Unfortunately, my experience with this company was extremely brief and not pleasant whatsoever. I called to get an estimate for a home cleaning and within 15 seconds, the attitude of the person who answered the phone was completely inappropriate. It was as if I was a burden to them. While I am not able to review their actual services, I can say that if they are anything like how they spoke to me I would not use them.

Love, love, love coming home to my clean house after a visit from American Home Cleaning Co.!!! They have been cleaning our home for over a year now and they re so easy to schedule also. Nothing better than supporting local businesses and having them be worthy of spreading the word about how great they are.

It s nice when you actually get more than what you paid for I have them do both my home and my business. They re on time, respectful, organized, and the cleaning is second to none. Highly recommend them if you are in need of cleaning services.

This business has been around for 20 plus years, built on trust & reliability! Formerly Maid in America, in Denton. Honest & detail oriented management that can be seen in their team of professionals. I highly recommend for both your residential, office or commercial cleaning .

I have used this company for close to five years now. They come every other week and do a beautiful job, starting at the ceilings and working down to the baseboards. I couldn t be more pleased

We have been using since Feb and have never been disappointed. The girls are pleasant and do an awesome job. They work around our little dogs and that means a lot to us. We have had numerous cleaning people over the years but so happy with this one. Our neighbor recommended them and she has used them at least 2 years. Cindy Faust

It was a referral from my realtor for move-in cleaning. We paid $800 dollars for deep clean. Windows were supposed to be cleaned. The cleaner arrives and says he didn t have ladder for windows high up. Toilets were not cleaned. We had paid extra amount for Kitchen cabinets and kitchen cleaning. Cabinets were not even touched and we could still feel grease. After the cleaning, there was dust in the blinds. Window screens were not cleaned either. Avoid this business.

I might be a little bias here but I know that this company does top notch work not to mention that they guarantee satisfaction. They treat their employees well and show their appreciation to both employees and customers! I would highly recommend giving Maid In America a try!

Did a poor job and were not easy to deal with. So expensive....got a guy who cleans better and charges half as much. Yes, and they do a poor job of keeping track of records and such. They seemed confused as to wether or not they were supposed to have performed certain services or even who we were....for this reason alone we d avoid this company -at least own up to your responsibilities. Found cigarette butts left by cleaners..

These maids suck. There was a condom wrapper on the back stairwell for over 5 months and they came to clean the house twice a month.

They do a nice job for move in and move out cleanings where they are a good value. Used them for biweekly but terminated after a few months as it got to the point where my fixed rate went from 6 man hours of work to 3.5. Also caught them once or twice on extended smoke breaks out front.

One of the women on the phone was rude....on top of this, they did a horrible job. These people are just too lazy to get the job done when and how wed like...even if we werent moving, wed definitely go with someone else...wed be too embrassed to reccomend this place. Beware of the positive reviews.. They did these themselves in most cases.

How lucky to have discovered Maid in America! This review is long time coming because it was in 2004 since I had the pleasure of becoming acquainted Kathryn, the owner. She has been wonderful on how she runs the company and cares deeply about making sure her customers are happy. I would not use any other maid service in Denton. Ever. Kathryn, thank you and your staff for everything!

Last time we had a clean, January 27, the team did an outstanding job. We are almost always very satisfied, but that day whoever cleaned the hall bathroom went over and above. There was some seriously stained grout around the tub which was cleaned completely. And, the crud around the sink faucets was better than I have seen it since it was new. Thank you.
