She explained in detail in a way that was clearly understood and offered several ways to approach what was needed. She offered in person consultation, which seems to be diminishing in the field, so really appreciated that, the secretary was courteous, and the office was very comfortable and clean, In addition to all that, the cost was extremely responsible.
