My father who speaks very broken English went in today to pick up dinner. The cashier was very helpful and placed his order correctly. The service was fast and the food was excellent. He had no issues at all.

Went through drive-thru and ordered a #2. Got halfway through the sandwich before realizing the center was very undercooked. On short lunch break and couldn t drive back. This is my second time going here since they reopened, and my second subpar meal. I figured they were having an off day the first visit, it happens, so I decided to give it another go.

Customer service just isn t customer service anymore. Came to this location at 9:30 p and tried to place an order . Was told that they didn t have chicken strips. I then asked if they had chicken instead. The lady then said barely and that what they have is what they have and they aren t cooking anymore food because they close at 10 . I asked if there was a wait in fresh chicken , she said they weren t cooking anything else. I asked for the manager and the manager basically said the same thing. I can understand if I was there at like 9:50 or 10. But 9:30 not being able to order food is insane. So I guess just don t go there after 9p. You would think the business wants the money especially in the last hour

Ordered take out. Place was really busy. Food was being bagged upon arrival. Only complaint is that we ordered Spicy but received regular. All items were in the bag. Food was hot and fresh! Restaurant was clean. Parking: Restaurant and drive thru were packed. Made it difficult to find parking.

Ordered my food for my kids and food wasn t that good I asked for extra large and charge me extra dollar more gave me small bag with the small tiny box what a waste of money and expensive and lady named Jariah at the drive through was rude didn t treat us right we watched her thru the window she complaint and being mad and felt like we ain t welcome there, she needs to treat her customers right, it s probably my last time since they just open last week when I went last night and very disappointed! I worked for customer service for 8 years I know how to treat customers right when they are upset and I always make them Feel better and fix it and make them happy and apologized. I hope she can do better treat her customers right and not throwing a fit being mad.

Order is wrong despite asking multiple times to make sure the order was correct. The mashed potatoes where leaking in the bag and family disappointed because some of them dont eat chicken on the bone and I had requested a family meal of mixed chicken and strips.

So slow...I was the only one in the drive thru and no other customers in the store but yet it tool almost 20 minutes to get chicken tenders and fried okra..the food was fresh so not complaining too much but for a Saturday at lunch time I would think service times would be slightly faster...Foo was good thats why I still gave 4 stars

Chicken fingers were old 2 ok, but the third was so bad I was afraid to eat it. The gravy, if you could call it that was the consistency of milk with a watery sheen on it can t comment on flavor as I was afraid to consume it the French fries looked like they had been refried numerous times and were so greasy I couldn t eat them the Dr Pepper was good and people friendly but can t overcome the dismal quality of the food. Don t pass on Churches, do pass on this one

Place is nasty, the worker I encountered was extremely rude, not a ounce of cleanliness as she didnt wash her hands or use gloves when preparing my food. Her thumb was in the take out box while preparing my order. She was rude when I was ordering food. Theres some sort of grease in the front counter and its overall just nasty. I understand you might be having a bad day but theres no need to toss all that negativity to the customer. Probs the last time I would order from this location.

This place is usually reliable with friendly service and good food. Yesterday was different. We had a coupon for 8 pieces mixed chicken, 1 large side and 4 biscuits for $11.99. Great deal, right? When we got it home there were only 7 pieces in the box. I tried to call and got a recording that voice-mail wasnt accepting messages. Went back today and they insisted that the coupon was for 7 pieces. Would not replace my missing piece. Sorry Churchs. If this is how you treat your weekly customers you no longer need my business. Popeyes is right around the corner!

Did Uber eats and I ordered peppers but when my lunch came in there were no peppers, but clearly on the bottom of the receipt that was put on the bag to seal it had pepper on the last line. I call up there and was hung up on the first time. Called a second time and a female manager answered and basically said they don t see what I see and hung up. I m a manager and I didn t experience great customer service. I should have known better because this was the main reason me and my husband stop going there. Great customer service goes a long way.
