My brothers, sister and I used Griffith Law Firm to probate my mothers estate. Savanna helped us navigate many bumps during the process including my fathers will having never been probated, we couldnt find moms original will which was later found months later requiring a reset and regrouping. Everything Griffith did was professional and timely given that the courts were overwhelmed by COVID-19 slow down. They kept me updated as the executor through out. I had a very good experience with Griffith Law Firm! I hired them during Covid craziness to probate my mother s estate. The court was taking forever to send out the paperwork which I needed in order to sell my mom s house. Savanna made arrangements with the court so that I could pick the paperwork up which was wonderful. I may have still been sitting here waiting for it if she had not done that! Then the title company was giving me some issues because they needed court documents, and I could not close on the house without them. Savanna got on this too and we were able to close a week later. The lady at the title company told me, You have a really good probate lawyer because usually these probate closings drag on for a long time. Not only is Savanna efficient, professional, communicative, and knowledgeable, but she is kind, patient, and easy to work with which is very comforting when dealing with a sad situation. The secretary, Holly, is also a very nice lady. I would give Griffith Law the highest recommendation and definitely use Savanna for any future legal needs. This lawyer is a jewel.

Griffith Law is providing excellence professional guidance for us. Had to relocate from Houston to Dallas, My Law firm in Houston helping manage the Family Trust said they couldnt help any more because of relocation. Griffith Law, in Duncanville, quickly reviewed our legal situation (VERY RESPONSIVE), cleared up problems left hanging in Houston, developed a good plan to more forward, giving us a very secure feeling (VERY PROFESSIONAL & HIGH QUALITY). They did all this at a reasonable price. (GOOD VALUE) I know this for a couple of reasons. One, a third of my family is composed of lawyers - unsuccessful in solving our Estate problems, and two, been dealing with Houston Attorneys for several years trying to clear up these problems with poor results. If you need Estate planning or a will, Griffith Law Firm is the way to go. Savanna met with me in March pre-Covid, and explained and answered all my questions and concerns. I left with a few things to decide, and once I did, she had my wills completed very fast. We met to do the signing during the Covid shutdown, and she practiced safety with masks, gloves, hand sanitizer, and social distancing. So you will be safe in these uncertain times.
