My girlfriend is a very picky person on anything and everything! In a year and a half she has never told me that everything at dinner was perfect. Ordered prime rib, chopped salad, baked potato and burger meal with fries. The prime rib had a decent amount of fat on it but was the perfect texture, temperature and seasoning was spot on. The baked potato was perfect, love how salted the skin is! We got all of the extra topping we asked for! It was a very good take out experience, one of the best Ive had. Thank you!

My family and I ended up walking out. We were seated at a high top, which would not be a problem but we had 2 small children and there were numerous booths and tables available. We sat and waited and waited for someone to at least come by and say they would be right with us, no one did. A gentleman who was alone was seated right beside us and within Id say 2 mins, a manager came to him and said so and so would be his waitress but took his drink order and food order. We still sat and waited for something or someone. After 10 mins we got up and left. Definitely wont be returning.

Denton was out of our way but it was my birthday and I wanted it, despite our past horrible experiences in Alliance and Hurst ( Hurst since 1989, Alliance in the last 2 years, these have gone downhill tremendously) We were in Denton, so we gave it a shot! Best birthday dinner ever! 3 days later and we are still talking about how great it was. Hope they keep their standards of consistency and dont become like the others we have been to! Thank you for a dinner we will remember!

Went in for a birthday dinner with my parents and my wife and son (baby). Lariece (sp?) was a great waitress and interacted with me and my Dad without skipping a beat. We can be a bit much for the sake of being funny and she gave it right back and gave us great service. We each got a different steak and they all seemed to be cooked properly to temperature, and my combo had some of the best scallops Ive ever had, they were fantastic. Overall a very enjoyable meal, we will definitely be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would! I am a frequent customer of this brand and order from this restaurant regularly, but this is the first time I actually picked up my food myself. I implore you, if you re a person of Color, DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE!!! I have Not been treated with such CONTEMPT AND DISRESPECT in quite some time especially being 2024! After waiting for someone to help me for 10 mins, I had to go to the kitchen to find any employees to obtain my order. My food was cold and burnt and so I asked for a remake and to speak with a manager about the lack of service and food quality. Heather is who I got she claimed to be the manager (no one was wearing name tags so I m guessing that is the real name) she was not only RACIST, but also a LIAR who argued with me about my food being charred not burnt! I explained I order from them weekly and asked for it to be remade her distaste for my kind became blatantly apparent! Since I had to wait anyway I decided to add a side to my order to which she and her staff declined to process, claiming that they were out of everything I asked for. I just waited outside until the new order came up and she just chucked the bag at me and told me to leave her store! I then stated I would like the contact info for the Regional Mgr or someone above her and she refused to provide any info and shouted for me to leave her store . I stated that I wanted a refund because I WILL NOT spend my money anywhere where I m treated so poorly she refused and then proceeded to call staff members from the kitchen, where they were all hanging around chatting instead of serving customers. They started to surround me so I dialed 911. One of the girls stated she was also a mgr asked me what happened and as I was trying to tell her Heather then attempted to play victim, when clearly she was the aggressor, lied like I cursed at her, but she wasn t even bright enough to come up with what curse word was used or in what context. The 911 operator who was listening asked if I could safely get outside and Heather along with several male staff started coming towards me and I told the operator I was scared and I was backing out of the door and to get Police there immediately! I decided my safety was the priority and just drove out of the lot and called customer support. Several mins later a person called claiming to be from Denton Police told me to just contact Corporate and there wasn t much they could have done as it was a Civil matter ! That ALL WHITE staff could have physically assaulted me and I truly feel not much will be done, I m warning others anyway!

I used to LOVE Outback. But tonight post pandemic Now that every restaurant struggles to get people who are actually willing to work it was flat awful. Bread was delivered, but no plates for five or ten minutes. Salad was worse than a fast food salad. Chicken was grossly over seasoned. Like let s just dump a whole shaker full on this bad boy and hope for the best . And the loaded mashed potatoes (which we had to wait ten minutes for because I guess they forgot to start them), were still raw. The only thing that was good was the San Pelegríno, and the dessert. But they laid the spoons down in the carmel sauce on both dessert plates so that we had to eat the dessert with carmel fingers. I won t be coming back. Sad end to a lifetime of loving this place. They won t last long : -(

Have been frequenting this establishment for a couple years. The past visit, there was a total lack in attention to detail. Unfortunately the staff was totally consumed in distractions of other conversations, quite unaccommodating and inattentive to the tables needs. We relocated as the seating and table were dirty with a sticky residue that was not visually noticeable. The food quality has certainly diminished over the past 3 visits, to mediocre sub-par. Management really needs to re-evaluate core values and operational procedures. Ive worked in the service industry for several years and conditions and quality of overall experience would never be tolerated in how they run this particular establishment. Ive dined extensively across the United States and globally, I have to say this was pretty lousy experience, not only for me, but my business guests as well and family members on a few different occasions. I will not return again, I came, I tried it again with multiple chances. These corporate-chain restaurants are missing points and kudos as theres certainly better dinning establishments for the same price point and offering higher quality cuisine and professionalism. Sorry Outback, bigtime fail.

I haven t been to an Outback Stark house in 15 years. The worse steak ever. I had a ribeye it might have been 1/2 inch thick it was the biggest one on menu, with out the bone in. It looked like it came from one of those steak trucks that are frozen in a neighborhood. I did ask where they got there steaks from and they told me they are Choice brand. Choices the same ones they sell at Walmart I believe but could be wrong. But bottom line for a 13 oz ribeye at 27.99 I wouldn t recommend eating a steak here. Seriously, a Walmart low-grade steak there

Last night we had a great experience at Outback for dinner from when we walked in and were greeted and seated until we left with our leftovers and desert.. intionally after being greeted from Chris the bar tender letting us know he would be with us soon, he was helpful with our selection, checked back after delivering our dinner getting me an additional salad dressing. It was most impressive at a request for cocktail sauce they did not have the server made it from scratch exceeding expectations..I always felt we were being taken care of, the food was very good and we will definitely be back.

I haven t been to Outback in a few years. I tried to call for call ahead seating and no one answered the phone. My ribeye was not good, it was tough. We ordered macaroni and cheese that wasn t brought to us until we asked for it, we were almost finished eating. The macaroni and cheese was not good. We were visiting the campus area while our child was graduating. The manager was very accommodating and polite and came and thanked us for coming on mothers day. A friend was in town, and we decided to grab a steak before grabbing some drinks in the Square. I ordered the ribeye, and he ordered a filet. Both were ordered medium rare to rare. My ribeye was clearly a sirloin, and about ¼ thick. His filet looked like a trimmed sirloin, and also thin as a boot sole. Both were beyond well done. Manager acted like we were crazy when we told her that they werent right. Maybe she knows more about steak than an actual chef, and a cattle rancher whos raised beef for 30 years. We try to order lunch for the whole office about every other week. Its a small office, but the bill is around 1 to 2 hundred dollars plus the tip each time. Mistakes have been made, but we blow it off. Today, the order was missing food from multiple peoples meals. I called about it and was told by a very nice hostess that I could leave the office and drive across town to pick them up, but they would not bring them to me. When pressed in the issue, she offered to have a manager call me back 2 hours later. The manager called back quicker and made no offer to being the food, but offered a refund for the missing food. Eventually, I left the office after ordering food in to keep working, drove to pick up the food from the hostess in an almost empty restaurant and I belive the manage was sitting in the back waving me toward the hostess. I got a 16 dollar refund on our 140 dollar order after 30 minutes of downtime and multiple phone calls and driving to fix their mistake.

We have not been Outback Sateakhouse for a couple of years. Elie T. is a friendly, well seeded server. Before the restaurant became super full, she took the time to visit with us a few minutes. My salmon was cooked medium rare, just the way I like it. One of us ordered the prime rib medium, and it came to the table super rare. Elie explained a way they would fix it right up the way they wanted it. Sure enough, it came back medium and looked exactly the way she wanted it. We shall be back another day to one of your Outback Steakhouses throughout the U.S. Thanks so much for a wonderful evening.

Last 4x we have eaten here, have had bad service, the wrong food or food that made us sick for days after. One time we were in the restaurant for 2 1/2 hours just trying to get our correct order after multiple failed attempts and were charged for food that was made wrong or didnt come out at all. When our food finally came we had no drinks. Eventually, after sending the bill itself back multiple times to be corrected, we just finally gave up and paid for food we didnt receive because we just wanted to go home. The managers are always really nice about the screw-ups but it just keeps happening EVERY SINGLE TIME we go back. Currently, we still have food poisoning from the prime rib we ate 2 days ago.

Had an amazing meal at Outback Steakhouse with my brother. I enjoyed the Queensland Shrimp and Chicken Pasta with the Blue Cheese Pecan Chopped Salad, while he had the Bone-In Ribeye, also with the salad. Both dishes were top-notch. We went on 4/29/24 Good Friday. Sirloin ordered medium, recieved burned. Literally charred black. Prime rib ordered med, recieved med well. Ordered brussel sprouts, was told the kitchen burned it & were remaking it. No one checked on us for 35 minutes. When the server did finally return, we were told the computers were down, so we couldnt get the check to pay & leave, another wait. It was a very poor experience all around! It s just not at all what it was. I tried it again after a couple years and it s still awful. Got the filet which came out with no real color and a couple slices.The baked potato was somehow hard in the middle and under cooked. I liked the bread the most it s still the same. Very Prejudice staff. If you are African American please don t eat here. Me and my family went here to eat, first of all after we were seated, they changed waitresses out and gave us a black lady. We had to wait 45 minutes for our cocktails while we watched other people of another color who came in much later than we did, get their drinks instantly, they were also served dinner before us. Food was horrible and was cold when it got to our table. The drinks we watery from sitting too long. And as a result, we had to send them back. As for dessert, they took our cheesecake and sliced it into 2 pieces and each slice was given to 2 people instead of one while of course, people of another race were given their full slice. Onion blossoms was cold I had to go outside and throw up while people of another race got fresh blossoms. So fresh, you could smell they were freshly cooked when the waitress walked y us with their food. I will never ever eat here again. Shame on you Racist people

I live by this place and tend to eat here somewhat often. This is arguably the worst outback Ive experienced. The service is always fantastic, but the food on the other hand, is questionable at best. Our steak was overccoked and the wings had hairs cooked into them. We found at least 4 wings with blonde hairs sticking out from it. I dont know if Ill ever spend money here again.

Mixed review. Hostesses (there were 3) took out name and number.. packed house. 35-45 min wait. A lot empty tables. Staff was short, understood. A few groups came in after us and were immediately seated after being told there was a wait. We eventually went to the bar and luckily found 2 seats after waiting 40 minutes. Bar staff was super nice. Ordered, recieved food. Steak was incredibly too salty and the chicken tasted bad. Manager compd 1/3 of the meal. Not a good experience. We ordered takeout and were very excited to have a nice meal at home. It was horrible. The blooming onion was soggy and greasy. The steak was nearly raw and tough. I want there For my sixtieth birthday. I choose outback because of meals there are very good. And its the only place in denton to get a decent prime rib. I placed my order only to be told thirty five minutes later that they where out of prime rib. How do you run out of a product? How the hell do you run out of that product at six fifteen in the afternoon? The manager said something it had to do with supply. I cant believe that an organization as big as Outback cannot get prime rib to the stores. And Furthermore the kitchen didnt know they were going to run. Did you not prep enough prime rib for the days business?. I was very disappointed. The waitress did tell us also that they were almost out of baked potatoes. The one other thing I did not like was that when the manager came to Apologize shes sat at our table. I Think that is very unprofessional. Wont be back. They are soon to have a lot more competition in Denton. Our server was great. Wish I could mention her name but no name tag. Call ahead to see if they have the product you want to go over there and eat.

Everything was great. The service was impeccable. Waitors were very attentive but not overbearing. The only thing I wish was different was that the loaded fries had melted nacho cheese & not melted shredded cheese. Kid-friendliness: They have a kid menu & gave crayons to color with. Asked if a highchair or booster seat was needed.

I came in to eat a meal after a long day and the server Evi & manager made me feel so welcome. I was supposed to meet my husband but he got busy and they both took care of me while making sure I had everything I needed (and my husband!) even when he couldn t stop by. I had such a weird day and it was nice to have humans be so kind even though they didn t know what I was going through. Thank you for the amazing food and service! I will be back!

Victorias steak was cooked perfectly(med-rare). The smoked old fashioned was really good. It was a bit of a wait because they were short staffed that day. Once we were seated and ordered, the food came out fairly quickly though. Vegetarian options: Plenty of sides to choose from that dont include meat like seasonal veggies, salad, soup, baked potatoes. Kid-friendliness: Kids meals available. Decent price, but silly names.

Absolutely horrible food! My husband and I ordered steaks medium well and they came out burnt and tough. Manager had a bit of an attitude but they did discount our meal. On a positive note, our server was very nice. Save your money and eat somewhere else! Outback used to be great but now they are less than mediocre!

We used to go to this Outback and have really good food and service. They have gone way downhill. Parking: They do not have enough handicapped parking. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, they put all the handicapped people together to the left with the babies and children. We love looking at children and having them near. Just a FYI.

Fried mushrooms were over cooked The steak had definitely been frozen, had a massive amount of fat in it, and was hardly seasoned. All around a cheap steak. The Mac and cheese was really good but cold. Asparagus wasnt bad. Sweet tea tasted like a northerner made it. I dont mean to rail on this Outback as I dont really care for any of them but sheesh if Im going to pay $30 for a steak Id rather it not to have been frozen at some point

We visited outback back in August and had a horrible experience, all food was completely cold we chalked it up to us arriving close to closing time. We decided to try again today, first the waitress spilled a drink on my girlfriend and then the food came out completely cold. Ribs tasted like they were microwaved. After speaking with the manager and getting the food taken off we left. As we got home, both my girlfriend and I started to feel nauseous and she has thrown up several times since. I read a previous review that also mentioned upset stomach and throwing up after leaving and we are very concerned that it could be food poisoning. I would like to hear back from someone regarding this.

Outstanding service for manager Mandy and her staff tonight! Our server Jessica was such a pleasure to be around after my wonky day. She made my wife and I feel like we were the only ones in the building. The food came out quick and accurate! Also want to brag on the bartender, I think they said his name was Dalton. Those drinks hit the spot after my long day. Mandy made a great recommendation to take a desert Togo since we were so full from the dinner! A group of 40 of us from Robson Ranch, a retirement community, went to the Denton Outback and had an amazing time! We go to a different restaurant every month. Usually its difficult for most restaurants to serve so many people at the same time, but it was great it here. On top of thatthe food came out quickly and hot. The wait staff was very pleasant. My glass was always filled, but I didnt feel like I was in an exhibit in a zoo being watched the whole time. It was really nice enjoying fun with friends and not having to sacrifice food quality or the service. Definitely will be back! Parking: Its a well lit parking lot with plenty of spaces close to the front door.

Ok so here s the deal. I ordered food for delivery through the Outback app. When it showed up it was missing my entire meal. I was sooooo hangry. I called the restaurant and spoke to Nikki (no idea if this is how she spells her name I m just guessing) and she was the nicest, most apologetic, kindest human being on the planet. This is how Outback fixed my problem, without me even asking for this. 1. Had my food remade and Nikki personally delivered it to me. 2. Gave me gift cards to cover my portion of the food that was originally left off. 3. Gave me the BEST dessert on the house. Everyone messes up sometimes. But this is going far above and beyond what is necessary to make it right for the customer. Because of their amazing service, I will continue to order from here. And Nikki doesn t realize it yet but she s got a friend for life! 5 stars for being AMAZING and a resounding THANK YOU!!!
