This place is dissapointing. I ordered the buffalo hoagie and it tasted good, but $10 for a sandwich the size of a lunchable its not it. The fountain drink cups are the size of an average small cup. The food is alright, price high, and portions are small. I DONT reccomend this place

Update 2 wks later.. gave the place another chance. Undercooked soft crust. 5 stars in February, now not so great. Go back to the excellent pizza you were selling.. this crust really sucks. It tastes like gas station pizza. Worst pizza Ive had in years, and this is the second bad pizza in a row. Cool place and friendly cashier but inconsistent food. Uber ordered a few slices of meat me pizza and it was awesome. Two weeks later, I ordered a whole meat me pizza for pickup and it did not look or taste the same. The crust was some weird looking crust and tasted terrible. Wheat crust? Not sure but it sucked. Also, there were barely any toppings on the pizza; quite the opposite of the slices Id gotten the previous order. It was bad enough to eat two slices and throw the rest of the pizza away. Wife and kids experienced the same with their separate pizzas, and complained that the crust tasted like dried soap.

Pizza was excellent. We tried the cheese pizza, ham and pineapple pizza, and the meatlovers. All were definitely ones we will reorder. Only reasons to not give a 5 star were two of the sodas were out of syrup at the self-serve station and the dining room could have been cleaner. The first table I walked past was dirty and clearly sticky. There was a partial crust laying on the ground under the window seating option. The options for crushed red peppers are out of to-go packets rather than shakers so be more careful at putting on your pizza than I was. We have been here before and will be back again.

We recently attended our daughter s High School graduation at UNT and made plans with a group of 15 family members to eat Crooked Crust afterwards. The staff was friendly, set up an area where we could all sit together, and made us feel very welcome. The Pizza was delicious! Highly recommend this place for lunch, dinner, or family gatherings.

This place only survives because it is next to the bars. The pizza isnt terrible (not great either, our pizza had unmelted cheese) but it is horribly over priced, they only make one size of pizza, and they charge you a support local fee. Wanted to try new places while waiting for my next class, I stumbled across this place and looking at the website it looked promising, unfortunately I didn t live up to my expectations. To begin, some choice of music was very rough, all I remember while eating was screechy electric guitar sounds, wasn t very pleasant. I ordered the Hoagie and Mean Green Pizza and I will say only the pizza was good. It was fresh, warm, and good for every bite. On the other hand, my hoagie was ice cold in the center. It tasted like a hot pocket that wasn t heated properly, a little disappointing. The good parts of this place is the staff being very friendly, they were welcoming every customer that came in and assisted in anything they needed. Overall this place isn t terrible, but do I have better options in the area, yes. The thing that s probably gonna keep me away is their prices for food and drinks all together. I spent $18 on food for myself and was still hungry when I left, also their drink cups are kid size, having to get a refill 3 times. Again, not terrible but needs some improvement in my opinion.

The customer service I received tonight was absolutely terrible. I called at 11:38pm to have my pizza made while driving to the store 10 minutes away. But the kid with zero work ethic refused to make my pizza because I wasn t there yet. Even though my pizza could ve been made and picked up by 10 minutes until closing. I m so sick of this younger generation that won t work. Very lazy. And the kid had zero flexibility . Thanks for screwing me out big dinner. Hire better people. Idk what happened to this place. I ve been going here for 6 years and ever since they did the makeover, the pizza is no longer the same. It causes everyone I know stomach issues now and the food looks more and more unpleasant. I know that the workers are underpaid, therefore I blame the owners. Once you start to lose your regular customers, you start to loose potential customers too. I ve decided to no longer come here which sucks because this was my favorite pizza. Please pay your employees better, clean the kitchen and specially the drinking fountain that has black mold.

The food here is quite good but it is the dirtiest and rudest place I have ever eaten at. Me and my husband kept on brushing it off because we really enjoyed the pizza but EVERY TIME we go in we get extraordinarily rude service. They have lost very loyal customers over them overlooking how their customers get treated. They will stand at the counter and have conversations with friends while you re waiting in line to get served and then after waiting in line for 5 minutes while they have their conversation and we finally come up next they say we re closed one minute before it s officially closing time. And we had tried to call ahead of time to place an order but every time we call it says their answering machine is full and they won t answer the phone. Don t waste your time with this place unless you want your day ruined.

We always try to get CC Pizza, when in Denton. The only drawback is little to no parking during lunch hour due to close proximity to UNT. Atmosphere is noisy college, but well worth it as the pizza is outstanding, multiple choices from vegan to gluten free to mega meat combos. I always get the mean green ( pesto. A bit of cheese blend, chicken on a cauliflower crust). A great priced tasty lunch with a small pizza and fountain drunk can be had for $11! Dietary restrictions: Gluten free

My review is mostly out of nostalgia. When I went to school at UNT 2 years ago, this place was my favorite place to go eat at. It was affordable and tasted amazing. I went back to Denton for a day visit and I came to eat here. Now, this place has fallen victim to the new trend of raising prices while lowering quality. I have no idea what the food is like here because I never received any food. They use Slice for delivery orders who then farms it out to door dash. After an hour and no pizza, I contacted Slice who said the pizza was on the way. Then 20 minutes later still no pizza. Contacted Slice again. Told once again pizza was on the way. Then got a call from door dash saying order was picked up by someone else and no longer available. Contacted Slice.... Contacted Crooked Crust... This place gets a five-star review because of their staff. We called in for our order because we wanted to be able to get pizzas to UNT quickly for a small celebration. I spoke with David. He was super helpful with his recommendations and accommodations. Picking up the pizza was a breeze and only required a short walk. We got to the location earlier than our pick-up time, and we only had to wait a little bit before the order was ready to be picked up. The staff members provided such a pleasant experience for us overall that they deserve all the stars in this Google review.

Ive visited this place twice so far and its been amazing both times. The BBQ Chicken pizza is really good, but the Alfredo pizza was a little lacking, but still flavorful and enjoyable. The prices arent too bad - a 12 pizza and 2 drinks will set you back $15.50. I like the simplicity of the menu and the fact you can add as many toppings as you want without affecting the price. Pizzas always come out hot and fresh! Highly recommend this location for a bite, especially to share with friends.

Love the setup with no fuss drinks and prices. Only downside was the shortage of ingredients on the hoagie but it was so rich, I probably couldn t have handled anymore. I would recommend them for Hoagies and the Gluten-Free Pizza that my friends experienced. Enjoy!

The food is great, particularly their gluten free crust. However, when they are busy they have refused to make gluten free pizzas. Also, we have had bad luck with their delivery through third party vendors. Our orders have been wrong and ice cold, although some of the blame for this could be with the third party services.

Mediocre pizza, Red Barrons Frizen pizza is better. Pizza dough is lame, a, big fail. Had higher hopes and expectations. Sadly, nothing special here. The pizza would rate a 5 or a 6 middle of the road like the hundreds of average pizza joints across college towns in America. Catchy and clever name, some funny enticing marketing. A general lack luster, slacker unengaged staff who are more concerned about projecting an image entertaining social media fantasies than attending to customers and focusing on making good pizza pie experiences. If you want mediocre pizza, this is your joint. Otherwise, save your money and seek pies elsewhere. Sorry guys is was a crooked deal!

16 inch veg head pizza with veg and non-veg toppings on two different side. There were a hell lot of options to choose from. The crust was thin just the way I like it. It was a good experience.

Prices went up earlier this year. Inflation I guess. But something feels weird when their regular quarter (two slices and drink) used to be $6 or $7 just 3 years ago when I was an undegrad at UNT, but now its $10, and cheese sticks are $6, the price that the pizzas used to be.

Crust is thin, prepped and cooked well, ingredients are generous. Pepperoni and sausage pizza was ok. To my surprise the Chicken Alfredo pizza w/spinach was outstanding! Great customer service! Reasonably priced. I will be back!!!

Poor excuse for a pizza. Not to mention we didnt get what we ordered. Called in order for a large pizza with everything on it plus black olives and 2 side salads. We left with large pizza box that contained 3 slices of cheese pizza with black olives. Even the salad was messed up, rather than a regular side salad it resembled a Caesar salad with some unknown form of chicken on it. All this for $31!! Save your money. This is overpriced and you dont get what you asked for.
