Great food and consistent atmosphere as usual. Great service until we finished eating. We were killing time waiting on a flight out of Texas to Florida. We being my wife and i both seniors. The service ceased even though the bill was over $100. Dont pay your bill o the kiosk until u are ready to depart. Really, in general, Texas sucks. Avoid it If at all possible.

My son has been craving spaghetti and meatballs from Olive Garden for a while now, so when in town we came to this location. We are big Olive Garden fans lol. It s rare to get this bad of an experience anywhere. The worst part of the whole experience which was what really made us put down our forks was my husband took our little guy to the restroom, and a SERVER used the restroom, barely stuck his hands under the water and did not wash his hands, then immediately come out and serve a couple tables from us. Imagine someone using the restroom, touching what they touch, then touch the food and dishes you and your children are about to touch and consume. If the servers do this IN FRONT of the customers, what is the staff we don t see doing or not doing? Before that the managers did come around when we first got there which showed care, and while the waiter was nice we hardly saw him, forgot drinks, brought wrong drinks, we ordered the endless bread dip and didn t receive anymore breadsticks or sauce, same with husbands endless pasta dish. The Zuppa Tuscona .the epitome of Olive Garden..had a vomit taste. Same with their cheese they grate, just this location. I did feel bad, there was a little one that was shrilling a lot extremely loud, we did ask to move because it was sending my daughter into a panic attack and he/she didn t seem like they were going to stop at any point, so of course we were understandable to an extent about being forgotten, but with the forgetful service before we moved, it doesn t seem it would have been much different if we wouldnt have moved. We ve never had this kind of experience. Is it perfect every time?...of course not and that s to be expected and given grace because no one and no service is. But this ..

I just want to take out the time to commend the awesome Olive Garden staff that helped me make my birthday special. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that my day was special with my family and I greatly appreciate that. My waitress was outstanding and even though it was late in the evening, she still brought People to come sing happy birthday. The staff was beyond friendly and provided exceptional service. They were very patient with me and I appreciate that. The restaurant was nice and clean. The food was perfect. Everything was awesome. I am so happy that they went above and beyond for me on my special day. Thank you Olive Garden night staff

We had an amazing dining evening at the Olive Garden in Duncanville! My husband and I had the unfortunate occurrence of attempting to initially dine at Red Lobster next door and waiting greater than an hour and 20 mins and still no food, we opted for Olive Garden. We were seated immediately and had our first appetizer in less than 12 minutes. Sebastian, waiter, greeted us quickly after being seated. Provided a few suggestions as I was dubious as to which would be most suitable! We chose several appetizers and the design your own Pasta dish! The shrimp was fresh and the pasta was nicely seasoned! Each appetizer was delectable! I ordered a Margarita with Amaretto! It didnt disappoint. Great evening and Sebastian was one of the best and most attentive waiter that weve ever experienced. I had the pleasure of speaking with one of the managers, Evelyn. Both were extremely professional and polite! Thanks for the pleasant experience and wonderful meal! Thanks Sebastian! 2023; The food was absolutely the greatest. My husband ordered the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo and I ordered the Baked Ziti Extra spicy. Our waitress/bartender was Jessica and she was extremely helpful with suggestions and very professional. Will definitely die here again!

I don t normally come to this location but what the princess wants, the princess gets so we came here. My family & I truly enjoyed dining for lunch at this location. I was with a group of eight seated in a small room at a round table it was awesome cuz we could actually see and hear each other. as for the food I ordered the soup. The salads a bit lacking as it only has iceberg lettuce really could use some other types of lettuces in it the soup is delicious but too salty. Vegetarian options: Lots of meatless options. Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free pasta available Parking: Theres plenty of parking. If its crowded you can just park in the parking lot for the businesses that are around it. Wheelchair accessibility: They have a long ramp leading to the front so you can get in and no steps inside.

The service here has changed big time! I sat at the bar on 8/4. Some female bartender who had her badge covered the entire time (otherwise, I would post her name) had poor customer service skills. I asked for a glass of water 3 times ( unacceptable) ordered food with a guy named Mez, who was behind the bar, and he did not put our order in. When the girl came back to the bar, she asked us if we wanted to order food. I told her i just did with Mez. She says it was not put in, so we ordered with her again. So we continue to wait on food, and it comes out cold. Go to another OG if you are looking for good service and food. Others at the bar had similar experiences, and its just not with it. Go 15 mins down the road to the Cheesecake factory. It busy and isnt worth being sick over cold/ old food and playing for bad service.

Me and my aunt just finished eating here and the food was delicious!! We had a great server named Fernando and he was awesome. I ordered the chicken Alfredo and it was a 10/10. For dessert, my aunt ordered a tiramisu cake slice and it was so good!! I could tell they took their time on it. I was greatly disappointed and angered by the quality of the lasagna I received. It was for a birthday gathering and there was little to NO MEAT SAUCE. I will never order this combo again. I observed a situation that was a bit unpleasant as a mother, the manager approached a table and told them that she would move the babys stroller, because someone from the staff could fall, you as staff decide where to seat each family therefore you must think . about what areas are suitable for a babys comfort, so that he can be sitting in his stroller and not be a danger or even suggesting bringing a restaurant chair so that the baby can sit, I felt bad for that mother who such Maybe she didnt enjoy her dinner because she was careful to move her baby every time someone passed by.

Great food, great curb side delivery, always on time! The steak is always cooked perfectly, with soup and bread sticks. There is so much food for a very good price!

It was an enjoyable time. Food was very good. The waitress was very nice and made us feel right at home. Will be back. Parking: There is too many pick up spaces and not enough for the handicap.

Ordered 2 pasta stations for an elementary classroom and staff. They had it ready exactly on time. We unpacked it and set it up and were really impressed by the precise order of absolutely everything. Every single detail covered. Big hit with both kids and adults. Worth the $, for sure.
