Went in with sciatic nerve isssue Monday as a followup of an ER visit. Need a referral to a different therapist. 3 days later, multiple phone calls, calls from the therapists office, and still nothing. Office staff is more flirty, flirty than getting tasks accomplished or answering the phone. I usually get the forwarded call to another center that says they can help. But, here we are, still no referral. Dont get me started on the patient portal. Im still waiting on my text code.

Horrible place, they coded an insurance claim incorrectly and after 20+ call they haven t corrected the issue. They sent the info to collections and after providing all the proof they filed incorrectly no one has bothered to call or try to rectify. Go elsewhere and avoid this place at all costs!!

This company is in the wrong industry. Do not do behavioral health here. Do not seek controlled substances here. It is a scam. Extremely shady. They can t explain charges. I m being charged for things my doctor says should be free. Scam. Shady. I m not paying them anything. I ll wait for collections on principle. Doctors take days to approve prescriptions. So unacceptable and wreaks of neglect. I can t even budget because I have no idea what I ll be charged for next. Stress inducing health care. I have lost all trust and faith in healthcare because of Total Mens. It has DEVASTATED my mental health. I can t even muster finding a new doctor because I m afraid they ll be the same scum. Behavioral health? What a crock. But I m not paying them. I do pay my bills. What I agree to. But I don t negotiate with scammers.

Always prompt and readily available, no long wait times and youre able to book appointments on the same day most of the time. Staff is always friendly and really knowledgeable. Its good to have an actual mens clinic were they specifically and Im now what to look for when it comes to mens health. Overall great experience no matter the location you go to.

These people in denton are awesome! Everyone is super cool and nice. Totally comfortable and feels very warm and inviting. Dr. Nina is a great doctor. I m seeing here for testosterone levels but she was able to diagnose and treat an underlying issue I ve dealt with for years that my primary care doctor missed! She s a saint! My life is so much better now!

Just recently left Dr Evans as my primary doctor and was the best decision I ever made. (Nina) for short is awesome. That is who I see everytime. She spends the time to listen to your concerns and dont make you feel rushed or a burden, unlike Dr Evans. She got me on the right medications and feeling whole lot better. Dr Evans office is only interested with people with good insurance and dont give you the time of day. Your in and out in about 5 minutes, Dr Evans you waited up to two hours prior to your appointment. I would definitely recommend this location for your health care needs. The staff is professional and make you feel like your worth something. Great job everyone.

Went for a Covid Test. It was super fast. I was in and out. The result took a little over an hour. Ive seen much faster turn times before. My only recommendation is they should have customers fill out paperwork immediately upon making the appointment. I made the appointment on Tuesday and they sent me a link to fill out my info Wednesday morning as I was getting ready to leave for the appointment! They said it would only take 5 minutes, but expected that I would have pictures of my insurance card (front and back) and my drivers license handy. Good to know IN ADVANCE. Ill be scheduling another appointment today.

I was a little concerned because Im a woman and this is a mens clinic but it wasnt an issue at all. Thank you for helping me out! I didnt get his name but the gentleman who checked me in also administered my test and he was so friendly and fast! I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. He told me that it could be between 1 and 2 hours before I got my results but I received them in less than 30 minutes. 15/10 would recommend! They also had complimentary coffee and other beverages! I went for a COVID test, and the entire process was wonderful. I set up an appointment online then completed my patient registration and uploaded ID/insurance card pictures online ahead of time, so when I walked in, I was immediately directed to the lobby; no extra paperwork or questions required. The lobby was quiet and comfortable with drinks and snacks, which you don t see often. I was brought to a room within two minutes, and was tested immediately. The staff was incredibly kind and answered any questions I may have had before I could even ask them. They made what could have been a stressful experience easy and painless. Made an appointment and filled out all the info from there. All I had to do was walk in at my scheduled time, COVID test was fast and easy, Facility is nice and clean very professional would definitely go back for any other issues I may have or take another Covid test again.

Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Office was very clean and the lounge had snacks and comfy seats for waiting. Barely any wait. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will be switching to total mens as my PCP based on my visit.

I expected to walk into a room full of sick people, but it s clear they stay on schedule here and run very efficiently. We were in and out quickly and received our results via text within 3 minutes. I highly recommend Total Men s Care!

The FNP-C (Nina) with whomI met (first visit for a physical) was patient and spent nearly an hour with me discussing (my healthcare philosophy, past and current concerns, pharmacology, family history, etc). I was shocked at the amount of time she spent talking with me before the actual exam - what a wonderful experience. She even discussed my desire to get off of meds with nutritional dieting and exercise, with a process for connecting with other specialist. Ive lived in five different states (and two foreign countries) and this was the most pleasant, educational, and thorough experience Ive ever had with a medical practitioner. Additionally, the front office team was efficient and the lounge (not waiting room) was comfy and pleasant. The MA was prepped me and was very good at what she needed to do to prepare me for my exam and first time experience. My only disappointment is there are not enough stars to rate my experience (I rate them a 10 on the five star scale). I will trust them with my care until the final day! Job well done Total Mens Primary Care

I had a great experience during my visit! All of the staff were very personable and helped me feel confident for my appointment. I came in for Covid testing and felt very at ease. My daughter & I both had an appointment for Covid testing, One at 8:55 & one at 9:00. We got there around 8:50 and we were out before 8:55. The staff was very nice and the office was clean. Making the appointment online was super easy and I was able to submit all insurance information online as well. Hopefully we don t have to get tested again but if we do this is where we will go.
