Went to supreme crab at the last minute after being stranded lol the atmosphere was okay. The employees were not friendly at all and definitely not the servers. The customer service was extremely lacking. I ordered the build your own with white fish and gumbo and in the rice there was a blonde/ginger colored long hair in my food so I stopped eating completely ( we put the hair into the light and knew it wasn t ours because both of our hair is very short). The food itself was completely bland with ZERO seasoning. my friend ordered the catfish basket which didn t taste like catfish at all and it was extremely bland no flavor at all. I paid for the food and purposely waited until after paying before I let them know about the hair because I didn t want them to think I was only trying to get out of paying my bill and the redhead waitress didn t even say sorry she just said thank you and walked off. I got no refills on my water and as I am home now an hour later my stomach is in knots. I don t recommend eating here. My son was also with me and he had a few bites of my food before we noticed the hair too and his stomach seems to be hurting as well. I will go to the hospital if it becomes a food poisoning situation.

Came here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the seafood is! I got Deal#4, which includes 1cluster of Snow Crab Legs and 1lb Headless Shrimp, potatoes, and corns in spicy Supreme Special sauce. The food came out hot! My server had good customer service. My swirl margarita was a good amount of strongness lol. The parking lot is huge and overall very satisfied with my entire experience!

ordered wings and chicken was raw. bit into a wing and it was pink. Decided it might have been a fluke so tried another and it was pink as well. I know that sometimes wings can come out pink, but the chicken itself was mushy and texture was definitely raw. Server brought chef out and instead of keeping it under wraps decided to argue in front of my party of 30+. Tried to argue with me about the wings being done instead of bringing it back/remediate the issue in front of my party who just came after a funeral. Didn t want to cause a scene in front of them so told him to go away. This isn t the first time we ve been here, first time was awful a few months ago since we came in an hour and a half before closing, workers put dirty chairs up near our table with dirty legs in the air and swept while we ate. Workers cleaning up gave us dirty looks as if they were closing in 5 minutes, but they still had an hour before they officially closed. I get it, you gotta close up shop but for a restaurant with high prices, you would expect friendly service not service you would get at a local KFC or Popeyes. Decided to come again hoping it would be better, was definitely wrong. Server who helped us 09/12/24 was great, she tried to fix the issue with the chef but it was the chef s fault he came out guns blazing about some chicken wings. So sorry she has to work in an environment with little to no support.

The seafood boil is delicious! My favorite were the crab legs and lobster tails. The clams were gritty and the crawfish wasnt the best. The sweet potato fries were sooo good though. The portions are huge. I will definitely be back many more times.

I typically rave about this place so much because it s one of my favorites. But I m very disappointed in the service I received tonight. Never in my life even as a server for 5 years have I ever been or refused service. Tonight we came in at 8:15 they close at 9. We already knew what we wanted but were told we could only get togo because the dinning room was closed. I used to serve people that would come in 5 minutes before close. This was just very upsetting. Poor customer service in my opinion. I m sorry but why wouldn t you take someone paying over $100 for a meal that s crazy to me.

My husbsnd and I, have been wanting to try this place out for months and we finally got to go today. What a disappointment! We got the fried shrimp and catfish which all tasted bland and greasy! Even the fries had no flavor! The only thing good was the appetizers. We had the hushpupies and motzerella sticks which were decent. The waitress was slow and we got our appetizers but had no plates or silverware! The male host ended up bringing us most of the things that our waitress kept forgetting. I kind of wish he would have got the tip, instead of our waitress. The prices are also expensive when you know you are just getting frozen seafood that had been fried in the same grease as everything else! Sad to say, we will not be going back!

Was accuse of lying about getting scallops in my order from the manager when there wasnt 1 scallops in my entire bag. WOULD NOT recommend stepping 1 foot out the door unless you check your order unless you wanna be accuse of lying about your order being correct. Very unprofessional over some scallops. The good here is delicious! They really know what they are doing. Everything is juicy, well season, and overall cooked very well. The drinks are also a hit! I had the lychee martini and the lychee mojito. Even the virgin lychee mojito my son ordered is delicious. The staff is very accommodating and kind. Not really a cajun restaurant. I guess you could call it...Asian Cajun. The waitress explained that they did not serve coleslaw. People in Louisiana/down south, dont eat cole slaw. I guess Asians in Louisiana dont eat cole slaw. The boil in a bag is not a cajun boil either. It was ok but not even close to what I would call Cajun.

This is my first seafood boil restaurant. I love seafood, and was pleasantly surprised by how good it was! I had the supreme spice sauce with medium spicy. On a hot scale I would say the medium could be compared to a mild jalapeno equivalent. I will order the exact same sauce and heat level again! The only negative comment is that I feel like the restaurant feels a little dirty. The tables felt like there was some residue, the napkin holders had that greasy dust (or so it looked), and when we stood up to leave our feet made a sticky sound on the floor.

Very very good. Seems expensive but you get a lot of great flavors in a big bag. Charged an included gratuity of 18% for my wife, 4 children, and myself. Which would be fine if the service wasnt so horrible. With only 5 tables that had people at them, I was surprised when it took forever for every step of the meal. After 10+ min of eating my food with no drink and not even having seen any of the waitstaff. I went to the bar to attempt to get a refill, which also had no one behind the counter. So I stood there for a while until finally my waitress came out of the back and I was able to get a refill. Not even a simple sorry about that. Im all for tipping, but if youre going to force an 18% tip, you should at least attempt to make the peoples experience pleasant. I wouldve said something to a manager, but I dont think there was one. The food was OK, no complaint there.

This place started out by seating us and not putting ice in drinks. Oysters were not cold. They got an attitude when i asked more crackers and silverware. The server only saw our table 3 times in the 40 minutes it took them to get our food. Not to mention. Spicy crawfish was not spicy.kids order check in wings. They were so hard as a rock with so much salt the kids declined to even eat it. At this point we had no server who would not come to our table. I had to order my beer from bar. They claimed there best server told me they had frozen and live and fresh crawfish after charging is30 dollars in extras we didn t know we chose. When I asked them to remove it . They called me and my family liars and told me that was there best server. I had a family of 8 there. Food was terrible. Do not eat here. Bad service. Bad food. Bad customer service. PLACE WAS COMPLETELY DEAD IN A SATURDAY NIGHTS. Also the people sitting next to us told us they had been waiting forever as well thbat they had been ther 45 minutes with no food. HOOOOORIBLE !!! I am a seafood connoisseur! I have been eating off the back of boats for as long as I can remember. I was not impressed with the shrimp that tasted like it had been in a pot all day. The crab legs and crawfish had no seasoning inside but only on the top of them. The eggs were nice but the seasoning that I got was not what I m used to when I ask for Cajun garlic butter . The atmosphere was nice, and the service was okay. But the food needs help. My daughter has never turned down eating most of a platter from me but she did this time.

The atmosphere and service was nice. The food was excellent as well on a whole. Took my daughter there for dinner and we had fried oysters, and garlic noodles to start. They oysters were excellent, but the noodles could have had more flavor. For the main course we got a special which included two clusters of snow crabs, headless shrimp, a half pound of crawfish, and corn and sausage. We got the supreme sauce which was pretty tasty. We ordered take out, and for 60 dollars I was very disappointed at the size of each entree with the exception of the chicken tenders. The shrimp was awful, clearly close to expiration. I typically enjoy seafood, and it had the taste of sea funk that happens the day you toss it out. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the order process was easy. The food was awful.

This has to be the worst cajun food place I have ever ate at!! First our Appetizers.. the gumbo was very water down with no flavor. It was stuffed full of Okra and just a tiny bit of shrimp but had zero gumbo flavor to it. Our mozzarella sticks came out still cold in the middle so sent them back and the second batch was the exact same.. cold in the middle. We order the crab legs and shrimp ($34) with garlic sauce seasoning. The waitress told us if we order a meal with crab legs we could get a second for half off. So we said sure. Well we did not get half off. We got half off an order of 3 crab legs which is normally $59 so we were charged an extra $28. A scam to get you to buy more with word play. The food again had zero flavor. I have bought crab legs steamed at Albertsons grocery store with more flavor. All in all we got 2 small Appetizers and shared a crab leg and shrimp meal and our bill was $98. What a waste. There are so many Cajun restaurants in Denton go to any other one then this one and you will be good!!

BRING YOUR OWN CRAB FORK ........ The atmosphere was great. It was not so loud that we couldnt talk at our table which is what I expected after reading reviews. I was very expensive. 2 of our table guests had been there more than once and BOTH times something was forgotten in the food bags. When received it was not the same flavor as either order. I was very good, but not what we ordered. My main complaints are: the sun setting was in our face until it went totally down. You need curtains or something to block it or DONT USE THOSE SEATS. You werent so busy that you had to. Ordering is difficult. Youll understand if you choose to visit. The main complaint is you charge me $100+ plus the table tab and we got a regular fork and crab crackers to eat with, THATS IT! A substantial amount of the tab was wasted on the part of the crab leg I didnt have the tools to be able to reach................ BRING YOUR OWN CRAB FORK ................. and maybe extra crackers if your table intends to eat crab. We had to share. On a side note, the paper towel dispenser doesnt work with the cheap rolled paper towels. Either replace the dispensers or invest in more quality towels. You KNOW as messy as the food is, people WIILL utilize the facilities. Ill probably go back if this place lasts but not without MY OWN CRAB FORK!

One word in Spanish BRUTO! Everything was delicious we ve been looking for a place with big fat Oysters and noodles on our seafood and we finally found it. Not to mention the mango drink I had was so good they are definitely not cheap on liquor :) Price is a bit high but worth it. New favorite spot

Hubby and I ordered the lobster roll, crawfish, étouffée, and dirty rice, which came to be $55. Food was absolutely terrible! Crawfish at two. Faye had no seasonings. We had a doctor it up dirty rice was so spicy couldn t eat it and we love spice. Only reason I gave one star is because the fries were pretty decent. I don t mind spending a lot of money on food if it s good, but this is just unacceptable. I called and spoke to the manager and his response was well. I m sorry we don t specialize in crawfish and lobster .I proceeded to tell him well if you can t cook some thing, then don t serve it,not the response a manager of a restaurant says to a customer that just helped pay your paycheck. We will never eat here again.

I did not like my food I got the fried catfish and it taste very fishy. It was my 22 anniversary so I was disappointed, we thought because it was a new restaurant. It would be a good place to celebrate. Maybe it would of been better if I got the crab. Hence Supreme Crab .

I had the fried shrimp and fish basket. The shrimp was perfect, in fact this is the first time I have had really correctly cooked shrimp since I moved to Denton some 50 years ago. As for the fish . it was fileted so thin that all I could taste was the cornmeal batter.

the atmosphere and friendliness of all the staff and owners was amazing. The food came out super fast and it was the best seafood I ve ever had. My server Kenneth was super nice and was very helpful in answering our questions since it was our first time eating here. 10/10 recommend eating here and I am definitely going back again soon

This place is great. I honestly dont know why the reviews here arent higher than what they are. Ive been three times now and give it 5 stars for each of the three visits. Im fairly critical of seafood boils, but theirs have been consistently good. Cooked right, seasoned well, and portions and prices are fair. The menu for seafood boils is awesome as you can independently select exactly what you want and mix and match. The service has also been prompt and friendly each of the three times Ive been. Lastly, the atmosphere inside is actually really cool. They did a lot of work with the remodel of the interior. Its also always clean.

LOVE this place. My and my son have mother son dates here once a month. We love crab in a bag option. He gets the lobster tail/crab. Love how spicy it is. The sauce is fire. Definitely will be back!

Ordered the Seafood boil #5. Once the food came out The seafood, potatoes and corn were cold. You can t mess with seafood and why they bought out cold food is beyond me. Their excuse is that the waitress let it sit too long in the kitchen. Terrible experience!!!

Ive tried the boiled shrimp (ok), garlic noodles (huge chunks of garlic)(need some more garlic to go with your garlic ), broccoli (flavorless), sausage(rubbery texture), Cajun rice(mediocre)shrimp basket (over cooked fried shrimp and everything was bland) blackened shrimp comes with rice and broccoli (rice flavorless and broccoli flavorless and I didnt know blackened meant burnt or charred) very quick service though.

We had a 6 top, 4 adults and 2 kids. Included gratuity with 18% tip. Split the check and for us (2kids and 2 adults) it was 75 dollars including the 11 dollar tip. We got very poor service and its not a busy Wednesday night. They charged us 3$ for kids drinks, when most places include drinks. Food was okay, but theres better places. Dont reccommend.

We just love Supreme Crab, especially their seafood boils. They are a great price, a lot of food, and just wonderful! If you like fried baskets instead, they have great fried shrimp, soft shell crab, sweet potato fries, fish, etc. You like rice? Etouffee and gumbo are really yummy! Cant go wrong! Great owners, fabulous waitstaff. We go at least once a week, if not 2 or 3 times. Depends on our work schedule! I just love this place! I always get the boils, either the #3 or #6 with Supreme Special sauce, medium spice. OMGoodness...so good! Please go. Tell them Angela set ya! It wont get you anything, but hey! Worth a shot! Kid-friendliness: Our grandkids beg to go here every weekend we have them! We pick them up and say, Where do you want to go for dinner? In unison they say, SUPREME CRAB! They love the boiled crawfish and the chicken strip baskets!

I have been here a couple of times and the food was pretty good both times. I got the shrimp basket with sweet potato fries. The shrimp are lightly breaded and cooked just right. The sweet potato fries are the waffle kind and they were also perfectly cooked. Would have gave 5 stars if there would have been a few more shrimp.
