From the first time that we met with Shalini, we felt we had found the best lawyer to help us with our estate planning. Shalini, her husband Thomas, and the office staff are all very professional and such a pleasure to work with. They are always available and very efficient in answering our calls and questions or helping with anything we need. Funding our trust was the time-consuming part for us, however, Shalini had explained the steps thoroughly, so we knew what needed to be done. It is a relief that our trust is now in place. Shalini and her team are wonderful! They are helpful, patient, and focused on making sure you, your family, your pets, and your business are protected with your estate plan. While my parents felt I was too young to have an estate plan, Shalini had educated me on the importance of having a medical power of attorney legally designated (amongst many other things) to avoid having to wait on a court to appoint one in the event I am unable to make medical decisions my self. I feel at ease knowing I have a legally executed plan and an estate lawyer I can trust.

We have been dreading the trust process for years even though we knew it had to be done. Furthermore, who would we pick to handle such an important, legacy building task. Thank God we found Shalini and her firm/staff. The entire project has been extremely eye-opening, valuable and relatively painless. It does require a bit of homework, but going through the discovery search has been very helpful in understanding how you want your trust to be handled. Taking a full inventory of assets and all financial holdings is something all responsible parents should do in order to leave your family a trouble free inheritance. Shalini treats you like family and builds a relationship for years to come. We couldnt be more pleased with the final product. Legacy planning - Shalini was extremely professional throughout the entire process. She made something as daunting as creating a trust for our kids a very painless process and walked us thru each step . Shalini Codispoti is an estate attorney whose practice is also currently branching out into business planning needs. My wife and I were in need of the kind of documents that EVERYONE should have, regardless of their status: a will, a living trust, medical power of attorney, etc. Shalini was able to give us far better protection than if we were to attempt a do it yourself or LegalZoom solution, and I have every confidence that our children will be cared for in accordance with our wishes and with minimal issues with probate in the event that something happens to us.
