Guy in the front with locs is racist to his own people judging us, saying we smell like marijuana and we definitely didn t. This is the second time he has done this to us young black guys. Any other time i come to rt I have no problem with anyone else and just enjoy the food and vibes but be doesn t seem to want us in Everytime he work.

First timer on 9/7/2024 Evette made my entire experience WONDERFUL. Super friendly, menu knowledge was top tier and makes a great drink. Im from a different part of the DFW, and will 110% be here again to visit her. The rest of the staff was friendly and full of good energy, but she sealed the deal.

RTs has great food and great service! A fun place to throw some steele tip darts and hang out with some friends. I definitely recommend the burgers and the queso. Trash Tots are a must try! And those chicken tenders are definitely big enough to share. Cant wait to go back!

Really nice bar with different amenities as pool tables and cornhole games. The layout is pretty open for a lot of people to go across their way and mingle. It has a very nice terrace or deck in an outside area, weather permitting it can be very nice. They have both fans and heaters depending on the need. Also an outside corner stage where bands can perform. We were lucky to see Alice and Rafa playing a huge variety of 80s and 90s pop and rock, great performance by them: Rafa on the guitar and Alice as the vocal. Great entertainers both of them, kept the crowd very well pumped, and motivated. It was their anniversary, not sure if this is why they had free buffet with really good food: Steak, shrimp, mac & cheese, corn, potatoes, spinach, asparagus, fried breaded onions rings. Each of these items were very, very tasty, I was surprised, specially for a free buffet. I also heard from other frequent customers that the simplest dish (in example a grilled cheese sandwich) is better than an outside/common one. The environment was pretty good, mature audience with people of all walks of life. No issues, no drama. Recommended and will go back when possible. Parking: Since this business is so big, it has many spots marked for their customers, yet it can be difficult if the place gets packed as it is located in a commercial strip, therefore the parking lot is not huge. Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and seating available also ramp to the entrance, yet you would need help opening the door.

This is not just a bar for many people it is a second home. I have been a regular for ten years and have met life long friends here and continue to do so. Favorite bar in Denton with the best food. Literally, I haven t had anything I didn t like, but my favorites are the RT S Burger and Chicken Fingers with gravy The bartenders are like family. Great sports and neighborhood bar, always fun to watch football here! Right off on 35 so very easy to get to. Come out and support local!

They don t take Apple Pay and also say the system doesn t allow you to type in card numbers, even with a matching license. I ve worked in the service industry for over 6 years and have never been treated this poorly or been denied service due to this. Management needs to update their system.

My favorite bar in town - good drinks, great food and even better service! The bartenders are very friendly and treat you like family - like they ve known you forever. Have to show ID to get in. Paper IDs are no good. (Just FYI) Wife and I wanted to try somewhere new. Went on a Saturday night around 7:30pm. We ordered an appetizer (pickles, strings and bottle caps) 2 entrées a patty melt and buffalo bites they both came with tots. Food was hot and good. Wife ordered an adios to drink and it wasn t good. I had a bottled Dos Equis. By the time our waiter checked back on us, we were ready to go. Chairs are very uncomfortable. They do not play music.

I came here with a few buddies to watch some football basketball. We sat at the bar. I was drinking Diet Coke as the DD and my other three friends were drinking. There were 5 people behind the bar. Every single one of them interacted with us and every interaction was extremely friendly. As someone who usually is designated driver, I m VERY used to my drink getting ignored because my refills are always free. Not only was my drink quickly refilled every time I ran out, but it was done by at least four different people working the bar. Not because I pulled them aside, but because they saw that it was empty. I m also typically pretty passive with service industry employees and don t want to put them out. One of the guys at the bar asked if I wanted a refill on my Diet Coke. I told him I think it might be running out but I wasn t sure and that I could just have another to see. Instead of doing the easy thing (refilling it and handing it to me), he told me he d go check it and immediately did. He came back, told me he fixed it and refilled it and it was much better. The experience left all of my friends talking about how oddly excellent the service was. Not only was it wonderful, but they seemed genuinely happy to be working there and to be helping the customers. Thanks for the great experience! Will be coming back! OH! And the food was excellent as well!

New to town red here for dinner had a really good time had a couple of beers the chicken fried steak sandwich according to Jason was really good but the gravy should have been on top already we had a great time playing pool good music bartender were very friendly and helpful suggestive on the menu unfortunately we didnt get a chance to try the bologna because it was sold out will definitely try the bologna sandwich next time and there will be a next time
