When my wife and I first arrived at a glance it didn t appear that this motel would be such a pleasant place to rest. I say this only because most of the other motels were so overpriced and without any of the amenities that this motel offered. We were amazed at the number of options available for us to enjoy. Number one is the pool! Yes, the pool. There is also a bbq pit adjacent the pool and a prep area to enjoy and prepare your food alongside a gated pool. A tiny exercise room . At least they have something. Actually a treadmill and another piece of equipment I don t recall exactly what it was. A small set of weights. Very nice though and equipment is new. For the price we paid which was barely $75.00 and I m sure least expensive online it was so comfortable. We had a Hot breakfast in the morning with pancakes,eggs,beans, biscuits,sausage,gravy coffee.Muffins and nutrigrain bars and peanut butter was also available. Juice of sorts was also available. Plenty of bread milk and cereal along with yogurt! Omg! Everything! The room s themselves were very clean and comfortable! Air conditioning was super nice comfy and cold . The tv channels were plentiful and Galore. The bathroom had tiny bottles of shampoo and small bar soap. Unbelievably I believe the showers or probably the whole motel has a water softening system. The cherry on Top was Matt. Matt at the front desk was so accommodating! So friendly so thoughtful and considerate. He was and is the reason why my wife and I will be back and I already told my brother about Matt and our stay here . Matt said to me this is your home away from home! Enjoy he said! Matt, from the bottom of our hearts! Thank you! You made our stay worth while and because of your kindness we will definitely be returning! Rooms: Rooms are very comfortable and cold . Super clean! Nice place! Nearby activities: Banks and grocery store nearby also bingo place is on opposite side of expressway Safety: Staff is constantly monitoring the facility and during our stay we seen Laredo police department passing thru constantly Walkability: There are banks and other restaurants nearby like the Golden Corral 5 minutes walking distance on same side of motel! You can actually leave your room and walk safely from here to there in a matter of minutes without taking your car! Food and drinks: There are plenty of drink availability in breakfast! Hot coffee, milk, juice and drink dispenser and vending system in the motel Noteworthy details: There is free wifi!

Did Wyndham check in online and when I got to hotel they said they arent set up for that so I had to check in again. The rooms are outdated and the bathroom is horrible. The shower curtain rods was falling off the wall and water would be all over the floor.

My stay was better than expected. Room was nice and cold from me stepping into the room through the entire night. The stay in the hotel offers a pool to stay cool and relaxed as well as breakfast. Although I did not partake in using the pool I did have breakfast in the morning. Breakfast had a nice variety of food and staff was extremely friendly.

Great hotel and location. A little deceiving and at first glance. Great staff and the room nice and cold. Shower was awesome and lots of hot water. Breakfast was really nice but the juice dispenser was down. No biggie because the coffee made up for it. Nice pool but wasnt able to use it because we forgot to pack our suits. The first sight of the hotel wasnt for appealing but dont let that fool you. The room we stayed in was nice and cold when we first got there and it stayed cold all night long. The shower actually had really good water pressure which was great! Ive stayed in really fancy hotels before with hot rooms and not good water pressure so for the price, this place is definitely worth it and Ill be staying here again when I come back through. Also, they have continental breakfast which wasnt anything special but got my belly full

Everything was fine, I only had to be in the smoking room area and there is too much cigarette aroma in the rooms, I clarify it does not smell like smoke, it smells like an ashtray, or the tar from old cigarette butts. Only stayed here once. Came back for a second time, and the second time I was denied a room because I hadn t paid for my first visit. How is that possible if you have to PAY first to even get in a room? Your staff made me sign paperwork stating my card had been charged, and I signed 2 pieces of paperwork showing my card was charged. Gave me 2 key cards. Gave me the password to your Wi-Fi? Seems like you just wanted to take my money. There s an America s Best Value Inn down the street from here, or a Family Garden Inn with better amenities for your money. The Family Garden Inn has FREE beer, and the America s Best has a WAY bigger pool and it s $20 cheaper, with plenty of truck parking. Go somewhere else. They will just take your money. Just me being honest. I would go somewhere different, so this doesn t happen to someone else. Avoid the hassle, and check the hotels down the street.

My family and I booked a room for around $100 dollars when we entered the room it was HORRIBLE!!!! Outdated the door knob in the bathroom is loose the sofa is worn out. Its so pitiful that they charge so much for this miserable room. . The lady at the desk made it sound as if were s getting a nice room the pictures online are deceiving!! In general, in this hotel you would have to evaluate the cost-benefit, since if you tend to pay the similar rate to the average hotel in Laredo, you will be disappointed. The fair price should be a maximum of 70 USD, since it includes breakfast (better than the average in Laredo), and the beds are comfortable, but just that, the hotel is old, outdated, with carpets, it needs a renovation. Be careful as there are smoking rooms, they are the worst.

I spent 3 days there to begin this year and the room was very nice and clean and it was also quite. The staff was warm and responsive if help was needed and the breakfasts were very good. I have a good time I the pool and it s a good hotel. I don t know if y all check up on y all s housekeeper The only concern with a housekeeper a little short women wit black hair an keeps it in a bun she s the shortest housekeeper you have and my concern is that when I was walking out with my family my two younger boys and my wife and she smelled mike marijuana and made me feel very uncomfortable i wouldn t want some one selling like weed in my room. And that not the only thing she walks up to a maroonish suv with a staff member (a man) an inappropriate things happen in that nature thinking that ppl. Wort know what there up to like I said I had my two boys and my wife we felt very uncomfortable I don t think y all should have some one that smoke weed to be cleaning ppls rooms I don t think I would be staying there anymore due to that one short women I ll taken my business some where else wit due to the uncomfortable inexperienced wit taht housekeeper Safety: Don t let staff do wherever they won t while there working like check up on them and make sure there not all druged up.

The price is good, the service is good but the rooms they need some serious TLC. Please do something about your bathroom, there is a lot of trapped moisture and mold has started to surface. This days inn is actually pretty nice. You can see that the owners and staff work to keep up with it and make it a nice place to stay. They have a hot breakfast, laundry, nice courtyard and pool area. The shower was really good, good pressure and really hot water. This where I will stay from now on when I come to Laredo.

I was worried since Im traveling by myself. However, the young lady who picked me up in the shuttle from the airport was very friendly. The front desk staff was very welcoming. is conveniently located on the I 35, the breakfast is adequate, the rooms could do with a renovation and modernization, so that the electronic locks are no longer up to date, they work when they want to and at the reception they ask why the card is not works.... better they ask the electronic lock why it doesnt respond to the card. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I called ahead to see if they could accommodate our 40ft straight truck, they said they can, but parking is first come first serve, she told us if we could come now we would be alright. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The pool was clean and inviting, but we didn t bring our bathing suits. We will definitely stay here again.

We had reserved a non-smoking room and when we arrived they told us that they no longer had any available, so we had to sleep in the smoking area which was very annoying for us because the smell was very penetrating and we couldnt rest. It is a hotel where trailer drivers arrive, it includes breakfast. Rooms: Noisy, very penetrating smell of cigarettes, with carpet. From checking in to checking out everything was great. The staff at the front desk made us feel very welcomed as soon as we arrived and the smell of the coffee was amazing. The lobby was very clean and had plenty of hand sanitizers. A gentleman was so kind and helped us with all of your chairs and tables. I think he was from maintenance staff but not sure. The male at check out was very helpful and understanding to our needs. He went out of his way to make sure we knew our way around. Thank you for being so kind and respectful. I will definitely be booking again.

They re a great cheap hotel in Laredo. They serve their purpose and when all is said and done, their breakfast is actually bomb. Better than the La Quinta only having waffles and cereal type. You want 3 star hotel standards and you come here. Spend more money on your hotel then. Oh your broke self doesn t have any more money? Thought so.

The service and the pool was exceptional, bed and rooms need some work. Not sure if its ok to tell guest that some of the halls have a lot of activity at night, but i can say that place is haunted.

Was in this hotel and I have to say it was great everything was great the people front desk the rooms the pool the breakfast was 5 stars, For the price you cant beat it. Ive been in many many motels/hotels and this is definitely top 5. If I ever go to Laredo texas again no question Ill be staying there again. Everything is nearby also and very quiet and peaceful..

My eyes reacted SO BADLY from the musty carpets that I couldnt keep them open. They moved me to another room but same story there. My eyes were irritating and every breath all I could smell was MUST/MOLD. I dont understand how a hotel cant update their rooms. How hard is it to change out the ancient carpet? Control the air quality and moisture level? And why do they keep renting it out when the smell is so obviously overpowering and musty? This place should be put out of business until they change the carpets out.

The rooms were dated. The beds are comfortable. It could use a deep cleaning. Like handled and high rich areas in the room. The pool was refreshing and clean. The breakfast each morning was pretty much the same. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy. Cold cereal. No fresh fruit, no yogurt. We couldn t use the coffee pot in the room, it was broken and missing pieces. The room air worked well. Upon arrival our room key didn t work. They had to call maintenance to replace the card reader in the door. We used the washers and dryers on our floor. Kinda expensive @ $2.00 to wash and an additional $2.00 to dry. They worked well. Just pricey. The front desk will sell you quarters if you have cash but won t let you purchase on a CC. We are here because our semi was being fixed at the dealership which resulted in a 4 day stay. We were able to door dash which was great. It would be nice if there were garage can liners in the rooms. Rooms: Dated
