I ordered a seven and seven single and the bartender saw there wasnt enough in the bottle for another single and proceeded to pour the remnants into my drink making it to strong to drink or enjoy but I was gonna muscle through until I get my blooming onion and it was awful way to salty over cooked in the out side and under in the middle outback what has happened I wasted 25.00 at this place and didnt finish either item not even half way

We are really impressed by the service and the recent remodel at our local Outback Steakhouse! We love that the staff always remembers us and gives us prompt seating and service. Sean was especially great and had no problem making adjustments for my food allergy. Sirloin & Alice Springs plate is 10/10!

I had a wonderful and delicious lunch. All the food was like a party in my mouth. The wedge salad was off the chain. I highly recommend. I ordered the blooming onions. They were fresh, crispy, and tasty. The dipping sauce was to die for. The filet mignon and lobster was buttery with a delicate texture that just melt in my mouth.. My server was Jeanette M. Listen here - the food and the experience here was so good. What stole the show was the WEDGE SALAD. This was probably the most fresh salad I ve ever had. All of the food was delicious and the waitress was so nice and welcoming. I ve tried to find a salad that compares but I haven t been able to find it!! Also the shrimp were amazing. Felt like steak today and didn t feel like driving to the other side of town, so I took my family to eat here. Well, I should have drove to the other side of town. My steak was cooked correctly but so much of it was inedible, the 16oz was really 10oz. The shrimp was a joke. Over cooked and served on some burnt bread. My daughter ordered the steak and grilled chicken combo. This was completely over cooked. I ended up giving her half of my steak and when the server finally made it back to us, had him take it off the ticket. Avoid this location.

We entered the restaurant when it wasn t so busy and was immediately seated. Our server, Jasmine came right over to greet us with her winning personality. She was engaging and personable complimenting us on celebrating our 47th wedding anniversary. Each time I visit this establishment the service is impeccable. Manager Ginger, Ashley, and Mark (the light skinned guy) assures that all customers are well taken care of. If you ask, you shall receive. Server T. Michael is a hip server that can adjust himself to any customer young or old. Server Josh (the guitarist) has energy like no other, he not only attends to his area of responsibility, he helps other staff members as well. Server Sean (the cool dude) is so smooth you ll never no he s there, but your food order won t be late neither will your check. Bar keep Crystal, Victoria, LD, Elise, they are Johnny on the spot with the drinks and keep the bar top energized. No glass goes empty because of their excellent observation skills. Bar Keep Mark, is the historian when it comes to any sports. Ask a question, he know the answers. That includes the TV channels at the restaurant. His mind is a walking cocktail book, he knows how to make any drink, off the cuff. If he got it wrong, you told him wrong. Proprietor Scott is the mastermind that holds the team together. He s not only the top manager, he serves in many rolls when the store is very busy. He comes in early and leaves late. Great job outback staff.

Had a really long week and decided to stop in for a drink. The bartender, LD was fantastic!!! He was attentive and the drinks were BOMB!!! Came in feeling dull and left very nostalgic! Also had to send my steak to be cooked up a little more and the manager was very kind and caring. The whole staff had me feeling welcomed! Came in a stranger and left feeling like family! Its hard to find food service like this these days! Ashleigh also bought my dessert to cheer me up. Thank outback fam! See ya soon

I came to celebrate with my wife. Everything was exceptional from the time we entered to the time we left. Temikal gave us great service, was very attentive. The manager, Ashley came by and was the cherry on top!!!! This has always been one of our go to places but service like this has made outback our favorite!!!! Well be coming back for sure and telling all our friends!!!

Yesterday was my anniversary and the waitress got my meal wrong wasn t too upset about that things happened but I also realize that the steak on the plate wasn t well done like I requested so the waitress stated she will send in my correct order. When she came back with the correct meal my steak still wasn t cooked correctly it was sent back to be cooked some more when I finally got my steak back it was burnt no longer juicy or looked edible. I was told a manager would talk to me but no one came. I just feel like why would you even attempt to give a customer a burnt steak I m sure they wouldn t even ate a burnt steak like that

Visited the Outback in DeSoto, TX today, and was very disappointed. The server was Awesome, but the steak was TERRIBLE! I have eaten at several Outback restaurants, but this was THE WORST steak that I have ever had. You gotta do better Outback!!

Natasha was a great server. She was knowledge about the menu and helped me choose the right meal for lunch. She was very attentive and super sweet. The manager checked on us. Her name was KaKa I think, but she was really nice too.

My server Tasha was great. She was very attentive and had a great attitude and personality. Also the manager came around and checked on us to make sure everything was going well. Went for Father s Day. The restaurant was pack but we were seated in 30 minutes. Food was great and any issue or concern that we had was address promptly with courtesy by Elise! I really appreciate for making it a pleasant experience.
