If I could give this place a zero I would...... The fries you could tell had been sitting under the heat lamp as they were dry and very stale.... The double roast beef cheddar sandwich look like it took a bath in cheddar cheese. So my point is the overwhelming amount of the cheddar drowned out the Arbys signature roast beef taste. And the Dr. Pepper drink was filled all the way to the top with ice so you had maybe about a quarter cup of soda. In todays world that we live in where you can post reviews and everything else, this place could use some TLC from management making sure that everything is on point. Complacency is a thing. Everybody wants more money and work less and give subpar service.

The food at this location is never fresh. Always old. I know this because I can taste it but also because the meats have a crust from the heat lamp. And the chickens are tough to eat. They serve you relatively quick but they do not cycle through the meats enough to keep it fresh. Food cooked in the morning hours will still be served late in the day. I d recommend present location. They are much fresher than this location.

This was a horrible experience I would wish on no one. Went through the drive thru and got a roast beef sandwich. When I opened it to eat it I was immediately hit with a vinegar smell. I thought that was odd, but honestly I havent bought anything from Arbys in years so I assumed it was just me. On no, one bite, that meat was rancid. I mean so old and disgusting tasting that just the thought of it makes my stomach turn. Took the sandwich back to the store and politely told the manager, I do not want a refund, I certainly dont want another sandwich, I just want to make sure you do not do this to someone else. To their credit they didnt argue it and did apologize. Personally that was it for me as far as this Arbys goes. Serve me rotted meat, kind of makes you wonder what else they are neglecting. I mean how does the person making the sandwich not notice the meat is bad. Anyway

I originally wrote a scathing review here because of a history of bad management... I was since contacted by the new store manager. She took the time to call and dig into the issues I addressed. I will give this location another try. She was unaware of some of the issues and is set to fix them. I respect that she took the time and will work to address issues. Thats what good leadership does. Score will adjust as the charges and overall situation improves.

Food was terrible. Roast beef had portions that was over cooked similar to a crispy bacon. The bread was dry and tasted old or expired. The Seasoned curly fries tasted like it was from a previous batch and had no seasoning. All Arbys Ive gone to had a sauce called Red Ranch. This establishment did not have it and didnt know what it was. Customer service could use a lot more training for sure. This restaurant was in Little Elm Texas at Little Elm Pkwy and FM 423.

This has got to be the worst experience ever. Not one customer except me in here. One of the staff has their kid here running all over the place trying to watch them and work. The food was cold, the buns were stale, there was no meat on my beef and cheddar. At this point Im worried if Im going to get food poisoning. Guess they hire anyone now a days.

I want to this location to try the new Hushpuppie battered fish. They add just opened for the morning and it was only 2 people there. The cashier greeted me and made sure my order was correct and the cook was very attentive and made sure she prepared my food as I wanted. I know when they get busy they cant always be great like this but it was very refreshing to find a location and have the experience. I will always go to this location from now on and I recommend you do to.

I just don t understand why the staff can never get an order right. I ordered 2 beef and cheddar meals and one with tomatoes and lettuce and strawberry lemonade and the drink were the only thing that was right. Same sandwiches on two different buns, cheddar cheese was missing and she even asked if I wanted chopped lettuce. Why ask if you weren t going to add the tomato or the lettuce. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! Every time I try to give them the benefit of the doubt they can never get orders right. When you call the number they have listed they apparently have the phone off the hook so they don t have to hear all the complaints. I have requested a refund and if it doesn t show up on my card I will dispute the charges.

This place keeps finding new levels of bad. Went last night against our better judgement because Arby fries are the bomb. Went through the drive through which literally took almost 40 min for 5 cars. Basically one car at a time order to check out. Ordered a #1 with Swiss and a Jamoka shake, easy right? Nope! First they were out of Jamoka, ok whatever kids like chocolate too no biggie. After paying 12 bucks for a number 1 we get to our destination to discover they put Swiss and the fake yellow cheese on it as well as some tangy orange sauce (not Arbys sauce). Oh and for the comedy part of the show they didnt finish blending the shake so we did that ourselves.

Two bad experiences in a row here: Just went thru the drive thru at noon and they are not serving any roast beef because it s not done cooking . While I appreciate not getting food poisoning, roast beef is their main business and the lunch hour is their busiest time to sell it. On my previous visit here I went in to order. First of all, we were shocked the dining room was open. We have been by there several times & they have a sign up that the dining room is closed. The wings are as small as a quarter, the hamburger was small and messy. The French Fries were warm and old and the lobby ice machine had no ice. The young kids running the place just dont care. I came here last week for a small snack to get me by before hitting kroger and my slider was so fresh and hot I wanted to turn around for another one! The young lady at taking orders was also nice. However tonight 11/2 8pm i came w my family and everything was terrible! The guy taking orders should not be working customer service. Well online the hours say 10-10pm. The drive thru says 10-10pm went there at 6:48 pm and waited outside the drive thru someone opened the back door and shouted they were closed and went back inside. Guess they just make up their hours whenever they feel like working. Reading through reviews it seems to be a problem here. Wonder why corporate hasnt stepped in to do anything. The food was ok. Not near as much meat as they used to have. I havent been to an Arbys in probably 15 years. I was working across the street so I popped in here. The staff seemed horrified I would come into the restaurant. Everyone was on their phones and ignored me. When I said something the guy didnt speak English. When someone finally took my order the food came fast. It started raining hard and a guy put up a sign saying the inside is closed...while Im sitting there eating. He even locked the door. He stood there watching me until I left. He unlocked and then re-locked the door behind me. Needless to say itll be a lot longer than 15 years before my next Arbys visit.

I went to this location tonight to get dinner and noticed that there were no cars in any part of the parking lot, but I did however see a typed note on the front window saying that they only had drive thru service. So I decided to try the drive thru thinking that there maybe someone inside since the kitchen lights were on, but when I got to the speaker an automated message said that they werent able to take orders tonight due to technical difficulties. This place is consistently trash..messed up orders...slow to help you. It s almost a running joke. My wife and her sister never get anything but lowest service if they even get service at all. Been here a few times when they couldn t even do business with you for some reason. Literally the most expensive fast food place in town and the absolute worst service ever. Whoever the manager is over the last 6 months needs to go. I blame the poor leadership. Not that hard to run a Arby s. Won t make the mistake again. Read all the other recent reviews...what place tells you they can t serve you and need a break! I mean Jesus it s insane. If you want to see why it s so bad read the arbys replies. Please contact us here to complain is their reply. Seriously? I already told you the place is bad and why you think we re going to each send the review to your other place so your business can get better? Try working on it yourself and read the reviews and share them with your people on your own. I m not doing it for you that s what this review is for. I can t wait to see this location close and I hope the poor leadership the owner shows cost him a fortune. Bleeding money for being lazy.

My mozzarella sticks were soggy, they didnt put marinara sauce in the bag. I asked for an unsweet tea and got sweet. Not the first time there was an issue at this store.

The staff are horrible and rude. If I was the franchise owner Id fire them all. Everyone behind the counter is wearing airpods. The cash registers are broken and have been for months so you shout your order across the kitchen. Its a mess. The food also sucked. I ordered the French dip and they have me a tiny amount of beef juice. The juice was flavorless and merely made the sandwich wet. The condiment machine was broken too so you have to ask for packets which didnt work well since they all are wearing airpods and dont want to work. Its obvious its a bunch of entilited 20yr olds playing restaurant. I would never go back.

On a positive note, my food was fine. However, at 4:55 pm today when the drive through was not busy, the service at the window was severely lacking. From a very abrupt voice over the speaker to take my order, to, literally, being told HERE as my sack was handed to me, the entire experience was very disappointing. Didn t even ask if I needed any sauces. The only thank you verbalized was mine. I could see a team member seat themself up on the counter from my position in the drive, looking at their phone; very unprofessional. Must agree with the now hiring sign on display; definitely need new personnel.

This Arbys used to be great. I have tried 6 times in the last 3 weeks because it sounded good. I have yet to get anything. I have heard every excuse were closing early, that was at 7, we are out of meat, so guess you dont have the meat. Our system is down, our fryer doesnt work. If your not going to serve people at least turn out the lights. I have also had to wait sometimes up to 15 minutes just to be told o cant get anything. Just close the store if your not going to work.

Waited in line 10 minutes, they took my order of 6 roastbeef sandwiches and 3 fries. Then told me they only had enough roast beef to make 2 sandwiches...At Arbys??? Thats like KFC saying they are out of chicken. I went to Taco Bell

I stopped there on 10/4 at approximately 11:30am and received amazing customer service. From the pleasant lady whom took my order, to the kind young man who gave me my food. To top things off, I received THE BEST Market fresh BLT....EVER! It was better than if it was made fresh at home! Crisp bacon, crisp lettuce...everything was PERFECT! I even had to call and thank them for making such a perfect sandwich and it was actually the manager who made it for me! Kudos to yall! Thank you!

This place has never been great on service or food, but it s been acceptable. Just not tonight. We went through the drive thru and asked for a minute. Then when we said we were ready, we got ignored. No one else was in line. We had to call out three times then he sighed loudly before taking our order. Still, maybe he was busy. But then as we ordered, each time we asked for something he would say is that all? Then when we ordered the last item he sighed heavily again. Only a few things on the order was correct. I can handle mistakes, but this kid was beyond rude.

Friday night: we can t take any orders. Our systems are down. Saturday afternoon: we had a fryer spill and aren t taking any orders. Saturday night: they asked me to wait a minute at the drive thru and never came back. Ordered at the window and was missing a paid for sandwich when I got home. I love Arby s but I will visit another location from now on.

We tried to go thru the drive thru but the girl taking the order kept getting it wrong so we decided to come in & order. For some reason, they brought the WRONG order out on a tray. The girl who took our order got up in my face & told me it was right. When I tried to explain it, she got nasty, turned her back on us & walked off with her cell phone. There was another pair of customers that saw this & were outraged. She turned around & told the older lady to SHUT UP! I asked for her name & she told me to shut up & leave, go back to my car. We paid for our order & left. When we got home we were short 1 sandwich & 2 cups of cheese. All but 1 server was rude. I will be calling Teresa, the manager tomorrow. We go to that Arby s a lot but no more. The meat in our sandwiches was over cooked & horrible. You should reconsider their employment.

Its Arbys, for crying out loud! You want to grab a quick sandwich thats NOT ground beef? Go to Arbys. I have enjoyed their chicken salad sandwich twice now and I would recommend it.

This place is great my family and I got 3 full meals each with at least 3 sliders a nice sized drink and some good fries, afterward we got two $1 cookies that were huge and everything stayed under $20

2-5pm lots of great $1 deals! The workers are VERY nice. The place is VERY clean. The food is presented well, delivered to our table. The amount is generous for all the small items (fries, drinks) and even the slider. The slider bun is actually a thick (but soft) artisan style roll. Tastes fresh! Cookies are huge! And warm. Self serve drink, so you can mix. Tea is good, fresh. Have to use packets as the sauce dispensers are out of service (likely due to Covid). The place was not crowded.
