be finding a new place to order my pizza. If they would have been able to tell me upfront they couldnt deliver to my address I could have arranged other plans. The whole thing wasnt handled very well.

I understand that we are in an epidemic but don t tell me my pizza came out of the oven at 11:35 when it actually didn t come out until 12:23. If the general wait time is roughly 2 hours and you are aware of that then either let your customers know prior to placing an order within the app or at least call them after. I order food at 10:30 and now it s almost one and I still don t have my food.

Love Dominos Pizza. Is always hot, cheesy and made to order the way I like it. Great prices and their wings are baked not fried, delicious!! Many flavors of sauces to choose for wings. They also make sandwiches, pasta and salads. They do not dissapoint. Excellent service and the app makes it easy to order and pay if you choose to do it there or just order and pay at the store if youre picking up. Highly reccomend

Called to order wings and 799 pizza boy said couldnt deliver for 799 pizza.I asked how much I needed to spend and he couldnt answer kept saying. If you order 2 599 pizza and wings and yours . i said I just want the pizza I ordered and wings how much to deliver. Finally asked for manager who i said just order the pizza how much. He ordered something Iam not sure what it was at that point and he said 28.99 I said for a 799 pizza and wings ?? Must be a 13 dollors delivery fee. Have never had problems here befor to bad.lost a customer.

Pizza arrived STONE COLD. I watched the tracker and it sat in the store for 40 min. Driver said well the Longhorns are playing . Do I care ???? Never ordering again. Nasty, cold and over priced.
