Jose is the best bartender and all around wonderful person! I am here regularly for work and he always makes my stay a special occasion. I highly recommend the salmon or adding shrimp to the penne dish!

Clean, beautiful ambience, very friendly service. You have to walk around the front of the Hilton (away from the boardwalk restaurants and bars). Prefer this place for excellent service, food and environment.

Jose and the rest of the Team were very friendly and welcoming. The gentleman next to me was extremely impressed as were the rest of the patrons. Everyone working was hustling, including the manager. Food was great. Would highly recommend.

The wait staff has and is very great awesome above anything I have seen before. The manager is awesome goes above and beyond his duties and responsibilities. Its something I totally remember and respect here! Superb support and awesome.

Jose and the staff at Prairie Fire have become my home away from home when I travel to DFW every two months. They re welcoming, warm, and expert mixologists. I choose to stay at Hilton Dallas Plano Granite Park every time, and evangelize about how great this bar is to anyone that will listen!

Just under three weeks ago, I came here with two friends as one was having a staycation at the Hilton Granite Park. At first, we didnt quite know where to sit because the restaurant is in the lobby and because not all seats attach to the bar, but we received service within five minutes of sitting at a table in front of the bar. I ordered the chicken asada tacos with a house salad, and Im so glad I did! Id describe the tacos as loaded, but they were with great ingredients and flavors. The salad and salsa both were wonderful accompaniments to the dish, and I also decided to try the chocolate salted caramel cake for dessert, which was equally delicious. Moreover, our server, Jose-Luis, was fantastic! He ensured all three of us were satisfied and regularly checked in with us during the span of our dinner. Consequently, Id happily return here if I had the chance and recommend anyone staying at the Hilton try a meal at the Prairie Fire Bar. Excellent place!

Excellent customer service. As a dining member we stay at several Hilton s . I would rate this Hilton in the top 3. Kudos to front counter person Bessan and Martavios!!!
