OK, so went in here today around 4:15 to get my very first tattoo and a girl named Jess was behind the counter. I showed her a picture of what I want done which is a tattoo in honor my son that I lost unexpectedly four years ago so I show the tattoo she tells me how much is gonna cost and we have to pay cash so we go to the bank get the cash out. Come back 15 minutes later maybe and she says oh I m sorry I have to go to lunch. Can you come back after five. I m like OK go to dinner and then we ll come back so we come back around 7:15 She says oh I m sorry I have to leave work early. I m waiting on my ride so she turned us away three times. I will not be returning. She does not deserve my money. I would not recommend this tattoo shop to anyone because of this. It was rude. She should ve done her job instead of turning us away three times. Stylist: She had us come back three times and each time she gave us a reason why she couldn t do the tattoo and it s a small little tattoo. She mentioned that they were still recovering from Friday to 13th that was over a week ago.

Paul did such an amazing job! He did my first ever tattoo and today He helped me pick out a great cover up tattoo for a stick and poke I did when I was dumb, I left and came back the same day because I wanted more done and he was very patient and had great suggestions 10-10 recommend! Cleanliness: Very clean and friendly atmosphere!

I just got my 8th tattoo from them, I ve had at least one from every artist there and I couldn t recommend them enough. They are always professional and clean. I ve came out every time happy and satisfied with their work more than anything. I refuse to go anywhere else for future work. Cleanliness: They take being clean very serious and it s appreciated. Stylist: Paul did this last one and he is still as great as he was when he did my first tattoo 3 years ago.

i went in two weeks ago to get a small 1x1 full color tattoo on my arm. the girl working i think was named Jess said she wasnt feeling well and to come back the next day for an appointment. i think she was new because she had me lay down to get a tattoo on the top of my arm. it took her an hour to complete the tattoo even though it was only 1 inch by 1 inch, and she left my arm in shambles. now 2 weeks later it had not healed despite taking care of it as neccessary. the guy who owns the shop is good though

Edit: I added an updated side by side photo. Left was done at this place. 2 months after it was done. Right is it fixed by my artist I use where I live. Should ve never had to get it fixed. My daughters design for me. Colors were faded, some lines dark, and some lines not even there. HORRIBLE!!!! This is what my tattoo looks like a month after being done. I have several tattoos and none of them have ever looked like this. I did everything I could to help it like recommended, but it just looks like poor work. My daughter drew this for my friend and I to have done while we were in Texas. You can see some lines are very dark and color is there and other spots barely anything at all. We were going to go with all black in the center, but the lady said the brown with black in the center would stand out better, so we listened. Brown looks more pinkish and the black is barely there. I am having to pay to have it fixed where I live my lady that normally does mine. Also, the lady didn t tell us until after the fact that she only took cash or cash app. She other guy was taking cards.

Me and my mom went and got matching tattoos from jess! They were absolutely amazing and very skilled The shop was decently clean and the atmosphere was very welcoming. I loved all the taxidermy and personal touches from both of the artists, plus george (a tazidermied possum) kept me company in the bathroom haha

Walked in and showed him what I wanted and that I wanted a few things changed. Gave me a guesstimate price which was pretty good. Redesigned tattoo the way I wanted and added the lil color I asked for. Very happy with the end results. Came out perfect and will definitely go back.

He took my daughter idea and brought it to life. He knew how much this tattoo meant to me because of the recent passing of my dad. My sister and i went in for matching tattoos. Paul tattooed her, Jess tattooed me. My sister s experience with Paul was GREAT! However, Jess was VERY HEAVY HANDED. We got the same tattoos, mine took about 45 mins, hers took no less than 20. I ve never been worked on by an artist who left me in this much pain before, and I ve been getting tattooed for years. Definitely recommend Paul though!

After getting chased out of a different shop by the owners bad attitude and customer service, this place was a breath of fresh air! The artists were friendly and personable, the work was fantastic, and the line moved quickly (which I know can be difficult on a busy day) without any complaints! My friends and I sat in the (large & comfy) waiting room for a few hours chatting with the other people waiting and never once heard a complaint! The guy that did my tattoo was great! He had a light, but firm hand and his work was phenomenal! I will certainly be going back for larger and more complex work, soon!

Super unprofessional.. after finishing a girls tattoo he said he would be right with us (we had an appointment for 6). They went outside to smoke for litterally 45 minutes he came back in, didnt make eye contact with us and bolted to the back. We left a little after 7. I NEVER write a review, but this time I will... Four of us went in to ask about prices (2 small tattoos and 2 medium sized totaled over $400) and we decided ok because of the reviews on here. The reason for going in was because my son I gave up for adoption 21yrs ago found me and we had just met. And, of course we all wanted tattoos to remember this special day. I cant remember names, but the guy in the back on the left acted as if we were getting on his nerves. Any question asked was answered in a omg shut up kind of attitude. We had already made the appointment for the same day and I dont cancel tattoo appointments. The guy in the back did my sons and his girlfriends and the owner did mine and my daughters. He was A LOT nicer, but still felt like we were getting on his nerves. Ive NEVER been treated rudely in a tattoo shop before. Work came out great, just wished we had felt welcomed.

**UPDATED AT BOTTOM** Paul was very professional and very patient while I explained to him what i wanted. The process was pain free (tattoo aside). Overall I would say it was a positive experience and I cannot wait to see what they can do for me in the future. Update: Went back for a second piece recently. Gary did a great job on it. Went in with a drawing to get a quote and set an appointment (highly recommend so artist can have your artwork beforehand) with Jess. We showed up early and Jess was setting up her station to accommodate us. This is the absolute best tattoo experience my husband and I have ever experienced. Thank you, Jess!!!!

Okay..first and foremost this may be a long post but I feel it is necessary to give this company the justice they deserve. On Christmas day of this last year, I lost my brother. Wanting a memorial tat for this loss had to be perfect. This shop exceeded all expectations. Firstly, I made several calls asking questions that most would find annoying. Each call was handled with care, professionalism and responsiveness. Secondly, I brought in a picture of a idea I had. The artist Jessica saw what I wanted but drew in one day her own design. She understood what I wanted and made something so beautiful ..that everytime someone sees this tattoo..I know it keeps my brothers spirit alive. Lastly, I have lived in Willis all of my life. And cannot believe I havent heard of this place before. Their whole staff is supreme and takes great care and dignity in their work. Clean and professional. While im sure this was everyday business to them...to me it meant the world. I am eternally grateful and they will have my business for every tattoo I get. I highly recommend and just wish I would have found them sooner. I do not feel it is fair to the artist to post a picture until it is healed...but I just had it done on the 7th..and will be posting pictures soon. **Update...here is the pic I promised. All lines are perfect...and whole my camera sucks..the coloring is bright and beautiful. It healed perfectly without any blotches or bald spots.

Seen their work, and its all pretty quality stuff, but when you quote me $300 on two separate occasions for simple line work, all while seeing others with more detailed things and hearing theyve paid less, nah. If you dont want to do the work, dont make up prices to push people away

I got a great tattoo today from Gary. He was very accommodating as four people came in to get tattoos at the same time. We all got great tattoos and at very affordable prices! Would totally recommend it! Gary is such a kind and wonderful person, one member of our party couldnt get a tattoo because she forgot her ID and was crying, and he gave her a crystal dream catcher. He is seriously one of the nicest people Ive met.

Back on April 6th I came to this shop for the first time. Jessica did an amazing job on my tattoo that she drew up from an image that I had in mind. It was the first time she had ever done a rustic wooden cross. Thank you Jessica, my dad talks about it all the time on what an awesome job you did. Next time Im down that way, hope your still there so I can get you to do some additional work on it.

Went in for my first tattoo today and my brave self decided to get it on my ribs. Hearing how painful it was to get it there, especially for the first time really lowered my confidence but I decided to go ahead and do it. I had Paul do my tattoo and honestly he rocked it. The details are perfect and he made it look absolutely stunning! He was super chill the whole time which kept me pretty calm and was never discouraging. Ask for him when you go in to get a tattoo!
