The Sausage Shack is a permanent food trailer that provides breakfast and lunch. You can order from our food trailer and you can get sausage from our processing facility.

Fantastic sausage, youd be hard pressed to find anything better! Everyone was extremely nice and welcoming, I got a Bruder Hoagie while I was there with chili, cheese and mustard, delicious! They also have cranberry and blueberry sausage, summer sausage, steak, pan sausage and jalapeno poppers. Come on by and support a local family owned business and check if your local HEB carries their product. You wont be disappointed...

Best sausage around and the owners provide excellent customer service. Both breakfast and lunch options are great. The sausage corn dog is a must to try. Good prices on sandwiches.

I stopped by for a quick late lunch and had the Brüder Sandwich - Jalapeño Cheese with grilled sauerkraut and onions! All were friendly & one of the sons showed me the dried & link or round pork/beef sausage they sell. I appreciated that they source their beef locally from Lonestar! Looking forward to trying the dried sausage as it d be a great option for fueling outdoor adventures.

Every time I have ordered from Drei Bruder s, it has been delicious. Doesn t matter if it is breakfast, lunch, or to purchase their sausage, it has always been the best. The customer service goes above and beyond. I would highly recommend Drei Bruder s to anyone.

Let me begin by saying its currently 24° out and gross. I pulled up and was immediately got a warm greeting by a younger guy(I say younger and hes more than likely my age, late 20s- early 30s) as I was getting out of my car to get to the food truck. I got over there, placed my order and then a lady came out and gave me the warmest greeting as well. So the man tells me that hell bring me my food, so I got to sit in my car and thaw out, which I really appreciated. So customer service is A++++ Now for the food. I got a breakfast burrito and a Pancake wrapped sausage on a stick. The salsa is spicy and a perfect compliment to the burrito. The pancake and sausage on a stick is warm, the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and you can tell they arent letting their oil get old(I worked food service for a decade, I can tell by the smell of the food if oil is old). The food is also reasonably priced. So A++++ on the food Overall, definitely worthy of 5 stars.
